切缘肿瘤细胞残留对局部进展期胃癌复发模式和远期预后的影响

目的探究切缘肿瘤细胞残留(R1切除)局部进展期胃癌辅助化疗后的复发模式及远期预后。方法收集440例经D2根治性切除的局部进展期胃癌患者。比较R0切除(414例)和R1切除(26例)患者的临床特征、复发转移模式及预后。结果倾向性匹配前,R0切除和R1切除局部进展期胃癌患者N分期、脉管侵犯情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);倾向性匹配后,各临床特征比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。R0切除和R1切除局部进展期胃癌患者复发模式比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。倾向性匹配前,R0切除和R1切除患者总生存情况和无复发生存情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。倾向性匹配后,R0切除和R1切除患者总生存情况和无复发生存情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。倾向性匹配后,不同化疗方案R1切除局部进展期胃癌患者的生存情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论R1切除局部进展期胃癌患者通常伴随着更晚的分期、更差的生物学行为和预后。R1切除胃癌患者术后辅助治疗应以局部治疗不影响全身系统性药物治疗为原则。

A photonic crystal vertical-cavity-surface-emitting laser (PC-VCSEL) with a wavelength of about 850 nm was realized. The direct-current electrically-driven PC-VCSELs with a minimum threshold current of 2 mA and a maximum threshold current of 13.5 mA were obtained. We fabricated a series of PC-VCSEL chips whose lattice constants are in the range from 0.5 to 3 μm with different filling factors, and found that the laser characterization depends on the lattice constant, the filling factor, the size of cavity, etc.

Generating photo-realistic images from a text description is a challenging problem in computer *** works have shown promising performance to generate synthetic images conditional on text by Generative Adversarial Networks(GANs).In this paper,we focus on the category-consistent and relativistic diverse constraints to optimize the diversity of synthetic *** on those constraints,a category-consistent and relativistic diverse conditional GAN(CRD-CGAN)is proposed to synthesize K photo-realistic images *** use the attention loss and diversity loss to improve the sensitivity of the GAN to word attention and ***,we employ the relativistic conditional loss to estimate the probability of relatively real or fake for synthetic images,which can improve the performance of basic conditional ***,we introduce a category-consistent loss to alleviate the over-category issues between K synthetic *** evaluate our approach using the Caltech-UCSD Birds-200-2011,Oxford 102 flower and MS COCO 2014 datasets,and the extensive experiments demonstrate superiority of the proposed method in comparison with state-of-the-art methods in terms of photorealistic and diversity of the generated synthetic images.

为了提高多智能体系统中的典型的强化学习——Q学习的学习效率和收敛速度,充分利用环境信息和相关的专家经验,提出了具有先验知识的Q学习算法。利用模糊综合决策方法处理专家经验和环境信息得到Q学习的先验知识,对Q学习的初始状态进行优化。典型的足球机器人系统中的仿真实验结果表明:该算法使学习过程建立在较好的学习基础上,从而更快地趋近于最优状态,其学习效率和收敛速度明显优于普通的Q学习。

Clay mineral proxies have been widely used to reconstruct changes in provenance and the ***,high-altitude clay mineral indications and long-term and orbital variations have not been fully ***,we present an800-ka clay-mineral record from a lacustrine sediment core(ZB13-C2)from the Zoige Basin on the eastern Tibetan Plateau(TP).X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were used to identify the clay mineral assemblages and their micromorphological characteristics of core *** results revealed that the clay minerals in core ZB13-C2 are mainly illite,with small amounts of chlorite,kaolinite,and smectite(including irregular mixed-layers of illite-smectite(I/S)and chloritesmectite(C/S)).The clay mineral assemblages and proxies exhibit three stages of change,which are mainly controlled by the Zoige watershed range under different climate *** watershed was limited to the southeastern region with altitudes ranging from~3500 to~4200 meters above sea level(m a.s.l.),and glacial-interglacial hydraulic erosion controlled the input of bedrock debris during 800-621 ka *** expanded to higher altitudes(~4200 to~4700 m a.s.l.)due to stronger seasonal freezethaw weathering without significant glacial-interglacial variations under a cooling and drying climate during 621-100 ka ***,it expanded to its highest altitudes of~4700 to~5200 m *** of the watershed after 100 ka BP,and hydraulic erosion increased obviously under a warm climate of the interstadial MIS 3 on the *** watershed underwent two major expansions under different climatic conditions at~621 ka and 100 ka BP,with the wet/dry alternation became strong at~621 ka *** results reveal that long-term temperature changes and the wet/dry alternation at high altitudes controlled the watershed range and degree of the physical erosion,and that the indications of clay minerals should be carefully clarified before they are used as climate indicators,especi

