The nanoscale confinement is of great important for the industrial applications of molecular sieve,desalination,and also essential in bio-logical transport *** efforts have been devoted to the influence of restricted spaces on the properties of confined ***,the situation of channel-wall is crucial but attracts less attention and remains *** fundamentally understand the mechanism of channel-walls in nanoconfinement,we investigated the interaction between the counter-force of the liquid and interlamellar spacing of nanochannel walls by considering the effect of both spatial confinement and surface *** results reveal that the nanochannel stables at only a few discrete spacing states when its confinement is within 1.4 *** quantized interlayer spacing is attributed to water molecules becoming laminated structures,and the stable states are corresponding to the monolayer,bilayer and trilayer water configurations,*** results can potentially help to understand the characterized interlayers spacing of graphene oxide membrane in *** findings are hold great promise in design of ion filtration membrane and artificial water/ion channels.

Finite Difference-Peridynamic Differential Operator for Solving Transient Heat Conduction Problems

Transient heat conduction problems widely exist in *** previous work on the peridynamic differential operator(PDDO)method for solving such problems,both time and spatial derivatives were discretized using the PDDO method,resulting in increased complexity and programming *** this work,the forward difference formula,the backward difference formula,and the centered difference formula are used to discretize the time derivative,while the PDDO method is used to discretize the spatial *** new schemes for solving transient heat conduction equations have been developed,namely,the forward-in-time and PDDO in space(FT-PDDO)scheme,the backward-in-time and PDDO in space(BT-PDDO)scheme,and the central-in-time and PDDO in space(CT-PDDO)*** stability and convergence of these schemes are analyzed using the Fourier method and Taylor’s *** show that the FT-PDDO scheme is conditionally stable,whereas the BT-PDDO and CT-PDDO schemes are unconditionally *** stability conditions for the FT-PDDO scheme are less stringent than those of the explicit finite element method and explicit finite difference *** convergence rate in space for these three methods is *** constructed schemes are applied to solve one-dimensional and two-dimensional transient heat conduction *** accuracy and validity of the schemes are verified by comparison with analytical solutions.

Thermoelectric(TE)technologies offer a promising approach for directly converting skin heat into electricity for wearable *** p-type Sb2.es and n-type BizTes as top-performing materials at room temperature,their rigid inorganic structure,with ultralow moisture permeability,poses challenges in warm and humid conditions,fostering bacterial growth and potential skin *** address this issue,we developed a cross-linked core-shell structure by electrodepositing Sb_(2.Te_(3)(Bi_(2.Te_(3))onto carbon fiber(CF).This architecture significantly improved the electrical conductivity and the Seebeck coefficient,resulting in a remarkable 300-fold increase in the power factor compared to that of pure *** CF/Sb_(2.Te_(3) and CF/Bi2.e films demonstrated optimal power factors of 450 and 12.μW·m^(-1)·K^(-2.,***,the fabricated films exhibited outstanding moisture permeability,over 3000 g·m^(-2.·d^(-1),exceptional electromagnetic interference shielding efficiency approaching 93 dB,and versatility as sensors for language assistance and respiratory *** attributes underline their broad applicability,emphasizing their suitability for human health protection in diverse scenarios.

Graphene reinforced magnesium matrix composites have wide applications in automotive,electronics,aerospace and military fields due to the fascinating mechanical ***,it is difficult to realize the high strength and ductility *** this work,the in situ liquid-state method was utilized to prepare GNPs/Mg6Zn composites via CO_(2./Mg chemical *** strength of the GNPs/Mg6Zn composites was improved with increasing content of the ***,the composites also exhibit a notable plastic deformation stage,and especially the ductility of 0.12.GNPs/Mg6Zn composites reaches 2..6%.Therefore,this novel preparation method has great potential application for fabricating Mg matrix composites with high strength and high ductility.

Architecture Design of Protocol Controller Based on Traffic-Driven Software Defined Interconnection

To solve the problems of redundant logic resources and poor scalability in protocol controller circuits among communication networks, we propose a traffic-driven software defined interconnection(TSDI) *** unified software defined interconnection interface standards and the normalized interconnection topology are designed to implement the architecture of TSDI-based protocol controller. The key indicators of power, performance and area(PPA) can be realized while resolving the flexible interconnection of the controller. We designed a TSDI-based Rapid IO controller as an example. Compared to traditional designs, the design could achieve more protocol scalability,and Rapid IO protocol standards of Gen4 could be supported directly. The key PPA indicators, such as a lower delay of 56.1 ns and more than twice throughput of 98.1 Gbps, were achieved at the cost of a 2..4% area increase.

