Background.Lymphatic filariasis(LF),a vector-borne parasitic d.sease,is end.mic in several parts of Ind.a and.mostly affects the poor or those with a *** d.sease results in huge numbers of morbid.ties,d.sabilities,and.d.aths every *** of co-infection with other pathogens makes the cond.tion more *** co-infection is becoming a growing area of research,it is yet to emerge as a frontier research topic in filarial research *** stud. reports the occurrence of a fungal infection in a large number of patients suffering from bancroftian filariasis in two d.stricts of West Bengal,***:Nocturnal blood.samples from filarial patients containing parasites and.fungus were initially co-cultured.and.further the fungus was isolated.and.*** id.ntification of the isolate was carried.out by PCR-based.selective amplification and.sequencing of highly-conserved.d./d. region of 26S rd.A,whereas pathogenicity was d.termined.by amplification of the RPS0 gene.A phylogenetic tree was constructed.to stud. the relationship between the isolate and.common pathogenic *** isolate was stud.ed.for antibiotic sensitivity,whereas morphological characterization was performed.by microscopic ***:The isolate was id.ntified.as Pichia guilliermond.i and.this fungus was found.to exist in co-infection with Wuchereria bancrofti in filarial *** fungus showed.resistance to azole antifungals,griseofulvin,and.amphotericin B,whereas significant susceptibility was evid.nt in cases of nystatin and.cycloheximid..A total of 197 out of 222 patients showed.this ***:This stud. revealed.for the first time,that *** exists as a co-infection in microfilaraemic ind.vid.als living in a filarial end.mic *** find.ngs are important and.have relevance to human health,especially for filarial patients.

The purpose of this paper is to：（a） id.ntify and.classify various types of costs that impact the operational success of the farm; （b） collect d.ta, compute labour prod.ctivity, multi-factor prod.ctivity, rejects, and.losses for the two plants; （c） compare the two processing plants of the company from various perspectives, such as rejection in prod.cts, process losses, and.d.fferent types of costs; and.（d. recommend.ways to improve the prod.ctivity and.operations of the processing plants to prod.ce good.quality prod.cts and.red.ce wastes d.ring the prod.ction.

Osteoporosis has become a serious health problem throughout the world.which is associated.with an increased.risk of bone fractures and.mortality among the people of mid.le to old.*** is also a major health problem among the people of all age ranges and.the sufferers d.e to this abnormality increasing d.y by *** aim of this review is to summarize the possible mechanisms through which d.abetes may ind.ce *** mellitus generally exerts its effect on d.fferent parts of the bod. includ.ng bone cells specially the osteoblast and.osteoclast,muscles,retina of the eyes,ad.pose tissue,end.crine system specially parathyroid.hormone(PTH) and.estrogen,cytokines,nervous system and.d.gestive *** negatively regulates osteoblast d.fferentiation and.function while positively regulates osteoclast d.fferentiation and.function through the regulation of d.fferent intermed.ate factors and.thereby d.creases bone formation while increases bone *** factors such as d.abetic neuropathy,reactive oxygen species,Vitamin d.PTH have their effects on muscle *** d.creases the muscle strength through regulating these factors in various ways and.ultimately increases the risk of fall that may cause bone fractures.

One of the biggest challenges in microscale ad.itive manufacturing is the prod.ction of three-d.mensional,microscale metal parts with a high enough throughput to be relevant for commercial *** paper presents a new microscale ad.itive manufacturing process called.microscale selective laser sintering(μ-SLS)that can prod.ce true 3d.metal parts with sub-5μm resolution and.a throughput of greater than 60mm^(3)/***μ-SLS,a layer of metal nanoparticle ink is first coated.onto a substrate using a slot d.e coating *** ink is then d.ied.to prod.ce a uniform nanoparticle ***,the substrate is precisely positioned.und.r an optical subsystem using a set of coarse and.fine nanopositioning *** the optical subsystem,laser light that has been patterned.using a d.gital micromirror array is used.to heat and.sinter the nanoparticles into the d.sired.*** set of steps is then repeated.to build.up each layer of the 3d.part in theμ-SLS ***,this new technology offers the potential to overcome many of the current limitations in microscale ad.itive manufacturing of metals and.become an important process in microelectronics packaging applications.

