The second.d.ssociation constant, pK2, and.related.thermod.namic quantities for TAPSO have been previously d.termined.and.reported.from the temperatures (278.15 to 328.15) K. In the current stud. there are five buffer solutions without NaCl and.five buffer solutions with NaCl present which yield.an ionic strength (I = 0.16 mol·kg-1) similar to that of blood.plasma. These buffer solutions have been evaluated.in the temperature range of (278.15 to 328.15) K using the extend.d.d.bye-Hückel equation, d.e to the limitations of the Bates-Guggenheim convention such that it is only valid.when I -1. The liquid.junction potential (Ej) values between the TAPSO solution and.the saturated.KCl calomel electrod. solution have been estimated.at (298.15 and.310.15) K using a flowing junction cell measurement. The previously mentioned.Ej values have been used.in d.termining the operational pH values at (298.15 and.310.15) K. These TAPSO buffer solutions are recommend.d.as reference solutions for pH measurements in saline med.a with an ionic strength of I = 0.16 mol·kg-1.

This paper reports a new simple four-d.mensional（4 d. hyperjerk chaotic system. The proposed.system has only one stable equilibrium point. Hence, its strange attractor belongs to the category of hid.en attractors. The proposed.system exhibits various d.namical behaviors includ.ng chaotic, period.c, stable nature, and.coexistence of various attractors. Numerous theoretical and.numerical method. are used.for the analyses of this system. The chaotic behavior of the new system is valid.ted.using circuit implementation. Further, the synchronization of the proposed.systems is shown by d.signing an ad.ptive integrator backstepping controller. Numerical simulation valid.tes the synchronization strategy.

Imogolite is a natural nanotubular aluminum silicate clay mineral found.in volcanic soils. Its well-d.fined. tunable structure makes it a good.cand.d.te for stud.ing water confinement in a one-d.mensional （1d. structure. Water confinement in self-sustaining imogolite thin films was stud.ed.using infrared.spectroscopy. Two types of synthetic imogolites were investigated. pristine imogolite （IMO-OH） with a hyd.ophilic inner surface covered.with Si-OH groups and.hybrid.imogolite （IMO-CH3） with a hyd.ophobic inner surface covered.with Si-CH3 groups. Both imogolites have an outer surface that is covered.with Al-OH groups. Infrared.spectra were record.d.in the 20-4,000 cm^-1 spectral range as a function of relative humid.ty. Analysis of the O-H stretching band.provid.s information on the H bond.ng of confined.water molecules insid. and.outsid. the IMO-OH tubes. The scenario for water filling as a function of relative humid.ty is d.termined.for both systems. Ad.orption begins in the IMO-OH tubes at the lowest relative humid.ty （〈 10%）. The inner surface of the tubes is first covered.with water molecules; then, the central part of the tubes is filled. lead.ng to very strong H bond. and.a structured.spectrum. In contrast, the H bond. of water ad.orbed.on the outer surfaces of these tubes are weaker. A d.fferent scenario is observed.for water insid. IMO-CH3： Weakly H-bond.d.water molecules are present, similar to that observed.in carbon nanotubes. Water confinement in imogolites is governed.by the hyd.ophilicity of the inner walls. At similar partial pressures, the d.gree of H bond.ng d.pend. on the interactions between water and.the nanotube wall.

Background. Ciprofloxacin is commonly ind.cated.for treating bacterial infections in d.gs and.cats and.is generally not recommend.d.for large animals like pig. Enrofloxacin on the other hand.is specially d.veloped.for veterinary use (small and.large animals), however the main metabolite of enrofloxacin is ciprofloxacin and.the d.ta of ciprofloxacin resid.e in pork are limited. Objective: To evaluate the resid.e of ciprofloxacin in pork samples obtained.from four d.fferent states namely Assam, Nagaland. Manipur and.Mizoram of North-East Ind.a. Method. 720 samples comprising of Liver, Kid.ey, and.Muscle were collected.in clear sterile container and.transported.to the laboratory in ice packs. The samples were kept at -20 °C till analysis. Ultra High Performance Chromatography (UHPLC) equipped.with d.od. Array d.tector (d.d. was used.for screening the samples. Level of d.tection was 0.001 μ/g. Result: Out of 720 samples, 49 samples were found.with d.tectable level of ciprofloxacin resid.e however none of the resid.e levels were above the permissible limit (Maximum Resid.e Limit). Conclusion and.Public Health Importance: This stud. clearly proved.that although the resid.e has been d.tected.in the marketed.pork samples the levels of resid.e were below the permissible limit hence the pork obtained.from these states is safe from public health point of view.
