Epichloae endophytes are widely surveyed as novel bioresources symbionts of graminous *** obtained choke bearing grasses Brachypodium sylvaticum(Huds.) *** in ***,Anhui in *** stromata were developed on their culms and inflorescences,and obligate associated with host plants throughout areas higher than elevation of 1500 *** fungal strains were isolated from those plants. Morphological characteristics of these fungal strains including colony,conidium and conidiophore,pertherium and asci,growth rate on PDA plate,host specificity,and phylogenetic characteristics based on tubB and tefA fragments were mostly coincident with Epichloe sylvatica *** *** fungal properties of the Chinese isolates were firstly documented in *** ascospore were observed to be ejected from pieces of perithecia-containing stromata(ca.5 mm long) that had been placed in water agar *** significant differences of these strains with *** proposed in 1998 should be(1) the localization of native distributions of their host plants,(2) differences in phylogenetic features and(3) the sizes of *** properties of stromata produced on their host plants,fungal colonies on PDA plates and microscopic characteristics were identical,excepting the conidia of Chinese isolates,3.1±0.5×5.9±0.8μm were bigger than that of European,and the conidiophores were thicker at the *** phylogenetic analysis demonstrated that strains within Chinese B. sylvaticum are closely related with Japanese strain with bootstrap value of 90%,but different from European strains,indicating the geographic separation may play an important role in fungal ***,we have surveyed epichloae endophytes in many provinces in china,collection of endophyte from *** in Huangshan was the rare *** is likely that the distribution of this endophyte is not quite wide distributed in *** analysis indicated that this endophyte

Gray mould caused by Botrytis cinerea is one of the important world diseases,and always results in significant economic *** of genes related to resistance,studying the molecular mechanism and disease-resistant breeding are very important and meaningful contribution to the gray mould *** this study,T1N62,a resistant-related gene of Arabidopsis thaliana against ***, was isolated based on a T-DNA insertion mutant that appeared increased susceptibility to ***. T1N62-complementing plants appeared hygrophanous lesions similar to wild-type during *** induction. These results demonstrate that T1N62 is a positive regulator in resistance to ***. As three major defense pathways(SA,JA and ET) had been identified to be involved in regulating defense reaction in ***,we sought to identify the 71 N62-mediated defense pathway by examining the transcription levels of T1N62 and critical genes related to different defense pathways in wildtype, t1n62 and T1N622 -complementing *** expression of T1N62 was significantly upregulated in wild-type,and was not changed or significantly downregulated in NahG,eds5,sid2 and npr1 mutants beloning to SA signaling pathway by SA or its analogues BTH ***,The expression of T1N62 was significantly downregulated in wild-type by JA treatment,and was not changed in jar1 mutant by JA *** the same time,the expression of PR1,a marker gene for SA pathway, was significantly upregulated in noninoculated tln62 *** transcript level of PDF1.2,a marker gene for JA mediated responses,show a significant difference between tln62 and wild-type *** addition,the expression of PR1 and PDF1.2 were enhanced during *** induction and the induction level of PR1 was significantly higher than *** results indicated that T1N62 might be involved in resistance response against *** through SA and JA signaling *** works would faciliate to understand molecular m

A state reconstruction problem is investigated for a class of discrete-time complex networks with the missing measurements in this *** different node dynamics and different inner coupling matrices are considered in the proposed complex *** using the Lyapunov stability theory combined with stochastic analysis,a novel state reconstruction scheme is proposed to estimate the states of discrete-time complex networks through the available output measurements,where the measurements are stochastic missing which are caused by data transmission among nodes due to communication *** reconstruction and stability conditions are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs).A simulation example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

在远程实时监测系统前期研究开发基础上,以平庄露天矿边坡为现场应用研究对象,开展了滑坡监测及预报的现场试验研究.对露天矿山边坡在采动条件下,由稳定到不稳定直至滑动的全过程,进行远程实时监测.至2007年1月14日产生滑坡.在获得宝贵的大型现场试验数据基础上,对比分析了边坡的滑动破坏特征、位移和远程监测曲线,揭示了远程监测曲线斜率增大预示边坡稳定系数降低,曲线斜率突增处是预报特征点.试验表明,该方法实际应用于滑坡灾害监测预报是有效的,与传统的位移监测方法相比,不仅实现了远程无线监测,而且在预报时间上显著提前.

To explore the anti-apoptotic role of electroacupuncture (EA) and its molecular mechanisms after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion (IR) of rats, by using animal model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO), the changes of the cleavage of PARP were observed by Western blot and the mRNA of heat shock protein (Hsp) 70 and Hsp90β detected by competitive RT-PCR after cerebral IR and EA treatment. The results were as follows: (1) The cleavage of PARP was increased in ischemic hippocampus, and EA treatment could attenuate the level of the cleavage remarkably; (2) The mRNA expression of Hsp70 was increased in the ischemic cortex and hippocampus and was further increased after EA treatment; (3) The mRNA expression of Hsp90β3 was decreased in ischemic cortex and hippocampus and the decrease was relatively slight after EA treatment. The above results demonstrated EA treatment could protect neurons from apoptosis after cerebral IR. One of the molecular mechanisms was the promotion of the inducible expression of Hsp70 and the improvement of the inhibition of the expression of Hsp90.

对 8 6株分离自杭子梢、决明和菜豆的根瘤菌及 2 0株已知参比菌进行了数值分类和全细胞蛋白SDS -PAGE的表型分析。在数值分类聚类中 ,所有供试菌在 6 8%的相似性水平上分为两群。群I为快生和中慢生根瘤菌 ,群II为慢生根瘤菌。群I在 85 %的相似性水平上又可分为 3个亚群 ,群II在 76 %的相似性水平上分为 3个亚群。蛋白电泳结果表明 ,群I在 6 8%的相似性水平上 ,分为 4个亚群 ,其中亚群 1和亚群 2相当于数值分类中的亚群 1 ,亚群 3和亚群 4与数值分类中的亚群 2和亚群 3相对应 ;群II在 5 9%的相似性水平上分为 3个亚群 ,分别与数值分类中的亚群 3、亚群 1和亚群 2大致对应。这说明两种方法在分类上得到的结果比较接近。正在通过进一步的实验确定两种方法一致的未与已知菌株聚在一起的亚群的分类地位。研究结果还表明。

在本文中,我们提出了利用面向对象的技术表示语义和常识的方法。将知网中的义原(即最小的语义单位)表示为类,同时将概念之间、属性之间的语义关系转换为类之间关系以及类的属性之间的关系;将知网概念词典中的概念表示为所在范畴属性类的子类,并将DEF项中其它义原设置为该类中的变量。通过这种转换,知网中的语义和常识就被表示为类和对象。在实践中表明该方法是实际可行的,更重要的是为我们今后进行从文本中提取知识的研究打下基础。