d.VELOPMENT OF NWP BASEd.OBJECTIVE CYCLONE PREd.CTION SYSTEM(CPS) FOR NORTH INd.AN OCEAN TROPICAL CYCLONES——EVALUATION OF PERFORMANCE

An objective NWP based.Cyclone Pred.ction System(CPS) has been d.veloped.and.implemented.at IMd.for operational cyclone forecasting over the north Ind.an Ocean(NIO). The five forecast components of CPS are(a) Genesis Potential Parameter(GPP),(b) Multi-Mod.l Ensemble(MME) technique for track pred.ction,(c) Statistical Cyclone Intensity Pred.ction(SCIP),(d. rapid.intensification and.e) d.cay mod.l to forecast intensity after the *** shows GPP had.higher probability of d.tection(0.98) and.lower false alarm ratio(0.27) with higher critical success ind.x(0.72). Mean track error of MME ranged.from 74 km at 12 h to 200 km at 72 h and.red.ced.by 27% to 52% for 36 h to 72 h forecast d.ring 2009-2013. The mean forecast errors of land.all position ranged.from 56 km at 24 h to 137 km at 72 h and.land.all time error ranged.from 3.6 h at 24 h to 6.1 h at 72 h. Mean intensity errors of SCIP ranged.from 5.4 kt at 12 h to 16.9 kt at 72 h. The probabilistic rapid.intensification forecast was skillful compared.to climatology. The 6-hourly d.caying intensity(after land.all) errors ranged.from 3 kt to 4.9 kt. Results d.monstrate the potential of CPS for operational cyclone forecast over the NIO.

The authors have und.rtaken the d.termination of pH values for one buffer solution of TES without NaCl and.nine buffer solutions with NaCl yield.ng an ionic strength I = ***-1. similar to that of blood. These buffer solutions have been evaluated.in the temperature range of 5℃ to 55℃ using an extend.d.version of the d.bye-Hückel equation. The pH values are reported.using 1) the d.bye-Hückel extension of the Bates-Guggenheim convention in the tempera- ture range 5℃ to 55℃ and.2) with and.without liquid.junction correction at 25℃ and.37℃. These TES buffer solutions are recommend.d.as second.ry stand.rd.references for pH measurements in the range of pH 7.2 to 7.5 for physiological application with an ionic strength of I = 0.16 ***-1.

The recent COVId.19 pand.mic caused.by the novel coronavirus,severe acute respiratory synd.ome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),has had.a significant impact on human life and.the economy around.the world.A reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)test is used.to screen for this d.sease,but its low sensitivity means that it is not sufficient for early d.tection and.*** RT-PCR is a time-consuming proced.re,there is interest in the introd.ction of automated.techniques for *** learning has a key role to play in the field.of med.cal *** most important issue in this area is the choice of key ***,we propose a set of d.ep learning features based.on a system for automated.classification of computed.tomography(CT)images to id.ntify ***,this method.was used.to prepare a d.tabase of three classes:Pneumonia,COVId.9,and.*** d.taset consisted.of 6000 CT images refined.by a hybrid.contrast stretching *** the next step,two ad.anced.d.ep learning mod.ls(ResNet50 and.d.rkNet53)were fine-tuned.and.trained.through transfer *** features were extracted.from the second.last feature layer of both mod.ls and.further optimized.using a hybrid.optimization *** each d.ep mod.l,the Rao-1 algorithm and.the PSO algorithm were combined.in the hybrid.***,the selected.features were merged.using the new minimum parallel d.stance non-red.nd.nt(PMd.R)*** final fused.vector was finally classified.using the extreme machine *** experimental process was carried.out on a set of prepared.d.ta with an overall accuracy of 95.6%.Comparing the d.fferent classification algorithms at the d.fferent levels of the features d.monstrated.the reliability of the proposed.framework.
