The dual uncertainty information,*** information and grey information in the problem of multi-attribute group decision making,are studied in this *** on the theories of fuzzy mathematics and grey system,the concept of fuzzy grey number and its algorithm are defined firstly,then a model of dual uncertainty multi-attribute group decision making is ***,the fuzzy grey deviation degree is defined,and the optimization algorithm of fuzzy grey deviation degree is given for solving this new ***,a decision making example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and rationality of this new model.

The relationship between Ala/Ser polymorphism in 133 codon of exon 3 region of the RASSF1 gene and genetic susceptibility of lung cancer in Hubei province Han population was investigated by a case-control study. Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism （PCR-RFLP） technique was adopted to analyze the polymorphism of codon 133 of exon 3 in the RASSF1 gene of 100 pathologically diagnosed lung cancer patients, and 100 healthy controls. The relationship between different genotypes and the susceptibility of lung cancer was analyzed. Among 200 blood samples from Han people in Hubei Province, including 100 from lung cancer patients and 100 from healthy controls, the frequencies of Ala/Ala, Ala/Ser, Ser/Ser genotype of the RASSF1 in lung cancer patients were 83%, 16%, 1%, and those in healthy controls was 93%, 7%, 0% respectively, with the difference being statistically significant between two groups （P〈0.05）. The individuals with Ala/Ser genotype had higher risk of suffering from lung cancer, with an OR of 2.341, and 95% CI of 1.009-6.393 respectively. It was concluded that RASSF1Ala133Ser was a susceptible genetic factor of lung cancer. Ala/Ser genotype increased the risk of lung cancer.

In this paper,a new kind of robust watermarking algorithm based on twice Arnold Transform in DCT domain of image is *** algorithm makes use of twice Arnold Transform(AT),one applied to the carrier image and the other to the digital watermarking *** how many times twice AT process respectively can be obtained by offering to AT periods listed in *** first AT on carrier image is to enhance the texture and then the DCT coefficients can be increased *** can efficiently improve the robustness of watermark *** the same time,this process also increases *** second one on watermarking image is to scramble it to improve *** dividing the carrier image into blocks and implementing DCT transform to each block,the watermark is embedded into the appropriate frequency *** the watermarking image from the watermarked image is a reverse *** the secret key must be obtained *** results indicate that this algorithm can keep invisibility of the watermarking and can also strengthen the robustness of watermarking against generalimage attacks,such as noise’addition,filtering,JPEG compression and so *** addition,we use PSNR(Peak Signal Noise Ratio) to evaluate the invisibility and NC(Normalized Correlation) to evaluate the effect of watermarking extraction.

This paper has studied the feasibility of complementing English teaching with English poems. The author holds that poems are easy to recite because they are usually short, helpful to memory because they are rhythmic, beneficial to reinforcement because of their diversity, and they can be made to suit to special purposes such as the training of pronunciation, the development of vocabulary, the reinforcement of sentence patterns, and the strengthening of learning interest.

中国海洋捕捞能力的计量与分析

采用数据包络分析方法,以渔船数、总吨位、总功率和专业劳动力为投入指标。以年捕捞产量为产出指标,对我国1994至2005年的近海捕捞与远洋渔业的捕捞能力与能力利用度进行了系统的计量,并以此为依据对我国渔业管理的政策绩效进行了量化分析,发现近年来近海捕捞的渔船数和捕捞劳力的过剩率得到了较好的控制,但渔船总吨位与总功率的过剩率却还处于相对较高的水平。说明目前我国近海增加捕捞能力的主要手段依然是提高渔船的总功率与总吨位,需要在今后的渔业管理中引起重视。通过近海与远洋渔业的比较研究发现,我国近海捕捞能力的实际过剩率已超过了50%,捕捞能力的利用水平不高且提高程度有限;而远洋渔业的能力利用度则尚有较大的提高空间。研究同时显示:我国近海捕捞能力利用度与远洋捕捞能力利用度两条曲线在每次远离后都有互相靠拢的趋势。表明我国远洋捕捞的能力利用度提高后,会吸引近海渔业的部分捕捞能力转入远洋渔业,在降低远洋渔业能力利用度的同时,减轻了近海渔业资源的捕捞压力,也使近海捕捞的能力利用度得以提高;反之,当远洋渔业的能力利用度相对近海渔业较低时,就会有一部分远洋渔业的捕捞能力转入近海捕捞,加大了近海的捕捞强度,使近海捕捞的能力利用度下降。所以,积极提高并保持远洋渔业的能力利用度,对缩减近海捕捞规模有较直接的影响。

Using a panel data between 1999 and 2006 set of 605 households in Loess Plateau Region,china,and Differences in Differences （DD） method and Matching Method,we evaluate the Program’s impact on the off-farm *** empirical study results show that,SLCP has made a significant impact on the off-farm employment since it has been implemented for 7 *** has significantly increased the probability of shifting the rural labor from on-farm work to off-farm work by 11 percent with DD method,and also a consistent result by at least 17 percent with matching methods.
