The plant hormone jasmonate(JA)regulates plant growth and immunity by orchestrating a genome-wide transcriptional *** the resting stage,JASMONATE-ZIM DOMAIN(JAZ)proteins act as main repressors to regulate the expression of JA-responsive genes in the JA signaling ***,the mechanisms underlying de-repression of JA-responsive genes in response to JA treatment remain ***,we report two nuclear factor Y transcription factors NF-YB2 and NF-YB3(thereafter YB2 and YB3)play key roles in such de-repression in ***2 and YB3 function redundantly and positively regulate plant resistance against the necrotrophic pathogen Botrytis cinerea,which are specially required for transcriptional activation of a set of JA-responsive genes following ***,YB2 and YB3 modulated their expression through direct occupancy and interaction with histone demethylase Ref6 to remove repressive histone ***,YB2 and YB3 physically interacted with JAZ repressors and negatively modulated their abundance,which in turn attenuated the inhibition of JAZ proteins on the transcription of JA-responsive genes,thereby activating JA response and promoting disease ***,our study reveals the positive regulators of YB2 and YB3 in JA signaling by positively regulating transcription of JA-responsive genes and negatively modulating the abundance of JAZ proteins.

This paper discusses the L-L consensus problem for multiagent systems with non-convex constrains. Both nonconvex constraints and external disturbance are taken into consideration in the same time, under the expected L-L performance, a distributed algorithm based on the introduction of constraint operators is proposed. By using Lyapunov function and constraint operators, some sufficient conditions are given to ensure that each agent reach the L-L consensus can be achieved.

This paper studies the multiple high-speed trains tracking problem with velocity and input constrains, running resistance and external disturbances. By using the local information, the proposed distributed control algorithm can enable all trains to move in a stable mode. Based on model transformation and the properties of stochastic matrix, it is showed that all trains keep a safe distance range with its adjacent trains while tracking the expected speed under the external disturbances.

The aim of this paper is to study distributed constrained optimization with nonconvex communication and input constraints when nonuniform gradient gains,nonuniform convex state constraints and jointly-strongly-connected switching graphs are *** to the existence of nonconvex communication and input constraints and the optimization of the local objective functions,the edge weights are equivalent to be multiplied with time-varying factors,and the interaction balance is destroyed,resulting in the invalidness of the existing *** is shown that the optimization problem can be solved if the communication graphs are ***,a numerical example is given to illustrate the theoretical results.

In the resting stage, JASMONATE-ZIM DOMAIN(JAZ) proteins act as main repressors to regulate the expression of JA-responsive genes in the JA signaling ***, the mechanisms underlying de-repression of JA-responsive genes in response to JA treatment remain elusive. Here, we report two nuclear factor Y transcription factors NF-YB2 and NF-YB3(thereafter YB2 and YB3) play key roles in such de-repression in Arabidopsis. YB2 and YB3 function redundantly and positively regulate plant resistance against the necrotrophic pathogen Botrytis cinerea, which are specially required for transcriptional activation of a set of JA-responsive genes following ***, YB2 and YB3 modulated their expression through direct occupancy and interaction with histone demethylase Ref6 to remove repressive histone modifications. Moreover, YB2 and YB3physically interacted with JAZ repressors and negatively modulated their abundance, which in turn attenuated the inhibition of JAZ proteins on the transcription of JA-responsive genes, thereby activating JA response and promoting disease resistance. Overall, our study reveals the positive regulators of YB2 and YB3 in JA signaling by positively regulating transcription of JA-responsive genes and negatively modulating the abundance of JAZ proteins.

