This paper considers the problem of robust filter synthesis with finite frequency specifications for networked control systems （NCSs） subject to network-induced delays and finite-level quantization. A finite frequency performance analysis condition for such problem is presented. Subsequently, a procedure of filter synthesis such that finite frequency specifications are captured, is given in the framework of linear matrix inequality （LMI）. Finally, an example is given to illustrated the effectiveness of the proposed method.

讨论了在外磁场中Hubbard系统的表面传导电子能和自旋波,发现在外磁场中Hubbard系统表面传导电子能明显不同于系统内部传导电子能,这正好可以解释在固体表面其特性是有异常的.对于自旋波谱的研究发现,由于外磁场的介入,自旋波谱不仅与自旋向上和向下的电子数有关,而且由于外磁场的存在而变得较为复杂.

In this paper, we propose an information-theoretic-criterion-based modelselection procedure for log-linear model of contingency tables under multinomial sampling, andestablish the strong consistency of the method under some mild conditions. An exponential bound ofmiss detection probability is also obtained. The selection procedure is modified so that it can beused in practice. Simulation shows that the modified method is valid. To avoid selecting the penaltycoefficient in the information criteria, an alternative selection procedure is given.

随着网络信息资源的迅速增加,对分类表的需求也与日俱增,分类表编制技术受到了越来越多的关注,美英等国率先行动,分别制定或者修订了Z39.19标准及BS 8723标准。这些标准重新诠释了基本概念、倡导分面分析方法、强调科学选择类目、界定和处理等级关系、推广类目注释、重视显示方式等。与此类似,我国亦积极关注国外最新进展,陆续制定或者修改了一系列相关标准,如GB7026、GB/T 7027等,并参照国外标准完善现有分类表。为了适应网络信息分类的需要,相关机构还积极探讨了网络信息分类标准的编制技术。

Acomputerized platform for multi-channel physiological signals is developed in our lab to highly improve the recording and review for the output of The Polygraph System. The platform mainly consists of a Pentium III PC and a high speed A/D converter and is supported by Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access 2 000. The platform has powerful functions for data acquisition, real-time waveform display and review. It has proved its reliability and flexibility through practical animal experiments. Besides, its modulized program design provides interfaces for further data processing and analysis.

＜正＞This paper aims at exploring how spectral variation of illumination influences the classification accuracy of print defects in different color spaces,when the color camera is unable to adapt to varying *** variation is achieved through simulated transformation of correlated color temperature of illumination of the test images. The percentile features are used to detect the possible defective areas on printing matter *** are demonstrated that the original RGB color space is the best color space under varying illumination,the XYZ and CIELuv spaces being also very *** interesting observation is that features from some of the color spaces perform worse than features obtained from grey-level images.
