Dynamic WTA optimization model of air defense operation of warships' formation

WTA （weapon-target allocation） of air defense operation is a very complicated problem and current models focus on static and restricted WTA problem mostly. Based on the dynamic characteristics of air defense operational command and decision of warships＇ formation, a dynamic WTA model is established. Simulation results show that switch fire and repetition fire of anti-air weapon system affect the result of the air defense operation remarkably and the dynamic model is more satisfying than static ones. Related results are gained based on the analysis of the simulation results and the results are accordant with the intuitionistic tactical judgment. The model is some reference for the research of air defense C^3I system of warships＇ formation.

A new method for discretization of continuous attributes is put forward to overcome the limitation of the traditional rough sets, which cannot deal with continuous *** method is based on an improved algorithm to produce candidate cut points and an algorithm of reduction based on variable precision rough information entropy. With the guarantee of consistency of decision system, the method can reduce the number of cut points and im- prove efficiency of reduction. Adopting variable precision rough information entropy as measure criterion, it has a good tolerance to noise. Experiments show that the algorithm yields satisfying reduction results.

Heteroatom doping is an efficient approach to regulate the fluorescence properties of carbon *** aminophenylboronic acid as the raw material,a combustion method was developed for the synthesis of boron,nitrogen-doped carbon dots（B,N-carbon dots）.The B,N-carbon dots emitted green fluorescence and displayed high resistance to both photo bleaching and ionic strength.A facile fluorescence sensing approach for Cu^2＋ was fabricated via static fluorescence *** optimal conditions,a rapid detection of Cu^2＋ could be completed in 2 min with a linearity ranging from 1 μmol/L to 25 μmol/L and a detection limit of 0.3 μmol/L Furthermore,the proposed method showed potential applications for the detection of Cu^2＋ in natural water samples.

A mobile molecular Doppler wind lidar (DWL) based on the double-edge technique is described for wind measurement from 10 km to 40 km *** edge filters located in the wings of the thermally broadened molecular backscattered signal spectrum at 355 nm are employed as a frequency discriminator to determine the Doppler shift proportional to the wind *** lidar operates at 355 nm with a 45 cm aperture telescope and a matching azimuth-over-elevation scanner that can provide full hemispherical *** experiments of the lidar wind profile measurement are performed with collocated pilot *** results show that the standard deviation of wind speed and direction are less than 10m/s and 30° in the 5-40 km altitude range,*** small mean difference and normal distribution between DWL and pilot balloon data and the transient eddy of the west-wind jet observed demonstrate that the DWL consistently measures the wind with acceptable random errors.

Objective To investigate how F261S mutation identified from Chinese obese patients affects the function of melanocorfin 4 receptor (MC4R) and to analyze the obesity-related phenotypes in subjects carrying the F261S mutation. Methods F261S mutant of MC4R was generated by site-directed mutagenesis. Plasmids encoding wild-type or F261S mutant of MC4R were transfected into HEK293 and COS-7 cells to examine their functional characteristics. Signaling properties of F261S MC4R were assessed by measuring intracellular cAMP levels in response to α-MSH stimulation. Cell surface expression of F261S MC4R was compared with that of wild-type MC4R. Clinical examinations were performed in subjects carrying F261S mutation and in non-mutated controls. Results The a-MSH-stimulated reporter gene activity was significantly reduced in cells expressing F261S MC4R, with a maximal response equal to 57% of wild-type MC4R. The F261S mutation also led to a significant change in the EC50 value compared with the wild-type receptor (P〈0.01). Immunofluorescent assay revealed a marked reduction in plasma membrane localization of the MC4R in cells expressing the F261S mutant receptor. The resting metabolic rate and fat composition of the mutant carriers were not significantly different from those of the non-mutated obese controls. Conclusions The decreased response to α-MSH due to the intracellular retention of MC4R may cause early-onset obesity in the F261S pedigree of Chinese.

The synthesis of nitroanilines catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase（HRP） in the presence of sodium nitrite and hydrogen peroxide was investigated, o-Nitroaniline and p-nitroaniline were found in the nitrated products. 2-Aminotoluene and 4-aminotoluene could also be nitrated to give corresponding nitrated products. This protocol has great potentials to open new avenues useful for the synthesis of nitroaniline and its derivatives.

Histone methylation is believed to provide binding sites for specific reader proteins, which translate histone code into biological function. Here we show that a family of acidic domain-containing proteins including nucleophosmin （NPM 1）, pp32, SET/TAF 113, nucleolin （NCL） and upstream binding factor （UBF） are novel H3K4me2-binding proteins. These proteins exhibit a unique pattern of interaction with methylated H3K4, as their binding is stimulated by H3K4me2 and inhibited by H3K4mel and H3K4me3. These proteins contain one or more acidic domains consisting mainly of aspartic and/or glutamic residues that are necessary for preferential binding of H3K4me2. Furthermore, we demonstrate that the acidic domain with sufficient length alone is capable of binding H3K4me2 in vitro and in vivo. NPM1, NCL and UBF require their acidic domains for association with and transcriptional activation ofrDNA genes. Interestingly, by defining acidic domain as a sequence with at least 20 acidic residues in 50 continuous amino acids, we identified 655 acidic domain-containing protein coding genes in the human genome and Gene Ontology （GO） analysis showed that many of the acidic domain proteins have chromatin-related functions. Our data suggest that acidic domain is a novel histone binding motif that can differentially read the status of H3K4 methylation and is broadly present in chromatin-associated proteins.
