Effects of acid-rock reaction on physical properties during CO_(2)-rich industrial waste gas(CO_(2)-rich IWG)injection in shale reservoirs

"Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"is an essential national strategy,and the geological storage and utilization of CO_(2)is a hot issue ***,due to the scarcity of pure CO_(2)gas sources in China and the high cost of CO_(2)capture,CO_(2)-rich industrial waste gas(CO_(2)-rich IWG)is gradually emerging into the public's ***_(2)has good adsorption properties on shale surfaces,but acidic gases can react with shale,so the mechanism of the CO_(2)-rich IWG-water-shale reaction and the change in reservoir properties will determine the stability of geological ***,based on the mineral composition of the Longmaxi Formation shale,this study constructs a thermodynamic equilibrium model of water-rock reactions and simulates the regularity of reactions between CO_(2)-rich IWG and shale *** results indicate that CO_(2)consumed 12%after reaction,and impurity gases in the CO_(2)-rich IWG can be dissolved entirely,thus demonstrating the feasibility of treating IWG through water-rock *** IWG inhibits the dissolution of CO_(2),the optimal composition of CO_(2)-rich IWG is 95%CO_(2)and 5%IWG when CO_(2)geological storage is the main *** contrast,when the main goal is the geological storage of total CO_(2)-rich IWG or impurity gas,the optimal CO_(2)-rich IWG composition is 50%CO_(2)and 50%*** the CO_(2)-rich IWG-water-shale reaction,temperature has less influence on the water-rock reaction,while pressure is the most important ***2 has the greatest impact on water-rock reaction in *** minerals,clay minerals such as illite and montmorillonite had a significant effect on water-rock *** overall reaction is dominated by precipitation and the volume of the rock skeleton has increased by 0.74 cm3,resulting in a decrease in shale porosity,which enhances the stability of CO_(2)geological storage to some *** the reaction between CO_(2)-rich IWG-water-shale at simulated temperatures and pressures,precipitation

RNA N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A),as the most abundant modification of messenger RNA,can modulate insect behaviors,but its specific roles in aggregation behaviors remain ***,we conducted a comprehensive molecular and physiological characterization of the individual components of the methyltransferase and demethylase in the migratory locust Locusta *** results demonstrated that METTL3,METTL14 and ALKBH5 were dominantly expressed in the brain and exhibited remarkable responses to crowding or *** individual knockdown of methyltransferases(i.e.,METTL3 and METTL14)promoted locust movement and conspecific attraction,whereas ALKBH5 knockdown induced a behavioral shift toward the solitary ***,global transcriptome profiles revealed that m^(6)A modification could regulate the orchestration of gene expression to fine tune the behavioral aggregation of *** summary,our in vivo characterization of the m^(6)A functions in migratory locusts clearly demonstrated the crucial roles of the m^(6)A pathway in effectively modulating aggregation behaviors.

双轴加载下变轴力大尺寸钢筋混凝土柱抗震性能试验研究

为研究双轴加载与轴力变化对大尺寸钢筋混凝土(RC)柱抗震性能的影响,开展了4根截面尺寸600 mm×600 mm、高度3.6 m的钢筋混凝土柱拟静力试验。水平加载包括沿柱截面主轴方向的单轴加载和沿截面对角线方向的模拟双轴加载,变轴力的竖向加载频率为水平位移加载频率的3倍。针对承载力、位移延性、刚度退化及耗能能力等指标进行了大尺寸RC柱抗震性能分析。结果表明:与水平单轴加载相比,水平双轴加载会增强柱的耗能能力,但是柱刚度退化加快,延性降低;变轴力加载柱和定轴力加载柱的最终破坏形式相同,但是轴力变化对柱的破坏程度有显著影响,高轴压比会抑制柱身裂缝的发展;与定轴力柱相比,变轴力作用下柱顶水平荷载-位移滞回曲线不对称,水平加载对应轴力大的一侧,峰值荷载有所提高,耗能能力增强,但延性下降,刚度退化更快;同时承受双轴加载和变轴力的柱,滞回曲线的“捏拢”现象会更加明显。

以茅埏岛北部红树林湿地为研究区域,旨在探究红树林湿地沉积物有机碳埋藏特征和来源.基于放射性同位素(^(210)Pb)采用恒定沉积速率模式分析沉积速率(SAR)、有机碳密度、埋藏速率(OCAR)、有机碳潜在来源及贡献率.茅埏岛红树林湿地的沉积速率约为1.8cm/a.沉积物以粉砂和黏土为主,粒径随深度变化基本保持稳定,且过剩^(210)Pb活度与深度之间具有较好的相关性,表明沉积环境较为稳定.沉积物有机碳密度平均值为0.66g/cm^(3),埋藏速率为120.01g/(m^(2)·a).通过碳氮稳定同位素分布特征结合多线性混合模型(IsoSource)可知,沉积物有机碳来源总体以海陆混合来源为主,其中海源占比50.3%,陆源占比33.4%,树源贡献占比16.3%;表层沉积物以陆源和树源输入为主,树源贡献率最高达46.4%.红树林植被组成、成林时间等是影响沉积物有机碳埋藏重要因素.

