AIM To evaluate the effectiveness and tolerability of a split-dose 2L polyethylene glycol (PEg)/ascorbic acid(AA) regimen for healthy examinees who visited for comprehensive medical check-up in the early *** From February 2015 to March 2015, examinees of average risk who were scheduled for a colonoscopy in the morning were retrospectively *** The 189 examinees were divided into split-dose and non-split-dose groups. The adequacy of bowel preparation for the split-dose group vs the non-splitdose group was 96.8% vs 85.2%, respectively, Pgroup, however the willingness to repeat the same preparation method (P=0.243) was not different in both groups. The split-dose regimen was the most important factor influencing adequate bowel preparation in multivariate analysis(HR=10.89, 95%CI: 6.53-18.17, Pgimen of 2L PEg/AA for an early morning colonoscopy was more effective and showed better compliance for diet restriction without any difference in satisfaction and discomfort. Introducing a split-dose regimen of 2L PEg/AA to morning colonoscopy examinees is effective and tolerable in a comprehensive medical check-up setting.

On the basis of adding the bond functions (3s 3p 2d) to the basis sets 6-311g ( 2d 2p ) for increasing the efficiency of the basis sets , we have carried out the MP2 calculations of nonlinear optical properties includintg dipole moment uo,polarizibili- ty ao and hyperpolarizability , for CH4-nFn (n = 1 , 2 , 3). The results are in good a- greement with those of experimentsl The roles of the bond functions in the calcula- tions are shown , i. e., the improved values of the properties are about 2%-7% at the SCF level and about 6%-30% at the correlated level (MP2). It is shown that the more important role of the bond functions in calculating is the im- provement of the effects of the corrections of electronic correlations and the increase of the effects is in the order of. In addition , it is also shown that the cal-, culated value of a property does not change with the bond-function location in our calculations except for the regions close to the nuclei in a molecule.

Computer chip is always accompanied by the increase of heat dissipation and miniaturization. The miniature heat pipes are widely used in notebook computer to resolve the heat dissipation problems. Maximum heat removed model of miniature heat pipes building by grey model is presented. In order to know the foundation for modeling, the smooth grade of error examination is inquired and the accuracy of grey relational grade is verified. The model can be used to select a suitable heat pipes to solve electric heat problems in the future. Final results show that the grey model only needs four experiment data and its error value is less than 10%, further, it is better than computational fluid dynamics （CFD） model.

Interstitial lung disease （ILD） is a comprehensive term referring to a group of lung diseases affecting the interstitium of the lung. Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis （IPF） is the most common idiopathic ILD, and nonspecific interstitial pneumonia （NSIP） is the second most common. As the name suggests, NSIP is diagnosed atter many other diseases are excluded. The main pathological finding in NSIP is homogeneous interstitial inflammation with or without fibrosis. NSIP can be categorized by cellular type or fibrotic type, according to the grade of inflammation and fibrosis. The cellular type has mostly inflammatory lesions with good responses to steroid, but the fibrotic type has a large proportion of fibrosis mixed with inflammatory lesions and a relatively poor response to steroid treatment So far, the exact mechanism underlying idiopathic lED has not been clarified. Determining key regulators of these ILDs will be helpful in the diagnosis and development of novel drugs for ILD.

Embryonic stem cells(ESCs) maintain their cellular identity through the systematic regulation of master transcription factors and chromatin remodeling complexes. Recent work has shown that the unusually large-scale enhancers—namely super-enhancers(SEs), on which BRD4, a member of the bromodomain and extraterminal domain(BET) family is highly enriched—could regulate pluripotency-related transcription factors. Moreover, inhibition of BRD4 binding on SEs has been shown to induce the differentiation of ESCs. However, the underlying mechanism of BRD4 inhibition-mediated stem cell differentiation remains elusive. Here we show that both mouse and human ESCs lose their capacity for self-renewal upon treatment with JQ1, a selective inhibitor of BET family including BRD4, with rapid suppression of pluripotency-associated genes. Notably, a high concentration of JQ1 could selectively eliminate ESCs via apoptosis, without affecting the functionality of differentiated somatic cells from ESCs, suggesting that inhibition of BET may have a beneficial effect on the development of pluripotent stem cell-based cell therapy.

文章研究苹果多酚-壳寡糖微胶囊(APCM)对变异链球菌的抑菌及致龋效果。将未熟苹果多酚(APP)与壳寡糖(COS)按照2.5:1(w/w)的比例溶解后用喷雾干燥法制成APCM,同时将APP和COS作为对照,配制相应的浓度梯度后用纸片扩散法测定抑菌作用;微量肉汤稀释法测定MIC;分别观察对变异链球菌的生长抑制及产酸能力、生物薄膜形成能力、葡萄糖基转移酶(gTase)活性抑制、菌体黏附能力的影响。结果显示,APCM的MIC值为5 mg/mL,分别是APP和COS的50%和25%。APCM对变异链球菌生长的抑制作用是APP的2倍,COS的4倍;APCM在1.0 mg/mL浓度下,其产酸抑制效果接近于对照品0.1%NaF,在0.5 mg/mL的水平接近于COS和AAP在8 mg/mL时的产酸抑制效果;APCM的生物薄膜形成抑制效果在1 mg/mL是COS的8倍,在2 mg/mL是APP的4倍;APCM对gTase活性的抑制能力在2 mg/mL时高于COS在8 mg/mL的效果,在4 mg/mL时,高于APP在8 mg/mL的效果;菌体黏附拮抗效应显示,APCM在2 mg/mL时,已经超过APP和COS在8 mg/mL时的黏附拮抗效果。综上结果说明,相较于COS和APP,APCM对变异链球菌有更强的抑菌效果和抗龋活性。

I schemic colitis is an uncommon complication in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). In previously reported cases of colitis caused by SLE, intestinal vasculitis is implicated as the causative process, but is rarely confirmed histologically. We described a case of a 32-year-old man with increased activity of SLE, who presented with hematochezia and abdominal pain due to ischemic colitis with small vessel vasculitis which was proven by sigmoidoscopic biopsy. The clinical course of the patient was improved after steroid and conservative management.

采用量子化学计算方法在HF/6-31+g*水平下对高氯酸钠溶液中可能存在的离子缔合物种及浓度升高时溶液中发生的离子缔合过程进行了研究.高氯酸根与水合钠离子可形成溶剂共享离子对、接触离子对、三离子及多离子团簇等离子缔合物种,当体系中水比较充足时,钠离子可以保持较规整的六配位八面体构型,而当水分子比较少时,则生成不规则的五配位构型.以上水合离子缔合物种中的ν1-ClO4-频率与水合硝酸根中的参比值相比,分别发生4.7,8.5及14～17cm-1的蓝移,除以影响因子后,其与实验结果符合得很好.通过将计算结果与实验结果进行对比,高氯酸钠溶液在浓度升高时发生离子缔合的过程可简略表示为"自由水合离子→溶剂共享型离子对→单齿接触离子对→阳-阴-阳型三离子团簇→链状多离子团簇→网状多离子团簇→无定形晶体".这个过程与硫酸镁相似,而与硝酸镁、高氯酸镁和硝酸钠不同.
