The N-methyl-d-aspartate(NMdA)receptors,which belong to the ionotropic Glutamate receptors,constitute a family of ligand-gated ion *** the various subtypes of NMdA receptors,the GluN1/2A subtype plays a significant role in central nervous system(CNS)*** present article aims to provide a comprehensive review of ligands targeting GluN2A-containing NMdA receptors,encompassing negative allosteric modulators(naMs),positive allosteric modulators(PAMs)and competitive ***,the ligands’structure–activity relationships(SARs)and the binding models of representative ligands are also discussed,providing valuable insights for the clinical rational design of effective drugs targeting CNS diseases.

Concrete slabs are widely used in modern railways to increase the inherent resilient quality of the tracks,provide safe and smooth rides,and reduce the maintenance *** this paper,the elastic performance of a novel slab trackform for high-speed railways is investigated using three-dimensional finite element modelling in *** is then compared to the performance of a ballasted ***,slab and ballasted track models are developed to replicate the full-scale testing of track *** the models are calibrated with the experimental results,the novel slab model is developed and compared against the calibrated slab track *** slab and ballasted track models are then extended to create linear dynamic models,considering the track geodynamics,and simulating train passages at various speeds,for which the Ledsgard documented case was used to validate the *** travelling at low and high speeds are analysed to investigate the track deflections and the wave propagation in the soil,considering the issues associated with critical *** train loading methods are discussed,and the most practical approach is retained and ***,correlations are made between the geotechnical parameters of modern high-speed rail and conventional *** is found that considering the same ground condition,the slab track deflections are considerably smaller than those of the ballasted track at high speeds,while they show similar behaviour at low speeds.

Underground liquified natural gas(LNG)storage is essential in guaranteeing national energy strategic reserves,and its construction is being *** stability of surrounding rock of underground LNG storage caverns under stress-low temperature coupling effect is the key factor determining the feasibility of LNG ***,a mathematical model used for controlling the stress-low temperature coupling and the processes of rock damage evolution is given,followed by a 2-d numerical execution process of the mathematical model mentioned above described based on Comsol Multiphysics and Matlab ***,a series of 2-d simulations are performed to study the influence of LNG storage cavern layout,burial depth,temperature and internal pressure on the stability of surrounding rocks of these underground storage *** results indicate that all the factors mentioned above affect the evolution of deformation and plastic zone of surrounding *** research results contribute to the engineering design of underground LNG storage caverns.

Sea surface temperature(SST)is one of the important parameters of global ocean and climate research,which can be retrieved by satellite infrared and passive microwave remote sensing *** satellite infrared SST offers high spatial resolution,it is limited by cloud *** the other hand,passive microwave SST provides all-weather observation but suffers from poor spatial resolution and susceptibility to environmental factors such as rainfall,coastal effects,and high wind *** achieve high-precision,comprehensive,and high-resolution SST data,it is essential to fuse infrared and microwave SST *** this study,data from the Fengyun-3d(Fy-3d)medium resolution spectral imager II(MERSI-II)SST and microwave imager(MWRI)SST were ***,the accuracy of both MERSIII SST and MWRI SST was verified,and the latter was bilinearly interpolated to match the 5km resolution grid of MERSI *** pretreatment and quality control of MERSI SST and MWRI SST,a Piece-Wise Regression method was employed to correct biases in MWRI ***,SST data were selected based on spatial resolution and accuracy within a 3-day window of the analysis ***,an optimal interpolation method was applied to fuse the Fy-3d MERSI-II SST and MWRI *** results demonstrated a significant improvement in spatial coverage compared to MERSI-II SST and MWRI ***,the fusion SST retained true spatial distribution details and exhibited an accuracy of–0.12±0.74℃compared to OSTIA *** study has improved the accuracy of Fy satellite fusion SST products in China.

Earthquake-related hydrochemical changes in thermal springs have been widely observed;however,quantitative modeling of the reactive transport process is *** the present study,we apply reactive transport simulation to capture the hydrochemical responses in a thermal spring following the Wenchuan Ms 8.0 and Lushan Ms 7.0 *** first constrain deep reservoir geothermal fluid compositions and temperature by multicomponent geothermometry,and then a reactive geochemical transport model is constructed to reproduce the hydrochemical evolution *** results show that the recharge from the shallow aquifer increases gradually until it reaches a peak because of the permeability enhancement caused by the Lushan earthquake,which may be the mechanism to explain the earthquake-related hydrochemical *** contrast to the postseismic effect of the Wenchuan earthquake,the chemical evolution can be considered as hydrochemical anomalies related to the Lushan *** study proves that the efficient simulation of reactive transport processes is useful for investigating earthquake-related signals in hydrochemical time series.

Abiotic stresses, such as drought, salt, extreme temperatures, and heavy metal pollution, are the main environmental factors that limit crop growth and yield. Sorghum, a C4 grass plant with high photosynthetic efficiency, can grow in adverse environmental conditions due to its excellent stress resistance characteristics. Therefore, unraveling the stress-resistance mechanism of sorghum could provide a theoretical basis for developing and cultivating various stress-resistant crops. This understanding could also help to create a conducive environment for using marginal soil in agriculture and ensuring food security. In this review, we discuss the adaptation mechanisms of sorghum under drought, salinity, temperature, and soil heavy metal stresses, the specific response to stress, the screening of sorghum-resistant germplasm, and the identification and functional analysis of the relevant genes and quantitative trait loci(QTL). In addition, we discuss the application potential of different stress-tolerant sorghum germplasms reported to date and emphasize the feasibility and potential use in developing and promoting highly stress-tolerant sorghum in marginal soil.

The adsorption performances of individual adsorbent such as UiO-66-NH_(2)and MgAl-layered double hydroxides(MgAl-LdH)toward levofloxacin(LVX)is less satisfactory due to the disappointing uptake capacity and adsorption ***,a 3d flower-like composite adsorbent prepared via iterative hydrothermal synthesis method anchoring UiO-66-NH_(2)nanoparticles onto the MgAl-LdH *** to the synergistic effects of UiO-66-NH_(2),and MgAl-LdH,the MgAl-LdH@UiO-66-NH_(2)exhibits an outstanding adsorption performance toward ***,the maximum LVX uptake capacity over MgAl-LdH@UiO-66-NH_(2)reached 268 mg/g,which was higher than that of the individual adsorption materials UiO-66-NH_(2)(41 mg/g),MgAl-LdH(140 mg/g),and some adsorbents reported in previous *** rapid adsorption process can reach equilibrium within 20 min,which conformed well to the pseudo-second-order kinetics and the Langmuir isotherm *** thermodynamic result also indicated that the adsorption was spontaneous and exothermic,simultaneous coexisting physical and chemical adsorption ***,the MgAl-LdH@UiO-66-NH_(2)still maintained excellent adsorption capacity with a slightly decrease after fifth cycle,exhibiting a remarkable reuse and stable *** work provides a highly novel strategy to prepare recyclable composite adsorbent for the LVX capture from aqueous solution.
