Andrographolide Inhibits Proliferation and Promotes Apoptosis in Bladder Cancer Cells by Interfering with NF-κB and PI3K/AKT Signaling In Vitro and In Vivo

Objective:To explore the influences of andrographolide(Andro)on bladder cancer cell lines and a tumor xenograft mouse model bearing 5637 ***:For in vitro experiments,T24 cells were stimulated with Andro(0-40μmol/L)and 5637 cells were stimulated with Andro(0 to 80μmol/L).Cell growth,migration,and infiltration were assessed using cel counting kit-8,colony formation,wound healing,and transwel *** rate was examined using flow *** in vivo study,the antitumor effect of Andro(10 mg/kg)was evaluated by 5637 tumor-bearing mice,and levels of nuclear factorκB(NF-κB)and phosphoinositide 3-kinase/AKT related-proteins were determined by ***:Andro suppressed growth,migration,and infiltraion of bladder cancer cells(P 0.05or P 0.01).Additionally,Andro induced intrinsic mitochondria-dependent apoptosis in bladder cancer cell ***,Andro inhibited bladder cancer growth in mice(P 0.01).The expression of p65,p-AKT were suppressed by Andro treatment in vitro and in vivo(P 0.05 or P 0.01).Conclusions:Andrographolide inhibits proliferation and promotes apoptosis in bladder cancer cel s by interfering with NF-κB and PI3K/AKT signaling in vitro and in vivo.

Two chemical compositions PbLa(Zr,Sn, Ti)O3 (PLZST) ceramics near the ferroelectric-anti- ferroelectric (FE/AFE) phase boundary were pre- pared by a traditional solid-state reaction process. The electrostriction properties under the electric field and the influence of hydrostatic pressure on the phase transition and the dielectric properties of these PLZST ceramics have been studied. Under the AC electric field, the strain of these two samples reached 0.21% and 0.13%, respectively. With increasing pressure, the FE/AFE phase transition temperature of the antiferroelectrics decreased and the antiferro- electric-paraelectric (AFE/PE) phase transition tem- perature increased, while the ferroelectric-paraelec- tric (FE/PE) phase transition temperature of the ferroelectrics decreased.

Through applied researches, the regularity of thermal infrared radiation of the coal seams has been found, a model of thermal radiation of the coal seams established, and the internal relations of the information extracted from remote sensing images with coal seams and coal measures revealed. Through a series of complete tests of remote sensing techniques such as multi-level (space, aerial and ground) synchronous remote-sensing and multi-directional, multiband and multitemporal remote sensing, the optimal procedure for applications of remote sensing techniques in coal geology has been determined. The theories and methods established in the applied researches have yielded apparent economic results and social benefits in respect to coal field prediction, coal reconnaissance, coal geological surveys and detection of geological hazards in coal mines.

A new six-membered cyclic carbonate monomer, 5-allyloxytrimethylene carbonate （ATMC）, was synthesized starting from glycerol, and the corresponding polycarbonates, poly（5-allyloxytrimethylene carbonate）（PATMC） were further synthesized by ring-opening polymerization in bulk at 150℃ using stannous octanoate as an initiator. The structures of the monomer and the polymers were confirmed by IR, IH-NMR, 13C-NMR, and GPC analysis.

Implicational lattices and generalization of Stone's representation theorem

Let F(S) be the free algebra of type (,∨,→) generated by the non_empty set S, it is proved that the logical equivalent relation defined by means of R 0_semantics is a congruence relation on F(S) and the corresponding quotient algebra is said to be the R 0_semantic Lindenbaum algebra. Taking R 0_semantic Lindenbaum algebra as a prototype, the concepts of implicational lattices and regular implicational lattices which are generalizations of the concept of Boolean algebras are introduced. Besides, the concept of fuzzy implicational spaces is introduced and the representation theorem of regular implicational lattices is obtained by means of fuzzy implicational spaces. In case of Boolean algebras, the corresponding fuzzy implicational spaces are zero_dimensional compact Hausdorff spaces and herefrom it is proved that the famous Stone’s representation theorem of Boolean algebras is a corollary of the representation theorem of regular implicational lattices.

Purpose–The purpose of this paper is to investigate time-optimal control problems for multiple unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)systems to achieve predefined flying ***/methodology/approach–Two time-optimal protocols are proposed for the situations with or without human control input,***,Pontryagin’s minimum principle approach is applied to deal with the time-optimal control problems for UAV systems,where the cost function,the initial and terminal conditions are given in ***,necessary conditions are derived to ensure that the given performance index is ***–The effectiveness of the obtained time-optimal control protocols is verified by two contrastive numerical simulation ***,the proposed protocolscan successfully achieve the prescribed flying ***/value–This paper proposes a solution to solve the time-optimal control problems for multiple UAV systems to achieve predefined flying shape.

湘潭锰矿矿渣废弃地植被修复前的土壤诊断

对湘潭锰矿矿渣废弃地植被修复前的土壤进行了诊断分析。结果表明:湘潭锰矿矿渣废弃地土壤质地主要为粗砂土,土壤自然含水量与邻近非矿区杉木林对照地的差异显著,而土壤容重和土壤总孔隙度与邻近非矿区杉木林对照地的差异不显著。矿渣废弃地土壤的pH值平均为7·49,P和Ca的平均含量分别为1·01g/kg、4·41g/kg,都显著高于邻近非矿区杉木林对照地,而N含量却显著低于邻近非矿区杉木林对照地,土壤有机质、K和Mg平均含量与邻近非矿区杉木林对照地的差异不显著。矿渣废弃地的肥力综合指数为8,邻近非矿区杉木林对照地的为12,其中砾石百分含量、有机质含量、N含量、P含量成为了限制土壤肥力的主要因子。矿渣废弃地土壤中的Mn、Cu、Cd、Ni、Zn、Pb平均含量分别是邻近非矿区杉木林对照地的18·59、1·32、4·10、4·66、4·44倍和3·16倍。以邻近非矿区杉木林地土壤对照值、湖南省土壤重金属元素背景值和全国土壤重金属元素平均值作为评价标准,矿渣废弃地土壤6种重金属的综合污染指数分别为13·82、75·72和98·05,均远远超过了重污染等级,且以Mn、Cd的污染为最严重。
