Levels in the neutron-rich ^(104)Mo nucleus have been investigated by observing promptγ-rays from the spontaneous fission of 252Cf with the Gammasphere detector *** ground-state band,the one-phonon and the two-phononγ-vibrational bands as well as a quasiparticle band have been confirmed and expanded with spin up to 14ħ.Other two side bands probably built on new quasiparticle states are *** possible configurations for the quasiparticle bands are *** of the quasiparticle bands show larger moments of inertia and may have pair-free *** levels of the ground-state band,the one-phononγ-band and the two-phononγ-band calculated from a general collective model are in close agreement with the experimental data.

Background There is great debate on the possible adverse interaction between proton pump inhibitors （PPIs） and clopidogrel. In ad- dition, whether the use of PPIs affects the clinical efficacy of ticagrelor remains less known. We aimed to determine the impact of concomi- tant administration of PPIs and clopidogrel or ticagrelor on clinical outcomes in patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS） after percuta- neous coronary intervention （PCI）. Methods We retrospectively analyzed data fi＇om a ＂real world＂, international, multi-center registry between 2003 and 2014 （n = 15,401） and assessed the impact of concomitant administration of PPIs and clopidogrel or ticagrelor on 1-year composite primary endpoint （all-cause death, re-infarction, or severe bleeding） in patients with ACS after PCI. Results Of 9429 patients in the final cohort, 54.8% （n = 5165） was prescribed a PPI at discharge. Patients receiving a PPI were older, more often female, and were more likely to have comorbidities. No association was observed between PPI use and the primary endpoint for patients receiving clopidogrel （ad- justed HR： 1.036; 95% CI： 0.903-1.189） or ticagrelor （adjusted HR： 2.320; 95% CI： 0.875-45.151）（Pinteraction = 0.2004）. Similarly, use of a PPI was not associated with increased risk of all-cause death, re-infarction, or a decreased risk of severe bleeding for patients treated with either clopidogrel or ticagrelor. Conclusions In patients with ACS following PCI, concomitant use of PPIs was not associated with in- creased risk of adverse outcomes in patients receiving either clopidogrel or ticagrelor. Our findings indicate it is reasonable to use a PPI in combination with clopidogrel or ticagrelor, especially in patients with a higher risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.

The widespread use of long-lasting insecticidal nets (LLINs) is a major intervention method for malaria control. While coverage of LLINs has increased, there is a need for information on the operational effectiveness of nets deployed in the field in the context of malaria vector resistance to insecticides used for impregnation. The development of specific anti-malarial biomarkers to assess exposure to mosquito bites is an important development in evaluations. The aim of this study was to characterize the human IgG antibody response to Anopheles gSG6-P1 saliva, a salivary peptide antigen previously shown to be a relevant biomarker of human exposure to Anopheles bites, in order to assess the LLINs under field conditions in areas of low and high vector resistance to insecticides. We analyzed data from 240 randomly selected children ( 0.05). Furthermore, the same finding was observed for antibody expression in children whether or not they used LLINs on the day before the survey (p = 0.7724). Similarly, gender and especially age, major factors of variation in the adaptive immune response, did not have a significant effect on IgG expression.

The frequency distribution and severity of the cardiac disease underlying acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema(APE) to define appropriate subsequent diagnostic and management strategies were investigated in 216 consecutive patients. To this effect, the clinical, electrocardiographic, echocardiographic and angiographic characteristics were analyzed. Coronary artery disease was identified in 185 patients(86%)-146 with acute myocardial infarction-as the underlying cause, isolated valvular disease in 10(5%) and other causes in 21(11%). Most patients were elderly(≥70 years, 72%), hypertensive(71%)and diabetic(44%). Among coronary disease(CAd) patients, however, 105(57%) showed conduction disturbances in theECG(QRS >0.10 s) and 84(45%) had no anginal pain during pulmonary edema. A 2d echocardiogram showed a 30%incidence of moderate-severe mitral regurgitation in coronary disease and non-coronary disease patients, and a 67%incidence of reduced ejection fraction(disease patients(73%). A coronary angiography performed in 99 patients with coronary disease showed multivessel disease in 89(91%) with a 32%incidence of significant left main disease. Therefore, these findings demonstrate that coronary disease is the most common cause of acute pulmonary edema and it is associated with a distinctly high prevalence of multivessel and left main disease. This diagnosis, however, may often be overlooked if no serial enzymatic sampling is performed given the increased frequency of conduction abnormalities and lack of anginal pain.

