BACKGROUNd Women with a history of serious psychotic disorders are at increased risk of disease relapse during ***-acting injectable(LAI)antipsychotics have been widely used to improve adherence and prevent relapse in patients with various severe psychotic disorders,but there is a lack of high-quality data from previous research on the safety of LAI antipsychotics during *** To summarize relevant data on maternal,pregnancy,neonatal,and developmental outcomes from published cases of LAI antipsychotic use in *** A literature search was performed through November 11,2023,using three online databases:PubMed/MEdLINE,Scopus,and Web of *** reports or case series that reported information about the outcomes of pregnancy in women who used LAI antipsychotics at any point in pregnancy,with available full texts,were *** statistics,narrative summation,and tabulation of the extracted data were *** A total of 19 publications satisfied the inclusion criteria:3 case series,15 case reports,and 1 conference *** reported the outcomes of LAI antipsychotic use in 74 women and 77 *** use of secondgeneration LAI antipsychotics was reported in the majority(n=47;61.0%)of ***-generation LAI antipsychotics were administered during 30 pregnancies(39.0%).Most of the women(approximately 64%)had either satisfactory control of symptoms or no information about relapse,while approximately 12%of them had developed gestational diabetes mellitus.A minority of cases reported adverse outcomes such as stillbirth,spontaneous abortion,preterm birth,low birth weight,congenital anomalies,and neurological manifestations in ***,there were no reports of negative long-term developmental *** Currently available data seem reassuring,but further well-designed studies are required to properly evaluate the risks and benefits of LAI antipsychotic use during pregnancy.

The rapid advancement in the miniaturization,integration,and intelligence of electronic devices has escalated the demand for customizable microsupercapacitors(MSCs)with high energy ***,efficient microfabrication of safe and high‐energy MXene MSCs for integrating microelectronics remains a significant challenge due to the low voltage window in aqueous electrolytes(typically≤0.6 v)and limited areal mass loading of MXene ***,we tackle these challenges by developing a highconcentration(18mol kg^(−1))“water‐in‐LiBr”(WiB)gel electrolyte for MXene symmetric MSCs(M‐SMSCs),demonstrating a record high voltage window of 1.8 ***,additive‐free aqueous MXene ink with excellent rheological behavior is developed for three‐dimensional(3d)printing customizable all‐MXene microelectrodes on various *** the synergy of a highvoltage WiB gel electrolyte and 3d‐printed microelectrodes,quasi‐solid‐state MSMSCs operating stably at 1.8 v are constructed,and achieve an ultrahigh areal energy density of 1772μWhcm^(−2)and excellent low‐temperature tolerance,with a long‐term operation at−40℃.Finally,by extending the 3d printing protocol,M‐SMSCs are integrated with humidity sensors on a single planar substrate,demonstrating their reliability in miniaturized integrated microsystems.

HISP-1 Inhibits HSv-1 Infection in Cultured vero Cells

Herpes simplex virus-1 (HSv-1) remains a leading cause of viral disease worldwide and is spread by direct contact with infected lesions. There is no vaccine against HSv-1 infections and there remains a need to identify therapeutics that could reduce the spread. In this study various hispolon compounds were analyzed to determine their antiviral potential against HSv-1 infections in cultured vero cells. To determine the effects on infectivity and possible mechanisms of inhibition, the following assays were conducted. In vitro cytotoxicity assays were conducted to determine the effect of the compounds on cell viability and the maximum non-cytotoxic concentrations. Antiviral assays measured cell viability, percent inhibition of infection following treatment with the compounds, and the effect on the viral infection cycle. These effects were visualized using inverted light and fluorescent microscopy. Of the 24 hispolons tested, only hispolon pyrazole-1 (HISP-1) demonstrated antiviral effects. HISP-1 was demonstrated to effect early stages in HSv-1 infection in cultured vero cells (attachment, penetration, and post-penetration). In silico modeling analyses were conducted to analyze the interactions between HISP-1 and viral glycoprotein d (gd). HISP-1 is safe at concentrations tested and is effective in inhibiting infection of HSv-1 in cultured cells. HISP-1 has potential for therapeutic use as an antiviral against HSv-1 infection, could work in synergy with other antivirals that work be a different modality, and could be developed as a component of a topical agent to reduce the spread of HSv-1 infections.

Effect of annealing on the electrical performance of N-polarity GaN Schottky barrier diodes

A nitrogen-polarity(N-polarity)GaN-based high electron mobility transistor(HEMT)shows great potential for high-fre-quency solid-state power amplifier applications because its two-dimensional electron gas(2dEG)density and mobility are mini-mally affected by device ***,the Schottky barrier height(SBH)of N-polarity GaN is *** leads to a large gate leakage in N-polarity GaN-based *** this work,we investigate the effect of annealing on the electrical characteristics of N-polarity GaN-based Schottky barrier diodes(SBds)with Ni/Au *** results show that the annealing time and tem-perature have a large influence on the electrical properties of N-polarity GaN *** to the N-polarity SBd without annealing,the SBH and rectification ratio at±5 v of the SBd are increased from 0.51 ev and 30 to 0.77 ev and 7700,respec-tively,and the ideal factor of the SBd is decreased from 1.66 to 1.54 after an optimized annealing *** analysis results suggest that the improvement of the electrical properties of SBds after annealing is mainly due to the reduction of the inter-face state density between Schottky contact metals and N-polarity GaN and the increase of barrier height for the electron emis-sion from the trap state at low reverse bias.

Two-dimensional(2d)mesoporous pseudocapacitive polymer/graphene heterostructures combine the advanced merits of 2d materials and mesoporous materials,possessing unique nanosheet structure,large specific surface area(SSA),abundant oxygen/nitrogen-containing groups,desirable electrical conductivity and admirable electrochemical redox activity,and hold great potential for constructing high-performance planar micro-supercapacitors(MSCs).Herein,we demonstrate the interfacial assembly of 2d mesoporous polydopamine/graphene(mPdG)heterostructures with well-defined mesopore structure(12 nm)and adjustable thickness(7.5–14.1 nm)for planar high-energy pseudocapacitive *** to medium thickness,exposed mesopore of 12 nm and large SSA of 108 m^(2)/g,the m PdG with 10.8 nm thickness reveals prominent mass capacitance of 419 F/g and impressive cycling stability with~96%capacitance retention after 5000 ***,the symmetric mPdG-based MSCs with“water-in-salt”gel electrolyte present wide voltage window of 1.6 v,superior volumetric energy density of 11.5 mWh/cm^(3),outstanding flexibility and self-integration ***,this work offers a new platform of controllably synthesizing 2d mesoporous heterostructures for high-performance MSCs.
