Although many caus.s.of Alzheimer’s.d.s.as.(Ad.may exis.,both the original amyloid.cas.ad. and.tau hypothes.s.pos.t that abnormal mis.old.ng and.accumulation of amyloid.β(Aβ)and.tau protein is.the central event caus.ng the ***,that conclus.on could.be only partly true,and.there is.conflicting evid.nce about the role of both proteins.in Ad.being able to preced. and.influence one *** res.archers.argue that thes. proteins.are mere executors.rather than primary caus.s.of ***,there have been continuing refinements.of both hypothes.s.with alternative explanations.propos.d.Aβand.tau proteins.may be ind.pend.ntly involved.in s.ecific neurotoxic pathways.yet there may be other crucial proces.es.going on in early ***,accumulating evid.nce s.gges.s.that Aβand.tau act s.nergis.ically,rather than ad.itively in d.s.as. ons.t(Jeremic et al.,2021,2023a).

We report on the novel heterometallic quaternary s.lenid. EuCeCus.3,the fabrication of which has.been a challenge until this.*** s.ructure of the reported.s.lenid. was.elucid.ted.from the powd.r X-ray d.ffraction d.ta,which revealed.the formation of EuCeCus.3with excellent yield.96.7%)accompanied.with a minor fraction of Ces.2(3.3%),and.was.bes. s.lved.in orthorhombic s.ace group Pnma with the BaLaCus.s.ructural ***,the crys.al s.ructure of the title compound.completes.the row of the heterometallic quaternary s.lenid.s.EuRECus.3(RE=La,Pr,Nd.s.,Eu,Gd.Tb,d.,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu,Y),of which the cerium-bas.d.d.rivative exclus.vely belongs.to the BaLaCus.s.ructural *** d.s.ortion of the Cus.4polyhed.on was.compared.for the whole s.ries.of EuRECus.3compound. us.ng theτ4-d.s.riptor for four coord.nated.ions.which revealed.the highes. d.gree of d.s.ortion for the Ce3+-containing s.lenid.,followed.by the La3+-bas.d.***,the crys.allographic and.geometrical parameters.of the reported.s.lenid. were d.s.us.ed.in comparis.n to the Ce3+-bas.d.s.lfid.s.s.CeCus.and.*** initio calculations.of the crys.al s.ructure,a phonon s.ectrum and.elas.ic cons.ants.for the crys.al of EuCeCus.3were als. *** types.and.wavenumbers.of fund.me ntal mod.s.were d.termined.and.the involvement of ions.participating in the phonon mod.s.was.*** experimental IR s.ectrum of the reported.s.lenid. was.interpreted.and.found.to be in agreement with the calculated.*** experimental d.rect band.gap of EuCeCus.3was.meas.red.to be 1.36 eV that is.cons.s.ent with the concept of its.origin d.e to interband.trans.tions.between orbitals.emerging mainly from 4f(valence band.and.5d.cond.ction band.levels.of the Eu2+*** d.pend.nce of the Young’s.mod.lus.on the d.rection d.mons.rates.the anis.tropy of the elas.ic properties.while the Vickers.hard.es. for EuCeCus.3was.calculated.to be 5.2 ***,the title compound.is.paramagnetic above 4 K.

The novelty of this.res.arch lies.in the s.cces.ful fabrication of a 3d.printed.honeycomb s.ructure filled.with nanofillers.for acous.ic properties.utilizing an imped.nce tube s.tup in accord.nce with As.M s.and.rd.E *** Creality End.r-3,a 3d.printer,was.us.d.for printing the honeycomb s.ructures.and.polylactic acid.PLA)material was.employed.for their *** organic,inorganic,and.polymeric compound. within the compos.tes.were id.ntified.us.ng fourier trans.ormation infrared.FTIR)*** s.ructure and.homogeneity of the s.mples.were examined.us.ng a field.emis.ion s.anning electron micros.ope(FEs.M).To d.termine the s.und.abs.rption coefficient of the 3d.printed.honeycomb s.ructure,numerous.s.mples.were s.s.ematically d.veloped.us.ng central compos.te d.s.gn(CCd.and.analys.d.us.ng res.ons. s.rface method.logy(Rs.).The Rs. mathematical mod.l was.es.ablis.ed.to pred.ct the optimum values.of each factor and.nois. red.ction coefficient(NRC).The optimum values.for an NRC of 0.377 were found.to be 1.116 wt% carbon black,1.025 wt% aluminium powd.r,and.3.151 mm d.s.ance between parallel ***,the res.lts.d.mons.rate that a 3d.rinted.honeycomb s.ructure filled.with nanofillers.is.an excellent material that can be utilized.in various.field.,includ.ng d.fence and.aviation,where lightweight and.acous.ic properties.are of great importance.

AIM:To provid. a comprehens.ve and.more repres.ntative national d.ta on the d.s.as.,es.ecially on treatment options.and.outcomes.and.to d.termine acces. of retinoblas.oma patients.from Luzon,Vis.yas.and.Mind.nao to eye care,and.d.termine if acces. is.as.ociated.with d.lay in cons.ltation,s.aging and.***:Cohort s.ud. of retinoblas.oma patients.s.en in eleven ins.itutions.located.in the three major areas.of the Philippines.namely Luzon,Vizayas.and.Mind.nao from ***:Totally 636 patients.involving 821 eyes.were ***(57%)were from Luzon and.were s.en in ins.itutions.in Luzon(72%).Annually,58±10 new cas.s.were s.en with 71%having unilateral *** d.lay of cons.ltation remained.long at 9(3,17)mo,longes. in patients.with unilateral d.s.as.(Pd.thos. from the Vis.yas.Ps.d.on the International Retinoblas.oma s.aging s.s.em,only 35%of patients.had.s.age 1 while 47%alread. had.extraocular *** was.the mos. common treatment received.by 484 patients.while intravenous.chemotherapy was.received.by *** were 250(39%)patients.alive,195(31%)d.ad.85(13%)aband.ned.17(3%)refus.d.and.89(14%)with no ***:This.s.ud. pres.nts.the larges. cohort of retinoblas.oma patients.in the Philippines.in terms.of patients.and.participating ins.itutions.number and.geographical location and.type of ins.itution(private and.public).It als. pres.nts.more comprehens.ve d.ta on the treatments.us.d.and.outcomes.s.rvival,globe s.lvage,and.vis.on retention rates..d.lay in cons.ltation was.s.ill long among patients.lead.ng to ad.anced.d.s.as. s.age and.lower s.rvival *** increas.ng capacity to d.agnos. and.manage retinoblas.oma in the country,the d.lay of cons.ltation remains.long primarily d.e to acces.ibility is.ues.to eye care ins.itutions.es.ecially in the Vis.yas.and.financial *** d.lay was.s.ill s.gnificant that overall s.rvival rate remain low.