To make full use of plant shellﬁbers(rice husk,walnut shell,chestnut shell),three kinds of wood-plastic com-posites of plant shellﬁbers and polyvinyl chloride(PVC)were prepared.X-ray diffraction analysis was carried out on three kinds of plant shellﬁbers to test their *** aging process of the composites was conducted under 2 different *** was artiﬁcial seawater immersion and xenon lamp irradiation,and the other one was deionized water spray and xenon lamp *** mechanical properties(tensile strength,ﬂexural strength,impact strength),changes in color,water absorption,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and microstructures of the composites before and after the two aging experiments were *** results showed that the chestnut shell had the highest crystallinity,which was 42%.The chestnut shell/PVC composites had the strongest interface bonding,the least internal defects,and the best general mechanical properties among the three *** tensile strength,bending strength and impact strength were 23.81 MPa,34.12 MPa,and 4.32 KJ·m^(-2),*** the two aging conditions,artiﬁcial seawater immersion and xenon lamp irradiation destroyed the quality of the combination of plant shellﬁbers and PVC,making the internal defects of the composites *** made the water absorption ability and changes in the color of the composites more obvious and led to a great decrease in the mechanical *** general mechanical properties of the chestnut shell/PVC composites were the best,but their water absorption ability changed more obviously.

The pore structure of spherical alumina supports is closely related to the dispersion of catalytically active components and the diffusion of *** excellent pore structure under strict reaction conditions is of utmost *** this work,sphericalγ-Al_(2)O_(3)support with a bimodal pore structure,composed of macropores and mesopores,was successfully synthesized using dodecane as the pore-forming agent through the oil–ammonia column-shaping *** morphology and internal pore structure of the alumina were found to be influenced by the amount of surfactant added and ultrasound treatment ***,when concentration of surfactant was 4‰and ultrasound voltage of 20 V was applied,the resultingγ-Al_(2)O_(3)-4‰-20 displayed a highly concentrated distribution of macropores with an average pore size of 100 nm,resulting in an impressive porosity of 69.21%.In contrast,the untreated sample ofγ-Al_(2)O_(3)-0-0 only exhibited a mesoporous distribution with a porosity of 54.03%.Moreover,after being subjected to a hydrothermal treatment in a high temperature(600°C)and high humidity(water vapor)environment for 120 h,theγ-Al_(2)O_(3)-4‰-20 sample maintained a high BET specific surface area of 170.9 m^(2)g^(−1)and mercury intrusion porosimetry specific surface area of 263.3 m^(2)g^(−1).

Coastal tidal creeks are important channels for exchanges of material and energy between sea and land,and play an important role in the ecological protection of tidal *** tidal creeks have evolved differently in various regions,the evolutionary process of tidal creeks in the Huanghe(Yellow)River delta of China,one of the most active deltas worldwide,is not entirely ***,the evolution of tidal creeks in the delta from 1981 to 2021 was investigated by quantitatively analysing the tidal creeks and developing a standard for dividing their evolution *** interpretation and supervised classification methods were applied to the Landsat images to extract the tidal creek network,and 17 groups of tidal creek systems were *** indicate that Creek S 1 was the most developed creek for having 113 tidal creeks totaling 65.8 km in length,while Creek E 3 had the fastest growth rate for having average annual increase of 1.9 ***,the level of tidal creeks increased,the average and median lengths of tidal creeks increased,and the number of tidal creeks decreased since *** evolution of the tidal creek system could be divided into four stages,namely,rising,developing,stabilizing,and *** of a representative tidal creek show that there was no degenerated tidal creek during the rising period,with an increase in the number of 50 and a length increase of 57.9 km between 1981 and *** proportion of new tidal creeks in the developing period was more than 50%and the new tidal creeks in the stabilizing period were equal to the degraded tidal *** tidal creeks were greater than 50%during the degrading *** was no fixed order of tidal creek evolution in each period,and there may be a skip in *** findings provided a reference for studying the evolution of tidal creeks.
