Wavelike perturbations in the ionosphere of Titan,the largest satellite of Saturn,are explored based on the Cassini Ion Neutral Mass Spectrometer(INMS)measurements.Strong wavelike perturbations are identified for more than twenty ion species,from simple ones such as N^(+)and CH_(4)^(+)to complex ones such as C_(2)H_(3)CNH^(+)and C_(4)H_(7)^(+).Simultaneous wavelike perturbations in background N_(2),indicative of atmospheric gravity waves,are also observed,motivating us to speculate that the INMS-derived ion perturbations are wave-driven.The amplitudes of the ion perturbations are found to be larger than that of the N_(2)perturbations.Clear compositional variation is revealed by the data:heavier ion species exhibit greater amplitudes.Such observations might be understood based on considerations either of force balance or chemical loss in Titan’s ionosphere.

Solar Wind(SW)electron precipitation is able to deposit a substantial amount of energy in the nightside Martian upper atmosphere,potentially exerting an influence on its thermal structure.This study serves as the first investigation of such an issue,with the aid of the simultaneous measurements of both neutral density and energetic electron intensity made on board the recent Mars Atmosphere and Volatile Evolution(MAVEN)spacecraft.We report that,from a statistical point of view,the existing measurements do not support a scenario of noticeable neutral heating via SW electron precipitation.However,during 3%−4%of the MAVEN orbits for which data are available,strong correlation between nightside temperature and electron intensity is observed,manifested as collocated enhancements in both parameters,as compared to the surrounding regions.In addition,our analysis also indicates that neutral heating via SW electron precipitation tends to be more effective at altitudes below 160 km for integrated electron intensities above 0.01 ergs·cm^−2·s^−1 over the energy range of 3−450 eV.The results reported here highlight the necessity of incorporating SW electron precipitation as a heat source in the nightside Martian upper atmosphere under extreme circumstances such as during interplanetary coronal mass ejections.

Doubly charged positive ions(dications)are an important component of planetary ionospheres because of the large energy required for their formation.Observations of these ions are exceptionally difficult due to their low abundances;until now,only atomic dications have been detected.The Neutral Gas and Ion Mass Spectrometer(NGIMS)measurements made on board the recent Mars Atmosphere and Volatile Evolution mission provide the first opportunity for decisive detection of molecular dications,CO2^++in this case,in a planetary upper atmosphere.The NGIMS data reveal a dayside averaged CO2^++distribution declining steadily from 5.6 cm^−3 at 160 km to below 1 cm^−3 above 200 km.The dominant CO2^++production mechanisms are double photoionization of CO2 below 190 km and single photoionization of CO2^+at higher altitudes;CO2++destruction is dominated by natural dissociation,but reactions with atmospheric CO2 and O become important below 160 km.Simplified photochemical model calculations are carried out and reasonably reproduce the data at low altitudes within a factor of 2 but underestimate the data at high altitudes by a factor of 4.Finally,we report a much stronger solar control of the CO2^++density than of the CO2+density.

目的探讨老年肺癌患者术前定植菌及术后肺部并发症发生的危险因素。方法回顾性分析80例老年肺癌患者的临床资料。所有患者术前均行气道定植菌筛查,依据是否存在气道定植菌分阳性组与阴性组,分析老年肺癌患者术前气道定植菌的危险因素;术后依据是否发生肺部并发症分为发生组与未发生组,分析影响老年肺癌患者术后肺部并发症的危险因素。结果80例老年肺癌患者中气道定植菌阳性率为37.50%(30/80),术后肺部并发症发生率为36.25%(29/80);单因素分析显示,SP-D、吸烟史与老年肺癌患者术前气道定植菌有关(P1);单因素显示,年龄、SP-D、吸烟史、气道定植菌、手术时间与老年肺癌术后肺部并发症的发生有关(P1)。结论老年肺癌患者受SP-D<30 ng/ml、吸烟等影响,术前气道定植菌阳性较高,而年龄≥70岁、SP-D<30 ng/ml、吸烟、气道定植菌阳性、手术时间≥2 h为老年肺癌术后肺部并发症发生的高危因素,临床据此在围术期采取针对性干预措施,以降低术后肺部并发症风险。

目的探讨术后辅助化疗对早期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者预后的影响。方法回顾性分析100例早期NSCLC患者临床资料。所有患者术后均随访3年,依据存活情况分为存活组与死亡组,收集2组基础资料,先行单因素分析,待获得存在统计学差异的项目后再行Logistic回归分析,获得影响早期NSCLC患者预后的独立危险因素。并依据是否进行术后辅助化疗分为化疗组与未化疗组,比较2组临床病理特征间差异、中位生存时间与存活率。结果随访3年后100例早期NSCLC患者存活85例,存活率为85.00%(85/100)。死亡组与存活组患者在肿瘤分化程度、术后辅助化疗、胸膜浸润、术后危险因素评分方面,有统计学差异(P1,P0.05);辅助化疗组中位生存时间[(30.14±3.58)个月]长于未辅助化疗组[(26.39±2.79)个月],有统计学差异(t=5.856,P=0.000);辅助化疗组3年存活率91.84%(45/49)与未辅助化疗组3年存活率78.43%(40/51)相比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.522,P=0.061)。结论术后辅助化疗为影响早期NSCLC患者预后的独立危险因素,及早开展术后辅助化疗有助于延长NSCLC患者生存时间。

