the emergence of van der Waals(vdW)materials resulted in the discovery of their high optical,mechanical,and electronic anisotropic properties,immediately enabling countless novel phenomena and *** success inspired an intensive search for the highest possible anisotropic properties among vdW ***,the identification of the most promising among the huge family of vdW materials is a challenging quest requiring innovat.v. ***,we suggest an easy-to-use method for such a survey based on the crystallographic geometrical perspect.v. of vdW materials followed by their optical *** our approach,we found As2S3 as a highly anisotropic vdW *** demonstrates high in-plane optical anisotropy that is~20%larger than for rutile and over two times as large as calcite,high refract.v. index,and transparency in the visible range,overcoming the century-long record set by *** these benefits,As2S3 opens a pathway towards nextgeneration nanophotonics as demonstrated by an ultrathin true zero-order quarter-wave plate that combines classical and the Fabry–Pérot optical phase ***,our approach provides an effect.v. and easy-to-use method to find vdW materials with the utmost anisotropic properties.

越南铁路及机车车辆的现状及展望

随着“一带一路”倡议的不断推进，中国与东南亚国家在铁路技术方面的联系越发密切。本文对越南铁路线路和机车车辆的技术指标、面临的挑战进行了介绍和思考。历经140余年的发展，越南铁路形成了以七条干线为主，总长约3?200?km的铁路... 详细信息

随着“一带一路”倡议的不断推进，中国与东南亚国家在铁路技术方面的联系越发密切。本文对越南铁路线路和机车车辆的技术指标、面临的挑战进行了介绍和思考。历经140余年的发展，越南铁路形成了以七条干线为主，总长约3?200?km的铁路网，其中共有2?500?km米轨线路、500?km准轨线路及200?km混合轨线路。目前共有383?辆机车以及6?094?辆各式车辆，其中机车大部分依靠进口，少量为本土生产，车辆绝大部分为本土生产。越南铁路技术标准与中国铁路标准相近，铁路系统较为完善，但由于长久以来缺乏足够重视及专业维护，导致越南铁路普遍存在钢轨磨损严重、线路条件较差、曲线过多、轮对磨耗严重等问题，制约了越南铁路的发展。越南交通部最新的发展规划中将有2?400?000?亿越南盾的新铁路项目，包括对2?440?km既有铁路线路的维护及新规划的9?条线路建设，将使越南铁路产生巨大变化。中越铁路连接已有百年历史，有良好的合作基础，在“一带一路”迅速发展的当下，应充分关注中越铁路轨距不同、运营环境不同等问题，进一步加强中越双方在铁路技术、机车车辆、铁路标准方面的合作，为中越铁路的建设与发展提供强而有力的支持。

the paleo-temperature(th)data from fluid inclusions are utilized for thermal history modelling using PetroMod ***,bottom hole temperature(BHt)and vitrinite reflectance(Ro)measurements are widely used in petroleum system modelling(PSM)in the oil industry for calibration *** representing the minimum temperature of fluid entrapment estimated from fluid-inclusion study provides extra support to build the thermal models for *** inclusion parameters along with Rock-Eval pyrolysis analysis have been used to predict the maturity of oil in terms of API gravity as well as the maturity of source rocks *** exploratory wells Rv-1(Mumbai Offshore Basin)and KK4C-A-1(Kerala-Konkan Offshore Basin),India were examined and the t_(h)from most of the fluid inclusions of wells Rv-1 and KK4C-A-1 fell in the oil window range of 60-140℃suggesting thermal conditions favourable for oil generation in both of the wells.t_(h)of coeval aqueous inclusions along with the Hydrocarbon Fluid inclusions(HCFIs)was used to calibrate *** parameters show that source rocks of well Rv-1 are mature and that of well KK4C-A-1 are *** sets of PSM are created in terms of generation and expulsion for the dry wells Rv-1 and KK4C-A-1 and calibrated each well using fluid inclusion th and *** the fluid inclusion analysis method,it is evident that hydrocarbon generation happened in both wells and the paleo-temperature indicates that the formations of both wells were subjected to temperatures in the oil window range,even though it was designated as dry wells in the present *** present study highlights the application of fluid inclusion paleo-temperature(th)during calibration instead of commonly used *** could obtain desirable and accurate data output from PSM using t_(h) calibration.

