热带条件下,对不同发酵时间(T)下不同微生物菌剂(MI)处理的紫花苜蓿青贮饲料发酵过程、化学成分和微生物种群进行评估。将新鲜紫花苜蓿随机分配到4×6方阵中,分为无添加组(CTRL)、商业发酵剂组(CIN)、乳酸片球菌组(S1)和戊糖片球菌组(S2)4组,发酵剂添加量为106cfu·g^(-1),发酵时间分别为1、3、7、14、28和56 d.设3个重复。紫花苜蓿在初花期阶段播种后82 d.割,切成1.5 cm长,密封在25×35 cm真空密封塑料袋中,在地窖贮藏。贮存前乳酸菌、肠道菌、霉菌和酵母菌的数量分别为5.42、5.58、4.82和4.8 cfu·g^(-1),56 d.对紫花苜蓿的化学成分进行检测。在T×MI作用下,除乳酸和丙酸的浓度,所有参数均相互影响。1~28 d.S1组和S2组的p H比CTRL组低,56 d.两组p H相近。7或14 d.,明显观察到S1组和S2组乳酸浓度较高。而3、28 d.,S1组和S2组的乳酸浓度低于CTRL组和CIN组。MI不同或MI×T交互作用并未影响微生物种群数量,但肠道菌数量仍有小幅波动,在1~14 d.递减,之后缓慢上升。56 d.,地窖贮存的紫花苜化学成分并没有受到微生物制剂种类的影响。试验结果表明,戊糖片球菌在发酵过程中最有效,能迅速降低p H,增加乳酸浓度,是一种有潜力的青贮饲料发酵剂。
