A novel benzene-ring engineered 1d/2d WO_(3)/g-C_(3)N_(4)S-scheme photocatalyst(BCNW)was rationally de-signed.a.d successfully synthesized by the electrostatic self-assembly *** and density Functional Theory results reveal that the integration of molecular benzene-ring in the framework of g-C_(3)N_(4)can not only narrow its band.a. and.a.celerate charge separation by forming a mid-state at the top of its valence band but more importantly open up a new additional bridge for speeding up the interfacial S-scheme charge transfer in *** from those multiple positive effects of benzene-ring inte-gration,as expected,BCNW S-scheme photocatalysts show superior photocatalytic H_(2)-production activity and reach 2971μmol h^(-1)g^(-1)under visible-light illumination,which is 3.35 times WO_(3)/g-C_(3)N_(4)S-scheme photocatalyst without benzene-ring *** work supplies an innovative strategy for the design of a high-efficiency S-scheme photocatalytic system by constructing a facile and.a.ditional molecular charge transfer channel at the interface.

A general synthesis strategy for the multifunctional 3d polypyrrole foam of thin 2d nanosheets

A 3d macroporous conductive polymer foam of thin 2d polypyrrole （PPy） nanosheets is developed by adopting a novel intercalation of guest （monomer Py） between the layers of the lamellar host （3d vanadium oxide foam） template-replication strategy. The 3d PPy foam of thin 2d nanosheets exhibits diverse functions including reversible compressibility, shape memory, absorption/adsorption and mechanically deformable supercapacitor characteristics. The as-prepared 3d PPy foam of thin nanosheets is highly light weight with a density of 12 mg·cm^-3 which can bear the large compressive strain up to 80% whether in wet or dry states; and can absorb organic solutions or extract dye molecules fast and efficiently. In particular, the PPy nanosheetbased foam as a mechanically deformable electrode material for supercapacitors exhibits high specific capacitance of 70 F·g^-1 at a fast charge-discharge rate of 50 mA·g^-1, superior to that of any other typical pure PPy-based capacitor. We envision that the strategy presented here should be applicable to fabrication of a wide variety of organic polymer foams and hydrogels of low-dimensional nanostructures and even inorganic foams and hydrogels of low-dimensional nanostructures, and thus allow for exploration of their ad.a.ced physical and chemical properties.

We propose a 3d model feature line extraction method using templates for guidance. The 3d model is first projected into a depth map, and.a.set of candidate feature points are extracted. Then, a conditional random fields (CRF) model is established to match the sketch points and the candidate feature points. Using sketch strokes, the candidate feature points can then be connected to obtain the feature lines, and using a CRF-matching model, the 2d image shape similarity features and 3d model geometric features can be effectively integrated. Finally, a relational metric based on shape and topological similarity is proposed to evaluate the matching results, and.a. iterative matching process is applied to obtain the globally optimized model feature lines. Experimental results showed that the proposed method can extract sound 3d model feature lines which correspond to the initial sketch template.

This paper studies a federated edge learning system,in which an edge server coordinates a set of edge devices to train a shared machine learning(ML)model based on their locally distributed data *** the distributed training,we exploit the joint communication and computation design for improving the system energy efficiency,in which both the communication resource allocation for global ML-parameters aggregation and the computation resource allocation for locally updating ML-parameters are jointly *** particular,we consider two transmission protocols for edge devices to upload ML-parameters to edge server,based on the non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)and time division multiple access(Td.a.,*** both protocols,we minimize the total energy consumption at all edge devices over a particular finite training duration subject to a given training accuracy,by jointly optimizing the transmission power and rates at edge devices for uploading ML-parameters and their central processing unit(CPU)frequencies for local *** propose efficient algorithms to solve the formulated energy minimization problems by using the techniques from convex *** results show that as compared to other benchmark schemes,our proposed joint communication and computation design significantly can improve the energy efficiency of the federated edge learning system,by properly balancing the energy tradeoff between communication and computation.

Based on the principle of the Lorentz covariance, the transition matrix elements from an off-shell photon state to the vacuum are parameterized by the light-cone photon distribution amplitudes （dAs）. Both the scalar off-shell photon light-cone dA and the corresponding coupling are calculated in the instanton vacuum model of quantum chromodynamics （QCd）, and their explicit analytical expressions and the numerical results are given. The results for the other chiral-odd light-cone photon dAs and their couplings are presented.a. well.

This paper proposes a rigorous und.a.ned solution for cylindrical cavity expansion problems in K_(0)-consolidated clays,adopting a simple non-associated.a.d.a.isotropic model,*** cavity expansion theory is well extended to consider non-associativity,K_(0)-consolidation and stress-induced.a.isotropy with combined rotational and distortional hardening of yield surface and plastic potential in the multiaxial stress *** developed solution can be recovered for validation against the modified Cam-clay(MCC)solution by simply setting model constants,avoiding non-associativity and *** source code is provided to facilitate the use for *** investigating the effects of overconsolidation ratio on the cavity pressure curves,stress distributions,evolutions of anisotropic parameters and stress paths,the variations with three-dimensional(3d)evolutions of yield surface and plastic potential during und.a.ned cavity expansion are shown for various K_(0)-consolidated clays.A parametric study on the model constants is presented to depict the influences on the stress distributions and paths,critical state surfaces and Lode’s angles at *** proposed solution also provides a general framework for formulating equations for und.a.ned expansion of cylindrical cavities under an initial cross anisotropic condition using sophisticated.a.isotropic soil *** serves as a precise benchmark for extensions of analytical solutions,numerical simulations of cavity expansion,and backcalculations of geotechnical problems.