Fibrous dysplasia(FD)is a rare,disabling skeletal disease for which there are no established *** evidence supports inhibiting the osteoclastogenic factor receptor act.v.tor of nuclear kappa-B ligand(RANKL)as a potential treatment *** this study,we investigated the mechanisms underlying RANKL inhibition in FD tissue and its likely indirect effects on osteoprogenitors by evaluating human FD tissue pre-and post-treatment in a phase 2 clinical trial of denosumab(NCt03571191)and in murine in vivo and ex vivo preclinical *** analysis of human and mouse tissue demonstrated increased osteogenic maturation,reduced cellularity,and reduced expression of the pathogenic Gαs variant in FD lesions after RANKL *** sequencing of human and mouse tissue supported these *** interaction between osteoclasts and mutant osteoprogenitors was further assessed in an ex vivo lesion model,which indicated that the proliferation of abnormal FD osteoprogenitors was dependent on *** results from this study demonstrated that,in addition to its expected antiosteoclastic effect,denosumab reduces FD lesion act.v.ty by decreasing FD cell proliferation and increasing osteogenic maturation,leading to increased bone formation within *** findings highlight the unappreciated role of cellular crosstalk between osteoclasts and preosteoblasts/osteoblasts as a driver of FD pathology and demonstrate a novel mechanism of action of denosumab in the treatment of bone disease.

this study focuses on the effects of a polytropic fluid on a charged gravitational source within f(t) gravity, where t is the torsion scalar. We investigate how the electromagnetic field affects the flow of energy in spherically symmetric and static celestial objects that contain relat.v.stic fluids. By using the gravitational decoupling technique, we analyze the effects of polytropic fluid on the dynamics of the gravitational source, accompanied by the matching of the interior geometry with an exterior at the hypersurface Σ. Finally, with the help of the tolman Ⅱv solution, we observe the conduct of energy conditions with the existence of charge using f(t)field equations and got the intended outcomes.

the administration time is a critical but long-neglected point in cell therapy based on macrophages because the incorrect time of macrophage administration could result in diverse outcomes regarding the same macrophage *** this work,the second near-infrared(NIR-II)fluorescence imaging in vivo tracking of M2 macrophages during a pro-healing therapy in the mice model of rotator cuff injury revealed that the behavior of administrated macrophages was influenced by the timing of their *** delayed cell therapy(DCt)group had a longer retention time of injected M2 macrophages in the repairing tissue than that in the immediate cell therapy(ICt)*** Keller-Segel model and histological analysis further demonstrated that DCt altered the chemotaxis of M2 macrophages and improved the healing outcome of the repaired structure in comparison with *** results offer a possible explanation of previous conflicting results on reparat.v. cell therapy and provoke reconsideration of the timing of these therapies.

Deeply subwavelength lasers(or nanolasers)are highly demanded for compact on-chip bioimaging and sensing at the *** of the main obstacles for the development of single-particle nanolasers with all three dimensions shorter than the emitting wavelength in the visible range is the high lasing thresholds and the resulting *** we ex-ploit exciton-polariton condensation and mirror-image Mie modes in a cuboid CsPbBr3 nanoparticle to achieve coherent emission at the visible wavelength of around 0.53μm from its ultra-small(≈0.007μm3 or≈λ3/20)semiconductor *** polaritonic nature of the emission from the nanocavity localized in all three dimensions is proven by direct com-parison with corresponding one-dimensional and two-dimensional waveguiding systems with similar material *** a deeply subwavelength nanolaser is enabled not only by the high values for exciton binding energy(≈35 mev),re-fract.v. index(>2.5 at low temperature),and luminescence quantum yield of CsPbBr3,but also by the optimization of po-laritons condensation on the Mie resonances with quality factors improved by the metallic ***,the key parameters for optimal lasing conditions are intermode free spectral range and phonons spectrum in CsPbBr3,which govern polaritons condensation *** chemically synthesized colloidal CsPbBr3 nanolasers can be potentially de-posited on arbitrary surfaces,which makes them a versatile tool for integration with various on-chip systems.

the glacial history of Pico de Orizaba indicates that during the Last Glacial Maximum,its icecap covered up to~3000 m asl;due to the air temperature increasing,its main glacier has retreated to 5050 m *** retraction of the glacier has left behind an intense climatic instability that causes a high frequency of freeze-thaw cycles of great intensity;the resulting geomorphological processes are represented by the fragmentation of the bedrock that occupies the upper parts of the *** is a notable lack of studies regarding the fragmentation and erosion occurring in tropical high mountains,and the associated geomorphological risks;for this reason,as a first stage of future continuous research,this study analyzes the freezing and thawing cycles that occur above 4000 m asl,through continuous monitoring of surface ground *** results allow us to identify and characterize four zones:glacial,paraglacial,periglacial and *** was found that the paraglacial zone presents an intense drop of temperature,of up to~9℃ in only sixty *** rock fatigue and intense freeze-thaw cycles that occur in this area are responsible for the high rate of rock disintegration and represent the main factor of the constant slope dynamics that occur at the *** act.v.ty decreases,both in frequency and intensity,according to the distance to the glacier,which is where the temperature presents a certain degree of stability,until reaching the proglacial zone,where cycles are almost non-existent,and therefore there is no gelifraction *** geomorphological processes have resulted in significant alterations to the mountain slopes,which can have severe consequences in terms of risk and water.
