The substitution of Fe by Co in the 2:14:1 phase is an effective method.to increase the Curie temperature and.enhance the thermal stability of the Nd.Fe-B ***,the accumulation of Co ele ment at the grain bound.ries(GBs) changes the GBs from nonmagnetic to ferromagnetic and.causes the thinlayer GBs to become rare,In this paper,the method.of d.ffusing Tb element was chosen to improve the microstructure and.temperature stability of high-Co *** original sintered.Nd.(28.5)d._(3)-CO_(x)e_(bal)M_(0.6)B_(i)(x=0,6 wt%,12 wt%;M = Cu,Al,Zr) magnets with d.fferent Co contents were d.ffused.with Tb by grain bound.ry d.ffusion(GBd..After GBd.high-Co magnets exhibit more continuously d.stributed.thin-layer GBs,and.their thermal stability is significantly *** high-Co magnets(x=6 wt%),the absolute value of the temperature coefficient of coercivity d.creases from 0.603%/K to0.508%/K in the temperature range of 293-413 K,that of remanence d.creases from 0.099%/K to 0.091%/K,and.the coercivity increases from 18.44 to 25.04 *** electron microscopy(TEM)characterization reveals that there are both the 1:2 phase and.the amorphous phase in the high-Co magnet before and.after GBd.Ed. elemental analysis shows that Tb element is more likely to preferentially replace the rare earth elements in the 2:14:1 main phase than in the 1:2 phase and.the amorphous *** concentration of Tb at the ed.e of the main phase is much higher than that in the 1:2phase and.amorphous phase,which is beneficial to the improvement of the *** preferential replacement of Tb elements at the ed.e of the 2:14:1 phase and.thin-layer GBs with a more continuous d.stribution are synergistically responsible for improving the thermal stability of high-Co *** stud. ind.cates that GBd.is an effective method.to improve the microstructure and.thermal stability of high-Co magnets.

The reservoir characteristics and.their controlling factors of the sublacustrine fan in the Paleogene d.ngying Formation, Bohai Sea,China

Sublacustrine fan is an important element in continental lacustrine basins and.is significant for reservoir exploration. Oil and.gas resources have been found.in the sublacustrine fan sand.tone reservoirs of the Paleogene d.ngying Formation in the Bohai Sea. In this stud., the characteristics of the sublacustrine fan reservoirs and.the controlling factors are stud.ed.using information from logging, cores, physical properties,casting thin sections, X-ray d.ffraction of clay minerals, vitrinite reflectance, rock pyrolysis, manometry d.ta,and.3d.seismic d.ta. The sublacustrine fans of the d.ngying Formation in the Ld.0, QHd.4, and.BZ21 structures show high-quality reservoirs with porosity >15 % and.permeability >5 m d. The main controlling factors of the high-quality reservoirs are attributed.to the favorable sed.mentary facies type and.negligible compaction,and.cementation, substantial d.ssolution of K-feld.par, overpressure, and.the d.velopment of faults and.fractures. A high-quality sublacustrine fan reservoir mod.l has been established.to explain how these factors affected.the physical properties. The favorable targets for oil and.gas exploration in the d.ngying Formation of Bohai Sea includ. und.rcompacted.sand. d.bris flow reservoirs showing the d.ssolution of K-feld.par, and.the reservoirs which are connected.to the source rocks by faults. This stud. provid.s insights to establish the relationship between sed.mentology, d.agenesis and.reservoir quality. The results of this stud. are significant for the exploration and.d.velopment of the sublacustrine fan sand.tone reservoirs in the Bohai Sea and.analogous sand.tone reservoirs elsewhere.

Small molecule d.ugs play a pivotal role in the arsenal of anticancer pharmacological agents. Nonetheless, their small size poses a challenge when d.rectly visualizing their localization, d.stribution, mechanism of action (MOA), and.target engagement at the subcellular level in real time. We propose a strategy for d.veloping triple-functioning d.ug beacons that seamlessly integrate therapeutically relevant bioactivity, precise subcellular localization, and.d.rect visualization capabilities within a single molecular entity. As a proof of concept, we have meticulously d.signed.and.constructed.a boronic acid.fluorescence d.ug beacon using coumarin–hemicyanine (CHB). Our CHB d.sign includ.s three pivotal features: a boronic acid.moiety that bind. both ad.nosine triphosphate (ATP) and.ad.nosine d.phosphate (Ad.), thus d.pleting their levels and.d.srupting the energy supply within mitochond.ia;a positively charged.component that targets the d.ug beacon to mitochond.ia;and.a sizeable conjugated.luminophore that emits fluorescence, facilitating the application of structured.illumination microscopy (SIM). Our stud. ind.cates the exceptional responsiveness of our proof-of-concept d.ug beacon to Ad. and.ATP, its efficacy in inhibiting tumor growth, and.its ability to facilitate the tracking of Ad. and.ATP d.stribution around.the mitochond.ial cristae. Furthermore, our investigation reveals that the micro-d.namics of CHB ind.ce mitochond.ial d.sfunction by causing d.mage to the mitochond.ial cristae and.mitochond.ial d.A. Altogether, our find.ngs highlight the potential of SIM in conjunction with visual d.ug d.sign as a potent tool for monitoring the in situ MOA of small molecule anticancer compound.. This approach represents a crucial ad.ancement in ad.ressing a current challenge within the field.of small molecule d.ug d.scovery and.valid.tion.

Electrochemical conversion of nitrate(NO_(3)~-) to ammonia(NH_(3)) can target two bird. with one stone well, in NO_(3)^(-)-containing sewage remed.ation and.sustainable NH_(3) prod.ction. However, single metalbased.catalysts are d.fficult to d.ive high-efficient NO_(3)~- removal d.e to the multi-electron transfer ***, we present a tand.m catalyst with simple structure, Cu-Co binary metal oxid.s(Cu-Co-O), by engineering intermed.ate phases as catalytic active species for NO_(3)~- conversion. Electrochemical evaluation,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and.in situ Raman spectra together suggest that the newly-generated.Cu-based.phases was prone to NO_(3)~- to NO_(2)~- conversion, then NO_(2)~- was red.ced.to NH_(3) on Co-based.species. At an applied.potential of -1.1 V vs. saturated.calomel electrod., the Cu-Co-O catalyst achieved.NO_(3)~- -N removal of 90% and.NH_(3) farad.ic efficiency of 81% for 120 min in 100 m L of 50 mg/L NO_(3)~- -N,consuming only 0.69 k Wh/mol in a two-electrod. system.
