Associative Tasks computing Offloading Scheme in Internet of Medical Things with Deep Reinforcement Learning

The Internet of Medical Things(Io MT) is regarded as a critical technology for intelligent healthcare in the foreseeable 6G era. Nevertheless, due to the limited computing power capability of edge devices and task-related coupling relationships, Io MT faces unprecedented challenges. considering the associative connections among tasks, this paper proposes a computing offloading policy for multiple-user devices(UDs) considering device-to-device(D2D) communication and a multi-access edge computing(MEC)technique under the scenario of Io MT. Specifically,to minimize the total delay and energy consumption concerning the requirement of Io MT, we first analyze and model the detailed local execution, MEC execution, D2D execution, and associated tasks offloading exchange model. consequently, the associated tasks’ offloading scheme of multi-UDs is formulated as a mixed-integer nonconvex optimization problem. considering the advantages of deep reinforcement learning(DRL) in processing tasks related to coupling relationships, a Double DQN based associative tasks computing offloading(DDATO) algorithm is then proposed to obtain the optimal solution, which can make the best offloading decision under the condition that tasks of UDs are associative. Furthermore, to reduce the complexity of the DDATO algorithm, the cacheaided procedure is intentionally introduced before the data training process. This avoids redundant offloading and computing procedures concerning tasks that previously have already been cached by other UDs. In addition, we use a dynamic ε-greedy strategy in the action selection section of the algorithm, thus preventing the algorithm from falling into a locally optimal solution. Simulation results demonstrate that compared with other existing methods for associative task models concerning different structures in the Io MT network, the proposed algorithm can lower the total cost more effectively and efficiently while also providing a tradeoff between delay and energy co

Energy mechanism of bolt supporting effect to fissured rock under static and dynamic loads in deep coal mines

The stability control of fissured rock is difficult,especially under static and dynamic loads in deep coal *** this paper,the dynamic mechanical properties,strain rate evolution and energy dissipation of fissured and anchored rocks were respectively obtained by SHPB *** was found that bolt can provide supporting efficiency-improving effect for fissured rock against dynamic disturbance,and this effect increased quadratically with decrease in anchoring ***,the energy dissipation mechanism of anchored rock was obtained by slipping ***,bolt energy-absorbing mechanism by instantaneous tensile-shear deformation was expressed based on material mechanics,which was the larger the anchoring angle,the smaller the energy absorption,and the less the contribution to supporting efficiency *** this basis,the functional relationship between energy dissipation of anchored rock and energy absorption of bolt was *** the coal-gangue separation system of Longgu coal mine as an example,the optimal anchoring angle can be determined as 57.5°–67.5°.Field monitoring showed fissured rock with the optimal anchoring angle,can not only effectively control the deformation,but also fully exert the energy-absorbing and efficiency-improving effect of bolt *** study provides guidance to the stability control and supporting design for deep engineering under the same or similar conditions.

MOF-derived porous graphitic carbon with optimized plateau capacity and rate capability for high performance lithium-ion capacitors

The development of anode materials with high rate capability and long charge-discharge plateau is the key to improve per-formance of lithium-ion capacitors(LICs).Herein,the porous graphitic carbon(PGC-1300)derived from a new triply interpenetrated co-balt metal-organic framework(co-MOF)was prepared through the facile and robust carbonization at 1300°C and washing by HCl *** as-prepared PGC-1300 featured an optimized graphitization degree and porous framework,which not only contributes to high plateau capacity(105.0 mAh·g^(−1)below 0.2 V at 0.05 A·g^(−1)),but also supplies more convenient pathways for ions and increases the rate capability(128.5 mAh·g^(−1)at 3.2 A·g^(−1)).According to the kinetics analyses,it can be found that diffusion regulated surface induced capa-citive process and Li-ions intercalation process are coexisted for lithium-ion ***,LIC PGC-1300//AC constructed with pre-lithiated PGC-1300 anode and activated carbon(AC)cathode exhibited an increased energy density of 102.8 Wh·kg^(−1),a power dens-ity of 6017.1 W·kg^(−1),together with the excellent cyclic stability(91.6%retention after 10000 cycles at 1.0 A·g^(−1)).

cooperative decision-making algorithm with efficient convergence for UCAV formation in beyond-visual-range air combat based on multi-agent reinforcement learning