The elimination of pollutants from diesel exhaust has received widespread research attention as they cause serious air pollution and pose a threat to human *** post-treatment technology is one of the most effective and universal technologies to treat diesel exhaust *** design and development of efficient and low-cost catalysts is the key factor to realize the wide application of catalytic post-treatment ***(Ce)-based oxides with specific morphologies are widely used to eliminate pollutants in diesel vehicle exhaust due to their unique physical and chemical properties,such as high catalytic activity,low cost and *** this review,the preparation methods of Cebased oxide materials with specific morphologies,such as nanoparticles,nanocubes,nanorods,nanofibers,and multi-stage pores,are introduced in detail,and the research progress on using these catalysts for the removal of carbon monoxide,hydrocarbons,soot particles,nitrogen oxides,and other pollutants from diesel exhaust is reviewed in ***,the unresolved issues associated with using Ce-based oxide catalysts with a specific morphology to catalytically remove pollutants from diesel exhaust are highlighted,and future application prospects and development directions are discussed.

A high-performance electrochromic device assembled with WO_(3)/Ag and TiO_(2./NiO composite electrodes towards smart window

The choice of cathode and anode materials for electrochromic devices plays a key role in the performance of electrochromic smart *** this research,WO_(3)/Ag and TiO_(2./NiO composite thin films were separately prepared by the hydrothermal method combined with *** electrochromic properties of the single WO_(3) thin film were optimized,and TiO_(2./NiO composite films showed better electrochromic performance than that of the single NiO ***_(3)/Ag and TiO_(2./NiO composite films with excellent electrochromic properties were respectively chosen as the cathode and the anode to construct a WO_(3)/Ag‒TiO_(2./NiO electrochromic *** response time(tc=4.08 s,tb=1.08 s),optical modulation range(35.91%),and coloration efficiency(30.37 cm^(2.·C^(-1))of this electrochromic device are better than those of WO_(3)-NiO and WO_(3)/Ag-NiO electrochromic *** work provides a novel research idea for the performance enhancement of electrochromic smart windows.

Explosive cyclones(ECs)occur frequently over the Kuroshio/Kuroshio Extension *** most rapidly intensified EC over the Kuroshio/Kuroshio Extension region during the 42.years(1979-2.2.)of cold seasons(October-April)was studied to reveal the variations of the key factors at different explosive-developing *** EC had weak low-level baroclinicity,mid-level cyclonic-vorticity advection,and strong low-level water vapor convergence at the initial explosive-developing *** low-level baroclinicity and mid-level cyclonic-vorticity advection increased substantially during the maximum-deepening-rate *** diagnostic analyses using the Zwack-Okossi equation showed that diabatic heating was the main contributor to the initial rapid intensification of this *** cyclonic-vorticity advection and warm-air advection enhanced rapidly in the middle and upper troposphere and contributed to the maximum rapid intensification,whereas the diabatic heating weakened slightly in the mid-low *** relative contribution of the diabatic heating decreased from the initial explosive-developing stage to the maximum-deepening-rate stage due to the enhancement of other factors(the cyclonic-vorticity advection and warm-air advection).Furthermore,the physical factors contributing to this EC varied with the explosive-developing *** non-key factors at the initial explosive-developing stage need attention to forecast the rapid intensification.

Traditional therapies such as surgery and endocrine therapy no longer meet the clinical needs in prostate cancer treatment,and more effective treatments are urgently *** studies have reported that targeted inhibition of the transcription factor cyclin dependent kinase 7(CDK7)could effectively suppress prostate cancer ***,the toxicity of CDK7 inhibitors such as THZ1 is the main limitation of the clinical *** this work,we synthesized Cys8E(C8E)nanoparticles(NPs)loaded with THZ1(C8E@THZ1),a novel GSH-targeting and stimuli-responsive nano-delivery platform,and investigated its anti-tumor potential and biosafety *** vitro,C8E@THZ1 potently inhibited the proliferation and promoted the apoptosis of prostate cancer *** tumor-bearing mice,C8E@THZ1 inhibited tumors by up to 85%,while the damage of THZ1 to liver function was effectively *** results confirmed that inhibition of CDK7 can effectively block the progression of prostate cancer,and that Cys8E NPs is a highly prospective delivery platform to promote the clinical application of CDK7 inhibitors.