Surveillance, epidemiology, and pathogen spectrum of hand, foot, and mouth disease in mainland of China from 2008 to 2017

Hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)was reported in May 2,2008 to be the 38th legally notifiable disease in China's National Notifiable Disease Reporting and Surveillance System.In order to solve the infection,an extensive three-level HFMD surveillance laboratory network was established.In this study,the framework of that network is assessed and the incidence of HFMD in China from 2008 to 2017 is reported using a descriptive epidemiologic method.During these 10 years,a series of techniques have been widely applied in all the network laboratories.Using information and material obtained from the network,a virus bank and database containing 18,238 viruses were established.Nationally,18,184,834 HFMD cases,including 152,436 severe cases and 3633 fatal cases,were reported in mainland of China.The average annual incidence in the population was 133.99/100,000 people,with a maximum incidence of 205.06/100,000 people in 2014.The incidence and mortality rates of HFMD were the highest in children aged 1–2 years.The numbers of reported cases fluctuated,with a high incidence observed every 2 years.An overall increase in the number of reported cases was also observed throughout the study period.Despite this,the incidence of severe cases and the mortality rate have been decreasing.High-risk regions are located in southern,eastern,and central China.Two peaks of HFMD infection cases were observed annually except for Northeast China.Different proportions of enterovirus serotypes were observed during the studied years.The predominant enterovirus varies from year to year,but the disease severity is always closely related to the specific serotype.EV-A71 is the dominant serotype associated with severe and fatal cases,with constituent ratios of 70.03%and 92.23%,respectively.The studied highly sensitive and efficient surveillance network provides information that is critical for prevention and control of the disease.It is extremely necessary and important to continuously conduct extensive virological surveillance for HFMD.

目的了解中国特色社会主义新时代基层社区工作者社会心理服务能力现状,探索未来社会心理服务能力培训方向。方法自2021年7月1-30日,以上海市静安区基层社区工作者为调查对象,采用手机问卷星方式调查2913名社区工作者,了解其在精神心理、社会心理、应激管理等方面的知识技能水平;采用多元回归分析方法筛选影响社会心理服务能力的因素。结果基层社区工作者社会心理服务能力知识平均得分(11.29±6.33)分(满分31分),总体知晓率为36.43%。性别、工作职位/性质、文化程度、政治面貌对社会心理服务能力总得分有显著影响(F=8.669,P<0.001),文化程度较高、中共党员(含预备)、女性在职社区工作者的社会心理服务能力知晓率更高。结论基层社区工作者社会心理服务能力相关知识不足,不能满足和谐社会基层治理的实际需要,因此需要加强相关培训。

目的探讨基于BODE评分的量能训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的影响。方法选取2017年9月到2022年9月于驻马店市中心医院就诊的96例AECOPD患者,以随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组48例。对照组接受常规治疗以及运动指导,研究组在对照组基础上接受基于BODE评分的量能训练。比较两组住院时间以及干预前后BODE评分、肺通气功能、血气参数以及运动功能。结果干预后,研究组BODE评分低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);两组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))及FEV_(1)/FVC较干预前高,且研究组较对照组高(P<0.05);两组动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))较干预前高,动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))较干预前低,且研究组PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)较对照组高,PaCO_(2)较对照组低(P<0.05);两组最大摄氧量(VO_(2)max)、峰值代谢当量(METs)及6分钟步行试验(6MWT)均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于BODE评分的量能训练可加强患者病情控制效果,提高患者肺通气功能及运动功能。

Bone metastasis,a life-threatening complication of advanced breast cancer,is often accompanied by debilitating pain(cancer-induced bone pain,CIBP)that severely impairs life quality and survival.The concurrent treatment of bone metastases and CIBP remains a clinical challenge because the therapeutic options are limited.In this study,we construct a near-infrared light-activated nano-therapeutic system to meet this conundrum.In detail,sorafenib(SRF)and photosensitizer(chlorin e6,Ce6)are encapsulated into mesoporous hydroxyapatite nanoparticles(HANPs),which are further functionalized with hyaluronic acid(HA)to obtain HA-SRF/Ce6@HANPs system.The designed nanoplatform destroys tumor cells in vitro and in vivo via the synergism of SRF(interrupting the exchange of cystine/glutamate by inhibiting SLC7A11)and photodynamic therapy(PDT,inducing reactive oxygen species generation).The decrease in tumor burden and reduction of extracellular glutamate significantly attenuate CIBP in mice model with developing bone cancer.Moreover,the combination of HA-SRF/Ce6@HANPs and PDT inhibit osteoclasts activation,promote osteoblast differentiation and accelerate bone repair.Overall,the nanoagent with good biocompatibility may provide an effective therapy method for the concurrent treatment of breast cancer bone metastasis and CIBP.

二战结束以来,美国、英国和法国在太平洋地区开展了大量核试验,对该地区的环境产生了巨大的负面影响。以美国在马绍尔群岛的核试验为例,核试验的直接冲击和辐射污染破坏了当地的生态系统,导致试验地的放射性长期居高不下。同时,核试验也导致相关岛民流落异乡,身心健康严重受损。自20世纪50年代起,马绍尔人多次就核试验贻害向美国索赔,但始终未能得到足够的赔偿。