Highly intelligent Unmanned combat Aerial Vehicle(UCAV)formation is expected to bring out strengths in Beyond-Visual-Range(BVR)air *** Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning(MARL)shows outstanding performance in cooperative decision-making,it is challenging for existing MARL algorithms to quickly converge to an optimal strategy for UCAV formation in BVR air combat where confrontation is complicated and reward is extremely sparse and *** to solve this problem,this paper proposes an Advantage Highlight Multi-Agent Proximal Policy Optimization(AHMAPPO)***,at every step,the AHMAPPO records the degree to which the best formation exceeds the average of formations in parallel environments and carries out additional advantage sampling according to ***,the sampling result is introduced into the updating process of the actor network to improve its optimization ***,the simulation results reveal that compared with some state-of-the-art MARL algorithms,the AHMAPPO can obtain a more excellent strategy utilizing fewer sample episodes in the UCAV formation BVR air combat simulation environment built in this paper,which can reflect the critical features of BVR air *** AHMAPPO can significantly increase the convergence efficiency of the strategy for UCAV formation in BVR air combat,with a maximum increase of 81.5%relative to other algorithms.

Vibration control of the Rail Grinding Vehicle with Abrasive Belt Based on Structural Optimization and Lightweight Design

As a new grinding and maintenance technology,rail belt grinding shows significant advantages in many applications The dynamic characteristics of the rail belt grinding vehicle largely determines its grinding performance and service *** order to explore the vibration control method of the rail grinding vehicle with abrasive belt,the vibration response changes in structural optimization and lightweight design are respectively analyzed through transient response and random vibration simulations in this ***,the transient response simulation analysis of the rail grinding vehicle with abrasive belt is carried out under operating conditions and non-operating ***,the vibration control of the grinding vehicle is implemented by setting vibration isolation elements,optimizing the structure,and increasing ***,in order to further explore the dynamic characteristics of the rail grinding vehicle,the random vibration simulation analysis of the grinding vehicle is carried out under the condition of the horizontal irregularity of the American AAR6 ***,by replacing the Q235 steel frame material with 7075 aluminum alloy and LA43M magnesium alloy,both vibration control and lightweight design can be achieved *** results of transient dynamic response analysis show that the acceleration of most positions in the two working conditions exceeds the standard value in GB/T 17426-1998 *** optimizing the structure of the grinding vehicle in three ways,the average vibration acceleration of the whole car is reduced by about 55.1%from 15.6 m/s^(2) to 7.0 m/s^(2).The results of random vibration analysis show that the grinding vehicle with Q235 steel frame does not meet the safety conditions of 3σ.By changing frame material,the maximum vibration stress of the vehicle can be reduced from 240.7 MPa to 160.0 MPa and the weight of the grinding vehicle is reduced by about 21.7%from 1500 kg to 1175 *** modal analysis results indic

Highly effective design of high GFA alloys with different metalbased and various components by machine learning

Rapid Energy Exchange between In Situ Formed Bromine Vacancies and co_(2)Molecules Enhances co_(2)Photoreduction

Photocatalytic reduction of co_(2)into fuels provides a prospective tactic for regulating the global carbon balance utilizing renewable solar ***,co_(2)molecules are difficult to activate and reduce due to the thermodynamic stability and chemical *** this work,we develop a novel strategy to promote the adsorption and activation of co_(2)molecules via the rapid energy exchange between the photoinduced Br vacancies and co_(2)*** in situ continuous wave-electron paramagnetic resonance(cw-EPR)and pulsed EPR technologies,we observe that the spin-spin relaxation time(T_(2))of BiOBr is decreased by 198 ns during the co_(2)photoreduction reaction,which is further confirmed by the broadened EPR *** result reveals that there is an energy exchange interaction between in situ formed Br vacancies and co_(2)molecules,which promotes the formation of high-energy co_(2)molecules to facilitate the subsequent reduction *** addition,theoretical calculations indicate that the bended co_(2)adsorption configuration on the surface of BiOBr with Br vacancies caused the decrease of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital of the co_(2)molecule,which makes it easier for co_(2)molecules to acquire electrons and get *** situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy further shows that the activated co_(2)molecules are favorably converted to key intermediates of coOH*,resulting in a co generation rate of 9.1μmol g^(-1)h^(-1)and a selectivity of 100%.This study elucidates the underlying mechanism of co_(2)activation at active sites and deepens the understanding of co_(2)photoreduction reaction.

