In recent times,pattern recognition of communication modulation signals has gained significant attention in several application areas such as military,civilian field,*** becomes essential to design a safe and robust feature extraction(FE)approach to efficiently identify the various signal modulation types in a complex *** works have derived new techniques to extract the feature parameters namely instant features,fractal features,and so *** addition,machine learning(ML)and deep learning(dL)approaches can be commonly employed for modulation signal *** this view,this paper designs pattern recognition of communication signal modulation using fractal features with deep neural networks(CSM-FFdNN).The goal of the CSM-FFdNN model is to classify the different types of digitally modulated *** proposed CSM-FFdNN model involves two major processes namely FE and *** proposed model uses Sevcik Fractal dimension(SFd)technique to extract the fractal features from the digital modulated ***,the extracted features are fed into the dNN model for modulation signal *** improve the classification performance of the dNN model,a barnacles mating optimizer(BMO)is used for the hyperparameter tuning of the dNN model in such a way that the dNN performance can be raised.A wide range of simulations takes place to highlight the enhanced performance of the CSM-FFdNN *** experimental outcomes pointed out the superior recognition rate of the CSM-FFdNN model over the recent state of art methods interms of different evaluation parameters.

data fusion is one of the challenging issues,the healthcare sector is facing in the recent *** diagnosis from digital imagery and treatment are deemed to be the right *** Haemorrhage(ICH),a condition characterized by injury of blood vessels in brain tissues,is one of the important reasons for *** generated by X-rays and Computed Tomography(CT)are widely used for estimating the size and location of *** use manual planimetry,a time-consuming process for segmenting CT scan *** Learning(dL)is the most preferred method to increase the efficiency of diagnosing *** this paper,the researcher presents a unique multi-modal data fusion-based feature extraction technique with deep Learning(dL)model,abbreviated as FFE-dL for Intracranial Haemorrhage detection and Classification,also known as *** proposed FFEdL-ICH model has four stages namely,preprocessing,image segmentation,feature extraction,and *** input image is first preprocessed using the Gaussian Filtering(GF)technique to remove ***,the density-based Fuzzy C-Means(dFCM)algorithm is used to segment the ***,the Fusion-based Feature Extraction model is implemented with handcrafted feature(Local Binary Patterns)and deep features(Residual Network-152)to extract useful ***,deep Neural Network(dNN)is implemented as a classification technique to differentiate multiple classes of *** researchers,in the current study,used benchmark Intracranial Haemorrhage dataset and simulated the FFEdL-ICH model to assess its diagnostic *** findings of the study revealed that the proposed FFEdL-ICH model has the ability to outperform existing models as there is a significant improvement in its *** future researches,the researcher recommends the performance improvement of FFEdL-ICH model using learning rate scheduling techniques for dNN.

Performance analysis of jig for coal cleaning using 3d response surface methodology

Beneficiation of coal of -4.76 mm + 3 mm size fraction was investigated in a laboratory model denver *** variables were studied to analyze their effect on the performance of jig in terms of yield and ash content of clean coal. Three-factor three-level Box-Behnken design of experiments with response surface methodology(RSM) was employed to understand the performance behavior of jig. From the study, the bed height was found to be the most significant parameter affecting the yield and ash content of clean coal. It was possible to reduce the ash content from 24.32% in feed to an ash content of 16.55% in clean coal at 2 L/min water flow rate and 10 min jigging time. Influence of operating variables of the jig on responses was presented and discussed in 3d surface plots. The developed model was found to be significant within the range of parameters under investigation with correlation of co-efficient values as 0.99(yield) and 0.98(ash).

Although many causes of Alzheimer’s disease(Ad)may exist,both the original amyloid cascade and tau hypotheses posit that abnormal misfolding and accumulation of amyloid-β(Aβ)and tau protein is the central event causing the ***,that conclusion could be only partly true,and there is conflicting evidence about the role of both proteins in Ad,being able to precede and influence one *** researchers argue that these proteins are mere executors rather than primary causes of ***,there have been continuing refinements of both hypotheses,with alternative explanations proposed.Aβand tau proteins may be independently involved in specific neurotoxic pathways;yet there may be other crucial processes going on in early ***,accumulating evidence suggests that Aβand tau act synergistically,rather than additively in disease onset(Jeremic et al.,2021,2023a).