Polycomb repressive complex 2(PRC2)contributes to catalyze the methylation of histone H3 at lysine 27 and plays vital roles in transcriptional silencing and growth development in various *** Magnaporthe oryzae,histone H3K27 is found to associate with altered transcription of in planta induced ***,it is still unknown whether and how H3K27me3 modification is involved in pathogenicity to rice and stress *** this study,we found that core subunits of PRC2,Kmt6-Suz12-Eed,were required for fungal pathogenicity to rice in ***6-Suz12-Eed localized in the nuclei and was necessary for the establishment of H3K27me3 *** ChIP-seq analysis,9.0%of genome regions enriched with H3K27me3 occupancy,which corresponded to 1033 genes in ***,deletion of Kmt6,Suz12 or Eed altered genome-wide transcriptional expression,while the de-repression genes in theΔkmt6 strain were highly associated with H3K27me3 ***,plenty of genes which encode effectors and secreted enzymes,secondary metabolite synthesis genes,and cell wall stress-responsive genes were directly occupied with H3K27me3 modification and de-repression in theΔkmt6 *** results elaborately explained how PRC2 was required for pathogenicity,which is closely related to effector modulated host immunity and host environment adaption.

目的分析广州市抗逆转录病毒治疗(antiretroviral therapy,ART)后HIV-1病毒载量介于50~200 copies/mL的感染者基因型耐药发生特征。方法募集2023年1月至7月广州医科大学附属市八医院感染门诊接受ART满6个月,且HIV-1病毒载量介于50~200 copies/mL的感染者。用0.5 mL血浆于4℃超速离心浓缩病毒后提取RNA,经逆转录和巢式PCR扩增HIV-1 pol基因片段。获得基因序列经COMET HIV-1进行分型,并用Mega 11构建系统邻接法进化树验证亚型。经斯坦福HIV耐药数据库解析耐药发生情况。结果共随访11799例感染者,发现415例(3.5%)低水平病毒载量感染者。从完成检测的297例感染者中扩增获得154条pol基因片段序列(52.0%)。主要基因亚型为CRF01-AE(34.4%,53/154)和CRF07-BC(31.2%,48/154)。耐药相关突变(drug resistance mutations,DRMs)发生率为37.0%(57/154),最常见的DRMs为非核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂(NNRTIs)突变V179E(11.7%,18/154)和核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂(NRTIs)突变S68G(6.5%,10/154)和M184V(5.2%,8/154)。对任一药物耐药发生率为17.5%(27/154),其中NVP耐药率为11.7%(18/154),EFV耐药率为11.0%(17/154),RPV耐药率为10.4%(16/154)。结论广州ART后低水平病毒载量感染者耐药相关突变发生率较高(18.2%~37.0%),对我国常用的一线抗病毒药物存在不同程度耐药。应加强治疗后低病毒载量感染者的耐药监测,以优化治疗方案、改善临床结果。

以生物质废弃物酸角壳为原料,通过KOH活化制备酸角壳基活性炭(HHC),采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜表征。酸角壳基活性炭吸附亚甲基蓝(MB)的研究表明:吸附是自发进行,吸热,增加混乱度有利于吸附进行;准二级吸附动力学方程及Langmuir等温吸附模型能较好拟合吸附过程。以3 mol/L KOH为电解液,在三电极体系下测定HHC制备的超级电容器电极的循环伏安、恒流充放电、循环性能和交流阻抗。结果显示,电流密度为5 A/g时,首次放电比电容为100 F/g,循环20次后容量保持率为100%,具有较好的循环性能,适合用作超级电容器电极材料。

数字金融是促进中国经济高质量发展的重要力量。基于2011-2018年中国30个省份的面板数据①,利用空间杜宾模型实证检验数字金融对中国经济高质量发展的影响及其空间溢出效应,并考察不同地区、数字金融结构及城镇化率影响的异质性。研究表明数字金融能够显著促进本地区经济高质量发展,但对邻近地区的溢出效应有限,该结论在考虑内生性及稳健性检验之后仍然成立。异质性分析中,数字金融发展对东中西部地区经济高质量发展均存在显著促进作用,但对西部地区的影响更大;且仅在东西地区表现出正向空间溢出效应。数字金融覆盖广度和使用深度对本地区经济高质量发展均存在显著促进作用,而其数字化程度却产生明显抑制效应;仅数字金融覆盖广度对邻近地区经济高质量发展具有正向溢出影响。高城镇化率地区的数字金融发展有助于本地区经济高质量发展,但在低城镇化率地区的作用不明显,且均不存在显著的空间溢出效应。应强化数字金融监管,促进数字金融在东中西部地区协调发展,加快地区经济圈与城镇化建设,强化数字金融在省际之间的溢出效应。
