In the present stud.,we consid.r the q-homotopy analysis transform method.to find.the solution for mod.fied.Camassa–Holm and.d.g.speris–Procesi equations using.the Caputo fractional *** the consid.red.equations are nonlinear and.exemplify shallow water *** present the solution proced.re for the fractional operator and.the projected.solution proced.re g.ves a rapid.y converg.nt series *** solution behaviour is d.monstrated.as compared.with the exact solution and.the response is plotted.in 2d.plots for a d.verse fractional-ord.r achieved.by the Caputo d.rivative to show the importance of incorporating.the g.neralised.*** accuracy of the consid.red.method.is illustrated.with available results in the numerical *** converg.nce provid.nce of the achieved.solution is established.in?-curves for a d.stinct arbitrary ***,some simulations and.the important nature of the consid.red.mod.l,with the help of obtained.results,shows the efficiency of the consid.red.fractional operator and.alg.rithm,while examining.the nonlinear equations d.scribing.real-world.problems.

The pivotal aim of the present investig.tion is to find.an approximate analytical solution for the system of three fractional d.fferential equations d.scribing.the Lakes pollution using.q-homotopy analysis transform method.q-HATM).We consid.r three d.fferent cases of the consid.red.mod.l namely,period.c input mod.l,exponentially d.caying.input mod.l,and.linear input *** consid.red.scheme is unifications of q-homotopy analysis technique with Laplace transform(LT).To illustrate the existence and.uniqueness for the projected.mod.l,we consid.r the fixed.point *** preciously,we scrutinized.the behaviour of the obtained.solution for the consid.red.mod.l with fractional-ord.r,in ord.r to elucid.te the effectiveness of the proposed.***,for the d.fferent fractional-ord.r and.parameters offered.by the consid.red.method.the physical natures have been *** obtained.consequences evid.nce that the proposed.method.is very effective and.hig.ly method.cal to stud. and.examine the nature and.its correspond.ng.consequences of the system of fractional ord.r d.fferential equations d.scribing.the real word.problems.

In this paper,we analyze the behaviour of solution for the system exemplifying.mod.l of tumour invasion and.metastasis by the help of q-homotopy analysis transform method.q-HATM)with the fractional *** analyzed.mod.l consists of a system of three nonlinear d.fferential equations elucid.ting.the activation and.the mig.atory response of the d.g.ad.tion of the matrix,tumour cells and.prod.ction of d.g.ad.tive enzymes by the tumour *** consid.red.method.is g.aceful amalg.mations of q-homotopy analysis technique with Laplace transform(LT),and.Caputo–Fabrizio(CF)fractional operator is hired.in the present *** using.the fixed.point theory,existence and.uniqueness are *** valid.te and.present the effectiveness of the consid.red.alg.rithm,we analyzed.the consid.red.system in terms of fractional ord.r with time and.*** error analysis of the consid.red.scheme is *** variations with small chang. time with respect to achieved.results are effectively captured.in *** obtained.results confirm that the consid.red.method.is very efficient and.hig.ly method.cal to analyze the behaviors of the system of fractional ord.r d.fferential equations.

This paper d.monstrates the importance of three-d.mensional(3-d.piezoelectric coupling.in the electromechanical behavior of piezoelectric d.vices using.three-d.mensional finite element analyses based.on weak and.strong.coupling.mod.ls for a thin cantilevered.piezoelectric bimorph *** is found.that there is a sig.ificant d.fference between the strong.and.weak coupling.solutions g.ven by coupling.d.rect and.inverse piezoelectric effects(i.e.,piezoelectric coupling.effect).In ad.ition,there is sig.ificant long.tud.nal bend.ng.caused.by the constraint of the inverse piezoelectric effect in the wid.h d.rection at the fixed.end.i.e.,3-d.effect).Hence,mod.ling.of these effects or 3-d.piezoelectric coupling.mod.ling.is an electromechanical basis for the piezoelectric d.vices,which contributes to the accurate pred.ction of their behavior.

In ord.r to retain structural and.functional integ.ity, protein med.cines are frequently stabilized.with excipients in aqueous solutions. The g.al of this investig.tion was to see how stable IL-2 is with excipients that are acceptable for cell therapy. We investig.ted.the time-d.pend.nt stability of commercially available recombinant IL-2 in aqueous solutions (CTS, RPMI, PBS, and.water) at d.fferent temperatures [2°C - 8°C, room temperature (20°C ± 2°C) and.37°C] in the presence of excipients (Ed.A, methionine, histid.ne, and.g.ycine) over a period.of up to 30 d.ys. To d.tect and.quantify IL-2, reversed.phase hig. performance liquid.chromatog.aphy was employed. Electrophoresis on a sod.um d.d.cyl sulfate polyacrylamid. g.l was used.to assess conformational stability. We d.scovered.that IL-2 stability was improved.in aqueous solutions includ.ng.excipients, and.that it may have retained.its biolog.cal activity and.sterility in these cond.tions.
