Antimicrobial resistance in the laying.hen prod.ction ind.stry has become a serious public health *** antimicrobial resistance and.phylog.netic relationships of the common cond.tional pathog.n Enterococcus along.the laying.hen prod.ction chain have not been systematically clarified.105 Enterococcus isolates were obtained.from 115 environmental samples (air,d.st,feces,fies,sewag.,and.soil) collected.along.the laying.hen prod.ction chain (breed.ng.chicken,chick,young.chicken,and.commercial laying.hen).These Enterococcus isolates exhibited.resistance to some clinically relevant antibiotics,such as tetracycline (92.4%),streptomycin (92.4%),and.erythromycin (91.4%),and.all strains had.multid.ug.resistance *** g.nome sequencing.characterized.29 acquired.antibiotic resistance g.nes (ARg.) that conferred.resistance to 11 classes of antibiotics in 51pleuromutilin-resistant Enterococcus isolates,and.lsa(E),which med.ates resistance to pleuromutilins,always co-occurred.with lnu(B).Alig.ments with the Mobile g.netic Elements d.tabase id.ntified.four transposons (Tn554,Tn558,Tn6261,and.Tn6674) with several ARg.(erm(A),ant(9)-la,fex(A),and.optrA) that med.ated.resistance to many clinically important ***,we id.ntified.two new transposons that carried.ARg. in the Tn554 family d.sig.ated.as Tn7508 and.Tn7492.A complementary approach based.on conventional multi-locus sequence typing.and.whole g.nome sing.e nucleotid. polymorphism analysis showed.that phylog.netically related.pleuromutilin-resistant Enterococcus isolates were wid.ly d.stributed.in various environments on d.fferent prod.ction *** results ind.cate that environmental contamination by antimicrobial-resistant Enterococcus requires g.eater attention,and.they hig.lig.t the risk of pleuromutilin-resistant Enterococcus and.ARg. d.sseminating.along.the laying.hen prod.ction chain,thereby warranting.effective d.sinfection.

Covalent org.nic frameworks(COFs) are attractive porous crystalline materials with extremely hig. stability, easy functionalization, and.open channels, which are expected.to be unique ion cond.ctors/transporters in lithium ion batteries(LIBs). d.spite recent ad.ances, low ion cond.ctivity and.low transference number, resulting.in low charg.ng.d.scharg.ng.rate, low energ. d.nsity, and.short battery life, are the main issues that limit their d.rect application as solid.electrolytes in LIBs. Here, we d.sig.ed.and.synthesized.a novel polyimid. COF, namely, TAPA-Pd.-COF, with abund.nt C=O g.oups, which has been successfully employed.as hig.-performance solid.electrolytes by d.ping.TAPA-Pd.-COF and.succinonitrile(SN). Both the well-d.fined.nanochannels of COFs and.SN confined.in the well-alig.ed.channels restricted.the free mig.ation of anions, while C=O on COFs and.CN g.oups of SN enhanced.Li^(+) transport, thus achieving.a hig. ion cond.ctivity of 0.102 m S cm^(-1)at 80 °C and.a hig. lithium-ion transference number of 0.855 at room temperature. Accord.ng.to d.nsity functional theory(d.T)calculations, Li-ion mig.ation mainly ad.pted.in-plane transport rather than the axial pathway, which may be d.e to the shorter hopping.d.stances in the planar pathway. The results sug.est an effective strateg. for the d.sig. and.d.velopment of all-solid.tate ionic cond.ctors for achieving.hig.-performance LIBs.

In this work,semirig.d.linkers of the alkyl-thiophene-alkyl structure are d.veloped.to construct d.uble-cable *** alkyl units,propyl(C3H6),hexyl(C6H12),and.d.d.cyl(C12H24),are applied.as semirig.d.linkers,yield.ng.three d.uble-cable polymers:PBC6-T,PBC12-T,and.PBC24-T,***12-T which uses C6H12-thiophene-C6H12 linkers is found.to exhibit the best d.vice efficiency of 5.56%,while PBC6-T and.PBC24-T with shorter or long.r linkers yield.d.vice efficiencies of only 2.65%and.1.09%in sing.e-component org.nic solar cells(SCOSCs).Further stud.es reveal that PBC12-T exhibits hig.er crystallinity and.improved.charg. transport,resulting.in better *** work provid.s an approach to construct d.uble-cable conjug.ted.polymers with long.alkyl linkers,and.it shows the importance of the linker leng.h for the photovoltaic performance of SCOSCs.
