BACKGROUNd.Functional constip.tion(FC)is a common gastrointestinal d.sord.r characterized.by abd.minal p.in and.bloating,which can greatly affect the quality of life of *** treatments often yield.subop.imal results,lead.ng to the exp.oration of alternative therap.utic *** To evaluate the efficacy of KiwiBiotic in the management of FC and.related.*** This p.osp.ctive,interventional,single-center,crossover stud. comp.red.the safety and.effectiveness of KiwiBiotic®vs p.yllium husk in managing FC,abd.minal p.in,and.*** d.agnosed.with FC were rand.mly assigned.to receive KiwiBiotic or p.yllium husk d.ring the two treatment p.riod.,with a 14-d.y washout p.riod.between *** Seventy p.rticip.nts were enrolled.32 of whom received.KiwiBiotic followed.by p.yllium husk,and.33 received.*** showed.sup.riority over p.yllium husk in alleviating abd.minal p.in and.bloating,as evid.nced.by significantly lower mean ***,KiwiBiotic resulted.in more than 90.0%of p.tients exp.riencing relief from various constip.tion symp.oms,while p.yllium husk showed.comp.ratively lower *** KiwiBiotic is an effective treatment op.ion for FC,abd.minal p.in,and.bloating,highlighting its p.tential as a p.omising alternative therap. for p.tients with FC and.its associated.symp.oms.

This p.p.r p.esents an up.0}te on single p.int incremental forming （Sp.F） of sheet metal since 2005. It includ.s a d.scrip.ion of the p.ocess with new information on the maximum forming angle, Фmax, for 5052-H32. An ind.p.h examp.e of the successful d.sign and.p.od.ction of p.rts is given for ind.stry. This includ.s d.scussion on p.od.ction times and.surface roughness with d.tails that will help.d.signers. A general d.sign guid. for users of Sp.F is p.ovid.d. It is based.up.n exp.rience gained.in the last d.cad.. In general, materials show a trend.of d.creasing formability with increasing initial thickness. It is shown that for thicker sheet metal, it is recommend.d.using large sp.erical tools （12.7 mm or larger）, or a large fiat-end.d.tool. The fiat-end.d.tool p.ovid.s the best combination of good.formability and.very low surface roughness. For aluminum, galvanized.steel and.stainless steel, it is recommend.d.using a fiat-end.d.tool. Ad.ances in multi-p.ss techniques and.information on successful and.useful numerical mod.ls which p.ed.ct forming behaviour are includ.d. Finally, there is a d.scussion on future work need.d.in Sp.F.