Blockchain: Secured Solution for Signature Transfer in distributed Intrusion detection System

Exchange of data in networks necessitates provision of security and *** networks compromised by intruders are those where the exchange of data is at high *** main objective of this paper is to present a solution for secure exchange of attack signatures between the nodes of a distributed *** activities are monitored and detected by the Intrusion detection System(IdS)that operates with nodes connected to a distributed *** IdS operates in two phases,where the first phase consists of detection of anomaly attacks using an ensemble of classifiers such as Random forest,Convolutional neural network,and XGBoost along with genetic algorithm to improve the performance of *** novel attacks detected in this phase are converted into signatures and exchanged further through the network using the blockchain framework in the second *** phase uses the cryptosystem as part of the blockchain to store data and secure it at a higher *** blockchain is implemented using the Hyperledger Fabric v1.0 and v2.0,to create a prototype for secure signature *** exchanges signatures in a much more secured manner using the blockchain architecture when implemented with version 2.0 of Hyperl-edger *** performance of the proposed blockchain system is evaluated on UNSW NB15 *** performance has been evaluated in terms of execution time,average latency,throughput and transaction processing *** evidence of the proposed IdS system demonstrates improved performance with accuracy,detection rate and false alarm rate(FAR)as key parameters *** and detection rate increase by 2%and 3%respectively whereas FAR reduces by 1.7%.

Functional recovery from central nervous system(CNS)trauma depends not only on axon regeneration or compensatory sprouting of uninjured fibers but also on the ability of newly grown axons to establish functional synapses with appropriate *** several studies have successfully promoted long-distance axonal regeneration in distinct CNS injury models,none of them have resulted in a viable therapeutic approach for patient recovery.A possible reason may be the lack of new synaptogenesis for reestablishing the circuitry lost after ***,we discuss how our understanding of the mechanisms that instruct synapse formation in the injured nervous system may contribute to the design of new strategies to promote functional restoration in traumatic CNS disorders.

Kinetic Alfven Waves Excited by Cometary Newborn Ions with Large Perpendicular Energies

Stability of the kinetic Alfven wave in a plasma of hydrogen, oxygen and electrons is studied. Each species is modeled by drifting ring distributions in the direction parallel to the magnetic field, while in the perpendicular direction the distribution is simulated with a loss cone type distribution obtained through the subtraction of two Maxwellian distributions with different temperatures. It is found that for frequencies ω＊〈 ωcH with ω＊ and ωcH the doppler shifted and hydrogen ion gyro-frequencies, respectively, the growth rate of the kinetic Alfven wave increases with the increase in propagation angles and density of oxygen ions. On the other hand, for frequencies ω＊〈 ωco with ωco the oxygen ion gyro-frequency the growth rate is independent of the oxygen ion density.

Microstructural Characterization and Mechanical Properties of Powder Metallurgy dual Phase Steel Preforms

In order to improve the mechanical properties of powder metallurgy （P/M） ferrite-pearlite steel, a dual phase （dP） ferrite-martensite steel was produced through intercritical annealing of sintered P/M preforms. Mi-crostructures of the sintered and dP steels were examined with optical, scanning and transmission electron microscopes. Mechanical properties were evaluated through hardness measurements and compression tests. Microstructural studies revealed that sintered steel contained polygonal ferrite-pearlite while the dP steel contained polygonal, lath and acicular ferrite along with lath-type martensite as microstructural constituents. In dP steels, with increasing mean preform density, the microstructure contained fine and continuous network of martensite colonies with minimum porosity. The work hardening rate vs plastic strain plots （Jaoul-Crussard analysis） of both the steels revealed typical three stage deformation behaviour for low and high mean preform densities. Compression tests revealed that, dP P/M steel displayed higher strength-plasticity combination than the sintered steel.

BHLM:Bayesian theory-based hybrid learning model for multi-document summarization

In order to understand and organize the document in an efficient way,the multidocument summarization becomes the prominent technique in the Internet *** the information available is in a large amount,it is necessary to summarize the document for obtaining the condensed *** perform the multi-document summarization,a new Bayesian theory-based Hybrid Learning Model(BHLM)is proposed in this ***,the input documents are preprocessed,where the stop words are removed from the ***,the feature of the sentence is extracted to determine the sentence score for summarizing the *** extracted feature is then fed into the hybrid learning model for ***,learning feature,training error and correlation coefficient are integrated with the Bayesian model to develop ***,the proposed method is used to assign the class label assisted by the mean,variance and probability ***,based on the class label,the sentences are sorted out to generate the final summary of the *** experimental results are validated in MATLAB,and the performance is analyzed using the metrics,precision,recall,F-measure and *** proposed model attains 99.6%precision and 75%rouge-1 measure,which shows that the model can provide the final summary efficiently.
