为了解决铝合金与高强钢材料之间连接困难的问题,保证铝合金与高强钢之间的连接质量,采用摩擦塞铆焊工艺实现了6061-T6铝合金和DP1470高强钢的连接,并通过对接头宏观形貌和微观组织特征的观察、接头力学性能的测试以及接头失效形式的对比,研究了摩擦塞铆焊所获接头连接性能的变化规律.结果表明,转速是影响焊接质量的重要因素.在焊接试验过程中,转速控制范围为5 000~8 000 r/min,接头的抗拉强度随转速的增加先升高后降低,当转速达到7 000 r/min时,接头所承受的剪切载荷最大,可以达到6.3 kN,此时得到的接头表面平整,无明显孔洞、裂纹等缺陷.铝合金板材在接头处发生断裂失效时,接头所能承受载荷相对较大,焊接质量较高.因此,铝合金和高强钢能够通过摩擦塞铆焊工艺实现高质量连接.

Immunotherapy has begun to revolutionize cancer treatment, by introducing therapies that target the host immune system instead of the tumor, therapies that possess unique adverse event profiles, and therapies that may cure certain types of cancer. The immune microenvironment of tumors is emerging as the most important means of understanding the relationship between a patient' immune system and their cancer, informing prognosis, and guiding immunotherapy, such as an antibody blockade of immune checkpoints. For some solid tumors, simple quantitation of lymphocyte infiltration would seem to have prognostic significance, suggesting that lymphocyte infiltration is not passive but may actively promote or inhibit tumor growth. For gastric cancers, several studies have provided strong evidence that immune cells contribute to determining prognosis. However, the exact role of immune cells in gastric cancer remains unclear. Therefore, this review focuses on the clinical significance of immune cells, especially tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, in gastric cancer.

Marine controlled source electromagnetic(CSEM) data have been utilized in the past decade during petroleum exploration of the Barents Shelf, particularly for de-risking the highly porous sandstone reservoirs of the Upper Triassic to Middle Jurassic Realgrunnen Subgroup. In this contribution we compare the resistivity response from CSEM data to resistivity from wireline logs in both water-and hydrocarbon-bearing wells. We show that there is a very good match between these types of data, particularly when reservoirs are shallow. CSEM data, however, only provide information on the subsurface resistivity. Careful, geology-driven interpretation of CSEM data is required to maximize the impact on exploration success. This is particularly important when quantifying the relative resistivity contribution of high-saturation hydrocarbon-bearing sandstone and that of the overlying cap rock. In the presented case the cap rock comprises predominantly organic rich Upper Jurassic–Early Cretaceous shales of the Hekkingen Formation(i.e. a regional source rock). The resistivity response of the reservoir and its cap rock become merged in CSEM data due to the transverse resistance equivalence principle. As a result of this, it is imperative to understand both the relative contributions from reservoir and cap rock, and the geological significance of any lateral resistivity variation in each of the units. In this contribution, we quantify the resistivity of organic rich mudstone, i.e. source rock, and reservoir sandstones, using 131 exploration boreholes from the Barents Shelf. The highest resistivity(>10,000 Ωm) is evident in the hydrocarbon-bearing Realgrunnen Subgroup which is reported from 48 boreholes, 43 of which are used for this study. Recently, privacy concerns about data collection have received an increasing amount of attention. In data collection process, a data collector （an agency） assumed that all respondents would be comfortable with submitting their data if the published data was anonymous. We believe that this assumption is not realistic because the increase in privacy concerns causes some re- spondents to refuse participation or to submit inaccurate data to such agencies. If respondents submit inaccurate data, then the usefulness of the results from analysis of the collected data cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, we note that the level of anonymity （i.e., k-anonymity） guaranteed by an agency cannot be verified by respondents since they generally do not have access to all of the data that is released. Therefore, we introduce the notion of ki-anonymity, where ki is the level of anonymity preferred by each respondent i. Instead of placing full trust in an agency, our solution increases respondent confidence by allowing each to decide the preferred level of protection. As such, our protocol ensures that respondents achieve their preferred kranonymity during data collection and guarantees that the collected records are genuine and useful for data analysis.

AIM:To evaluate the efficacy of simple and extended cholecystectomy for mucosa(T1a) or muscularis(T1b) gallbladder(GB) cancer. METHODS:Original studies on simple and extended cholecystectomy for T1a or T1b GB cancer were searched from MEDLINE(PubMed) ,Cochrane Library,EMBase,and CancerLit using the search terms of GB,cancer/carcinoma/tumor/neoplasm. RESULTS:Twenty-nine out of the 2312 potentially relevant publications met the eligibility *** the 1266 patients with GB cancer included in the publications,706(55.8%) and 560(44.2%) had T1a and T1b GB cancer,*** cholecystectomy for T1a and T1b GB cancer was performed in 590(83.6%) and 375(67.0%) patients,respectively(P<0.01) .In most series,the treatment of choice was simple cholecystectomy for T1a GB cancer patients with a 5-year survival rate of 100%.Lymph node metastasis was detected in 10.9% of the T1b GB cancer patients and in 1.8%of the T1a GB cancer patients,respectively(P<0.01) .Eight patients(1.1%) with T1a GB cancer and 52 patients(9.3%) with T1b GB cancer died of recurrent GB cancer(P<0.01) . CONCLUSION:Simple cholecystectomy represents the adequate treatment of T1a GB *** is no definite evidence that extended cholecystectomy is advantageous over simple cholecystectomy for T1b GB cancer.