BTG2 interference ameliorates high glucose-caused oxidative stress, cell apoptosis, and lipid deposition in HK-2 cells

Objective: Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is a deleterious microangiopathy of diabetes, constituting a critical determinant of fatality in diabetic patients. This work is purposed to disclose the effects and modulatory mechanism of BTG anti-proliferation factor 2 (BTG2) during the pathological process of DN. Methods: BTG2 expression in kidney tissues of diabetic mice and high glucose (HG)-exposed human proximal tubular cell line HK-2 was assessed with Western blot and RT-qPCR. The diabetic mice model was constructed by streptozotocin injection and con fi rmed by the blood glucose level beyond 16.7 mmol/L. Hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining and measurement of kidney function hallmarks were conducted to assess kidney injury. Cell counting kit (CCK)-8 method and TUNEL assay appraised cell activity and apoptosis. Oil red O staining assayed lipid accumulation. Relevant commercial kits were used to estimate oxidative stress-related factors. co-immunoprecipitation (co-IP) assay testi fi ed the binding relationship of BTG2 with protein arginine methyltransferase 1 (PRMT1). Results: BTG2 expression was signi fi cantly raised in renal tissues of diabetic mice and HK-2 cells exposed to HG. BTG2 de fi ciency improved viability and extenuated the apoptosis, lipid deposition as well as oxidative stress in HK-2 cells following HG exposure. In addition, PRMT1 was also overexpressed in HK-2 cells exposed to HG. BTG2 interacted with PRMT1 and positively modulated PRMT1 expression. The effects of BTG2 interference on viability, apoptosis, lipid deposition, and oxidative stress in HG-challenged HK-2 cells were partially abrogated by PRMT1 overexpression. conclusion: Altogether, BTG2 might aggravate HK-2 cell injury in response to HG by binding with PRMT1, providing a novel target for the therapeutic strategy of DN.

Eliminating H_(2)O/HF and regulating interphase with bifunctional tolylene-2,4-diisocyanate(TDI)additive for long life Li-ion battery

Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)featuring a Ni-rich cathode exhibit increased specific capacity,but the establishment of a stable interphase through the implementation of a functional electrolyte strategy remains *** when the battery is operated under high temperature,the trace water present in the electrolyte will accelerate the hydrolysis of the electrolyte and the resulting HF will further erode the *** order to enhance the long-term cycling performance of graphite/LiNi_(0.8)co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM811)LIBs,herein,Tolylene-2,4-diisocyanate(TDI)additive containing lone-pair electrons is employed to formulate a novel bifunctional electrolyte aimed at eliminating H_(2)O/HF generated at elevated *** 1000 cycles at 25℃,the battery incorporating the TDI-containing electrolyte exhibits an impressive capacity retention of 94%at 1 *** contrast,the battery utilizing the blank electrolyte has a lower capacity retention of only 78%.Furthermore,after undergoing 550 cycles at 1 C under45℃,the inclusion of TDI results in a notable enhancement of capacity,increasing it from 68%to 80%.This indicates TDI has a favorable influence on the cycling performance of LIBs,especially at elevated *** analysis of the film formation mechanism suggests that the lone pair of electrons of the isocyanate group in TDI play a crucial role in inhibiting the generation of H_(2)O and HF,which leads to the formation of a thin and dense *** existence of this interphase is thought to substantially enhance the cycling performance of the *** work not only improves the performance of graphite/NCM811 batteries at room temperature and high temperature by eliminating H_(2)O/HF but also presents a novel strategy for advancing functional electrolyte development.

Simultaneous enhancement of red luminescence and thermal stability of a novel red phosphor:A Li+-Eu3+ co-occupied site strategy in BaAl2Ge2O8 lattices

The rapid development of phosphor-converted white light emitting diodes（pc-WLEDs） requires new red phosphors with efficient and thermally stable luminescence for high-quality warm-white ***,it is still a challenge to discover red phosphors with facile synthesis,high internal quantum efficiency（IQE）,excellent thermal stability and high color ***,a novel red-emitting Eu3+activated barium dialuminum digermanate（BaAl2Ge3O8,EAGO） phosphor showing strong red emission at 610 nm was *** IQE is improved from 32.91% to 78.84% by employing a charge compensation *** lithium-ion co-dop ed BAGO:Eu3+phosphor exhibits a nearly twofold increase in integral photoluminescence（PL） intensity and the high color purity reaches 94.17%.Impressively,the PL intensity of the BAGO:Eu3+,Li+phosphor drops by only 2.6% at 150℃ of that at room ***,the pc-WLED using the red BAGO:Eu3+,Li+phosphor exhibits white light with the chromaticity coordinate of（0.3515,0.3495）,a high color-rendering index of 92 and a low correlated color temperature of 4746 *** these results manifest that BAGO:Eu3+,Li+phosphor is a suitable red phosphor for nearultraviolet（NUV） chip-based pc-WLEDs.