Fabrication of Electrospun PVDF Nanofibers with Higher Content of Polar β Phase and Smaller Diameter by Adding a Small Amount of Dioctadecyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride

In this work,the effect of dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride（DDAC,a kind of alkyl ammonium salt） on polar β phase content and the diameter of electrospun PVDF nanofibers was investigated for the first *** experimental results show that the diameter of the electrospun PVDF nanofiber could be largely reduced and the content of polar β phase also become dominant immediately by just adding a little amount of *** the mass fraction of DDAC reached 4%,the content of polar β phase increased by about 39.1% compared with PVDF nanofibers without ***,the crystallinity of PVDF nanofibers also increased with the addition of *** on the results,the possible mechanism of cooperative effect between electrospinning and DDAC on fiber diameter and formation of β phase in PVDF was discussed.

Reducing children’s exposure to di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate in homes and kindergartens in China:Impact on lifetime cancer risks and burden of disease

Exposure to di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP)in the indoor environment has been linked with significant health risks for Chinese ***-phase DEHP concentrations in Chinese residences and kindergartens were estimated using a mass balance model based on the current baseline condition and control strategies(i.e.,increasing ventilation rate,reducing area of sources,using mechanical ventilation systems,and using portable air cleaners).The health benefits of each control strategy were quantified as the reduction in lifetime cancer risks(LCR)and burden of disease(BoD).In the current situation,the mean LCR and disability-adjusted life years(DALY)number attributable to indoor DEHP exposure for Chinese children were around 6.0×10^(−6) and 155 thousand,*** mean LCR and DALY might be reduced by 25%-54%and 16%-40%,respectively,by increasing air exchange rates by 100%,reducing the use of source materials by two-thirds or deploying commercial air cleaners in naturally ventilated ***,avoidable DALYs could result in a reduction of mean economic losses of 2.2-5.3 billion *** ventilation systems with filtration units may not be helpful for reducing children’s health ***-specific and tailor-made control measures are critical in lowering indoor exposure to DEHP to promote sustainable buildings and children’s health in China.

GIPC1 promotes tumor growth and migration in gastric cancer via activating PDGFR/PI3K/AKT signaling

The high mortality rate associated with gastric cancer(GC)has resulted in an urgent need to identify novel therapeutic targets for *** study aimed to investigate whether GAIP interacting protein,C terminus 1(GIPC1)represents a therapeutic target and its regulating mechanism in ***1 expression was elevated in GC tissues,liver metastasis tissues,and lymph node ***1 knockdown or GIPC1 blocking peptide blocked the platelet-derived growth factor receptor(PDGFR)/PI3K/AKT signaling pathway,and inhibited the proliferation and migration of GC ***,GIPC1 overexpression markedly activated the PDGFR/PI3K/AKT signaling pathway,and promoted GC cell proliferation and ***,platelet-derived growth factor subunit BB(PDGF-BB)cytokines and the AKT inhibitor attenuated the effect of differential GIPC1 ***,GIPC1 silencing decreased tumor growth and migration in BALB/c nude mice,while GIPC1 overexpression had contrasting *** together,our findings suggest that GIPC1 functions as an oncogene in GC and plays a central role in regulating cell proliferation and migration via the PDGFR/PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.

Microbiomics and metabolomics insights into the microbial regulation on the formation of flavor components in the traditional fermentation process of Chinese Hongqu aged vinegar

This study aimed to investigate microbial succession and metabolic dynamics during the traditional fermentation of Hongqu aged vinegar， and explore the core functional microbes closely related to the formation of flavor components. Microbiome analysis demonstrated that Lactobacillus， Acetobacter， Bacillus， Enterobacter， Lactococcus， Leuconostoc and Weissella were the predominant bacterial genera， while Aspergillus piperis， Aspergillus oryzae， Monascus purpureus， Candida athensensis， Candida xylopsoci， Penicillium ochrosalmoneum and Simplicillium aogashimaense were the predominant fungal species. Correlation analysis revealed that Acetobacter was positively correlated with the production of tetramethylpyrazine， acetoin and acetic acid， Lactococcus showed positive correlation with the production of 2-nonanone， 2-heptanone， ethyl caprylate， ethyl caprate， 1-hexanol， 1-octanol and 1-octen-3-ol， Candida xylopsoci and Candida rugosa were positively associated with the production of diethyl malonate， 2，3-butanediyl diacetate， acetoin， benzaldehyde and tetramethylpyrazine. Correspondingly， non-volatile metabolites were also detected through UPLC-QTOF/MS. A variety of amino acids and functional dipeptides were identified during the traditional brewing of Hongqu aged vinegar. Correlation analysis revealed that Lactobacillus was significantly associated with DL-lactate， indolelactic acid， D-(+)-3-phenyllactic acid， pimelic acid， pregabalin and 3-aminobutanoic acid. This study is useful for understanding flavor formation mechanism and developing effective strategies for the suitable strains selection to improve the flavor quality of Hongqu aged vinegar.
