The crystal of one-dimensional binuclear Organotin(Ⅳ)complex [(BuSn)(CHNO)] was obtained in *** has been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and H NMR,and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal *** crystal belongs to Triclinic,space group P-1 with a=9.033(5),b=9.329(6),c=19.119(11)(?), α=80.638(7)°,β=88.577(9)°,γ=75.580(7)° Z=1,V=1539.4(16)(?),dc=1.536 g/cm,μ=1.658 mm,F(000)=716,R=0.0546 and wR=0.1085.X-ray single-crystal structure analysis reveals that the two tin atoms are five-coordinated into a trigonal bipyramidal geometry,the other two tin atoms are six-coordinated into a octahedral *** resulting structure is a one-dimensional chain polymer containing Sn-O(2.402(6)(?))bond.

目的探讨母细胞性浆细胞样树突状细胞肿瘤(BPdCN)的临床病理特征、免疫表型、鉴别诊断、治疗及预后。方法回顾性分析明确诊断的4例BPdCN患者的临床特征、影像学、病理组织学、免疫表型及基因测序结果,复习国内外相关文献。结果4例BPdCN中,男性3例,女性1例;发病年龄17~59岁,中位年龄52岁;4例均以皮肤侵犯为首发症状,2例伴淋巴结转移,3例伴骨髓累及,1例伴中枢及周围神经系统侵犯。免疫组化:肿瘤细胞均表达Cd4、Cd56、Cd43、BCL-2,3例Cd123阳性,Ki-67增殖指数20%~90%。EBER原位杂交检测均为阴性。其中1例行基因检测:染色体未见明显异常,髓系74种基因突变分析ASXL124.8%、TET220.6%。T细胞受体基因重排克隆性分析均为阴性。结论BPdCN是一种临床少见的高度侵袭性血液系统恶性肿瘤,病程进展快,预后极差,Cd4、Cd56、Cd123及BCL-2阳性表达是其显著的免疫表型,不表达髓系细胞或B、T淋巴细胞免疫标记。诊断时除了病理形态学,还需结合临床表现、免疫表型、实验室检查等综合分析,必要时借助分子遗传学检测辅助诊断,避免误诊和漏诊。

Background:With the proportion of older adults rising,the progressive cognitive decline and dementia have become one of the most serious public health issues worldwide. As a result,there is a pressing need for developing effective non-pharmaceutical intervention programs to counteract age-related cognitive decline. We designed a training program by combining aerobic cycling with 3d video game. Method:We conducted a randomized controlled trial with healthy older adults randomly assigned to combined aerobic cycling and 3d video game training group(n=25),aerobic cycling group(n=23),3d video games group(n=22),or positive control group(n=28). The effects of combined training on neuroplasticity(including plasma brain-derived neurotrophic growth factor,hippocampal gray matter volume,and hippocampal-cortical functional connectivity) and cognitive plasticity(focusing on hippocampal-dependent memory,tested via pattern separation paradigm) were examined compared with all three other groups. The training lasted four months with a frequency of twice per week,1 hour per session. Result:The combined and video game training groups reported equivalent game experiences and reached similar game levels. The average and maximum heart rates were being monitored to ensure a medium exercise intensity in both combined and cycling groups. In addition self-reported fatigue levels were equivalent in these two groups. The preliminary behavioral data analysis revealed that combined group performed better on immediate and delay.d.memory recall. More importantly,there was a larger effect size in pattern seperation task in combined group(Cohen's d =1.12) than in cycling(Cohen's d =0.49) and video game(Cohen's d =0.55) ***:Combined aerobic exercise-video game training could improve hippocampal-dependent memory functions,which waits the MRI data analysis to further prove.

LIGO-Virgo has observed the gravitational waves(GWs)from the coalescence of binary black hole(BBH)and binary neutron star(BNS)during O1 and O2,and the ones from NS-BH are expected to be hunted in the operating O3 *** population properties and mass distribution of NS-BH mergers are poorly understood now,thus researchers simulated their chirp mass(M)distribution by a synthetic model,in which the BHs and NSs were inferred by LIGO-Virgo(O1/O2),and obtained the values in the range of 2.1 M_(⊙)y(fGW)distribution of NS-BH mergers by the above-stated synthetic model,with a basic binary system model through the Monte Carlo *** results predict that the median with 90%credible intervals is 165+475-64 Hz in the case of Schwarzschild BH when the system just before merger,and this GW frequency is expected to increase several times in the merger stage,which is lying in the frequency band of LIGO-Virgo,i.e.,about 15 Hz to a few *** results provide an important reference for hunting the NS-BH mergers by the on-going O3 run of LIGO-Virgo.

The intrinsic features involving a circularly symmetric beam profile with low divergence, planar geometry as well as the increasingly enhanced power of vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers （VCSELs） have made the VCSEL a promising pump source in direct end bonding to a solid-state laser medium to form the minimized, on-wafer integrated laser system. This scheme will generate a surface contact pump configuration and thus additional end thermal coupling to the laser medium through the joint interface of both materials, apart from pump beam heating. This paper analytically models temperature distributions in both VCSEL and the laser medium from the end thermal coupling regarding surface contact pump configuration using a top-emitting VCSEL as the pump source for the first time. The analytical solutions are derived by introducing relative temperature and mean temperature expressions. The results show that the end contact heating by the VCSEL could lead to considerable temperature variations associated with thermal phase shift and thermal lensing in the laser medium. However, if the central temperature of the interface is increased by less than 20 K, the end contact heating does not have a significant thermal influence on the laser medium. In this case, the thermal effect should be dominated by pump beam heating. This work provides useful analytical results for further analysis of hybrid thermal effects on those lasers pumped by a direct VCSEL bond.

采用大豆油醇酸树脂为成膜剂,作为油剂抗芯吸成分的主体,配合各类添加剂,制备一种涤纶假捻变形丝(dTy)用抗芯吸油剂FM-301,并用于试纺72 dtex/72 f涤纶dTy;探讨了油剂的基本性能、应用性能及抗芯吸性能,并与国产油剂Hy-202GA进行对比。结果表明:FM-301的基本性能略好于Hy-202GA,FM-301具有更好的抗飞溅性、润湿性和抗静电性;FM-301与Hy-202GA的应用性能差异不大,具有良好的可纺性,且生产的涤纶dTy具有良好的后道织造加工性能;使用FM-301上油的涤纶dTy在恒温恒湿箱放置7 d后,油剂损失仅为0.7%,丝饼无黄变、发臭现象;使用Hy-202GA上油的涤纶dTy放置7 d后,油剂损失高达32%,丝饼出现黄变,且有轻微异味;FM-301的抗芯吸能力远大于Hy-202GA,且抗氧化、耐黄变性能更好。
