By us.ng is.lated.computer controlled.three couples.of a d.uble probe （TCd.） s.s.em, the electron temperature, electron d.ns.ty, the red.ced.electric field. and.electron d.ift velocity are meas.red.at low and.intermed.ate pres.ures. It is.s.own that the electron temperature and.red.ced.electric field.（d.ns.ty） d.creas.s.（increas.s. as.the rad.us.d.creas.s. at low d.s.harge current and.pres.ures. For large rad.us.regions. at high d.s.harge currents.and.pres.ures. the behaviour of the plas.a parameters.of s.ecially red.ced.electric field.change s.milarly to thos. in a uniform d.s.harge s.s.em.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is.cons.d.red.the fifth mos. prevalent cancer among all types.of cancers.and.has.the third.mos. morbid.ty value. Varied.method. are us.d.to inves.igate ctd.A, includ.ng various.forms.of polymeras. chain reaction(PCR) [emuls.on PCR(ePCR), d.gital PCR(d.CR), and.bead. emuls.on, amplification, magnetic(BEAMing) PCR]. Hence ctd.A is.being recognized.as.a potential biomarker that permits.early cancer d.tection,treatment monitoring, and.pred.ctive d.ta on tumor burd.n are s.bjective to therapy or s.rgery. Numerous.ctd.A biomarkers.have been inves.igated.bas.d.on their alterations.s.ch as.1) s.ngle nucleotid. variations.either ins.rtion or d.letion of a nucleotid.) markers.includ.ng TP53, KRAs. and.CCNd.;2) copy number variations.which includ. markers.s.ch as.Cd.6, EFGR, MYC and.BRAF;3) d.A methylation(RAs.F1A, s.PT9, KMT2C and.CCNA2);4) homozygous.mutation includ.s.ctd.A markers.as.Cd.N2A, AXIN1;and.5) gain or los. of function of the genes. particularly for HCC. Rivers.are one of the mos. es.ential s.urces.of s.nd.and.gravel s.pply for civil works. However, und.s.rable effects.of irregular in-s.ream mining have been reported.on natural s.urces. environment and.infras.ructures.clos. to rivers. Therefore, it is.neces.ary to find.the effects.of mining on rivers.in more d.tails. This.res.arch concentrates.on mining-pit migration phenomenon and.its.effects.on the channel bed. This.paper reports.an experimental s.ud. on the migration of rectangular mining pits.and.variation of longitud.nal profile in the channel bed.compos.d.of rather uniform s.d.ments. d.fferent values.of wid.hs.and.lengths.were us.d.for pit while pit d.pths.and.flow variables.were kept cons.ant. The res.lts.s.ow that the migration s.eed.changes.with the length/wid.h ratio of the pit. The migration s.eed.in convection period.is.higher than that in d.ffus.on period. In ad.ition, by increas.ng the length or wid.h, filling rate of pit increas.s. where the effect of wid.h is.more important than the effect of the length. Als. is.reported.in this.paper a field.s.ud. on the changes.of three pits.excavated.at d.fferent locations.of a river. s.me s.milarities.between the pit migration in the s.raight reach of the river and.that of the experimental work is.realized.and.pres.nted.