Objective: To analyse clinical and therapeutic aspects of epilepsy secondary to ulegyria in adults. Patients: Out of 1,020 consecutive patients studied at a tertiary care epilepsy centre, eight cases of ulegyria were identified. All patients had comprehensive clinical evaluation, neuropsychological testing, interictal EEG, and brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). In addition, five patients had video-EEG monitoring. Ulegyria was confirmed by histological analysis in two patients who had successful epilepsy surgery. Results: All patients had a histor y of perinatal asphyxia. In four of them there was psychomotor developmental del ay. Mean age at onset of seizures was 5.8 years (range first week to 21 years). Brain MRI demonstrated predominant involvement of occipito-parietal cortical an d subcortical areas. This posterior distribution of lesions was also supported b y the presence of auras with occipital and parietal semiology in six patients, a nd signs of visuospatial dysfunction in five. Four patients had medically refrac tory epilepsy and two of them had significant improvement with surgical treatmen t. Conclusions: In this group of adult epileptic patients with ulegyria brain MR I, ictal semiology, and neurological examination are consistent with occipital l obe epilepsy. Most patients have severe epilepsy, but in some of them epilepsy c an be controlled with antiepileptic drugs, while in others surgical treatment ca n be effective. Brain MRI criteria of ulegyria are well established, and in two cases it was possible to confirm their diagnosis with histological analysis.

Nigella sativa (NS)(Ranunculaceae family) is generally utilized as a therapeutic plant all over the world. The seeds of the plant have a long history of use in different frameworks of medicines and food. N. sativa seeds reveal a broad spectrum of pharmacological activities including immunopotentiation and antihistaminic, antiseptic, antiallergic, anti-hypertensive, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial activities. It is known as a source of thymoquinone (TQ), thymohydroquinone, dithymoquinone, p-cymene, carvacrol, 4-terpineol, t-anethol, sesquiterpene longifolene, nigellicimine and nigellicimine-N-oxide,α-pinene and thymol etc. Additionally, this is uncovered that the majority of therapeutic properties of this plant are due to the presence of thymoquinone which is a major bioactive component of the essential oil. The incalculable medicinal properties and therapeutic uses of N. sativa prove its importance as a valuable medicinal plant. The aim of this review is to summarize some important pharmacological studies and phytochemical investigations on N. sativa and isolated principles which can be investigated further to get novel molecules in the search of novel herbal drugs.

目的本研究旨在分析P2Y12受体抑制剂联合质子泵抑制剂（PPI）治疗对经皮冠状动脉介入（PCI）术后的急性冠脉综合征患者缺血事件的影响。方法基于国际多中心回顾性注册登记研究，纳入2003至2014年因急性冠脉综合征人院行PCI术的患者，分为PPI组及非PPI组并随访1年，主要临床终点为全因死亡／再发心肌梗死的复合终点。根据P2Y12受体抑制剂种类，将入组患者分为氯吡格雷组及替格瑞洛组，并比较不同药物与PPI联用发生临床终点事件的风险。结果研究入选9429例患者，PPI组占54．8％，具有更多高危因素。Cox回归结果提示PPI组较非PPI组全因死亡／再发心肌梗死复合事件的发生差异无统计学意义（HR1．00，95％CI 0．86—1．18）。根据P2Y12抑制剂种类不同分为氯吡格雷组和替格瑞洛组，不同P2Y12受体抑制剂联用PPI较未联用PPI患者的临床终点无差异，联用PPI的氯吡格雷组与替格瑞洛组的临床终点差异也无统计学意义。结论急性冠脉综合征患者PPI与P2Y12受体抑制剂联用不增加全因死亡和再发心肌梗死风险，尤其PPI联用氯吡格雷在患者的缺血事件上与替格瑞洛比较差异无统计学意义。
