In 2019, the New Zea.a.d.Red.Cross piloted.the Good.a.d.Rea.0} initia.ive in a.ckla.d.a.tea.oa.New Zea.a.d. with the objective to empower loca. people in resilience build.ng with a.focus on volunteers a.d.community pa.ticipa.ion. This resea.ch exa.ined.the positive a.d.nega.ive outcomes of Good.a.d.Rea.0} a.d.investiga.ed.volunteers' experiences in the d.sa.ter resilience initia.ive.
