N-doping has significant influence in manipulating the properties of TiO_(2),and this has stimulated the development of N-donor-functionalized titanium-oxo clusters(TOCs)as molecular models to study the structure-property ***,the structural type and photoresponsive application are still limited for such TOCs,especially regarding the high-nuclearity TOCs that contain structure unit of TiO_(2)for ***,we showed the synthesis of a series of high-nuclearity TOCs 1-3 compounds usingπ-conjugated 1,10-phenanthroline(phen)as chromophore and N-donor functional *** 1 features cocrystal structure composed of one[Ti_(26)]~(2+)and half[Ti_(22)]~(2+),which renders it as the first cocrystallized TOC containing two positively charged species and phen-functionalized TOC showing the highest nuclearity up to 37 Ti *** adjusting the synthetic conditions,the individual{Ti_(22)}and{Ti_(26)}clusters can also be isolated as Compounds 2 and 3,*** core structure of{Ti_(22)}is mainly constructed from four lacunary{Ti_(4)}derived from pentagonal{Ti(Ti)_5}unit,while{Ti_(26)}is built from four complete{Ti(Ti)_5}***,a{Ti_8O_(14)}structure unit of anatase TiO_(2)can be identified in{Ti_(26)}.Based on the unique structural features and proper photophysical and photochemical properties of Compounds 1-3,they are applied for photocatalytic *** to the presence of anatase structure unit in{Ti_(26)}and the synergistic effect from{Ti_(22)}and{Ti_(26)},the catalytic performance presents in the order of Compound 1>Compound 3>Compound *** work provides excellent models to understand the structureproperty relationship from the perspective of cocrystallization and Ti-O binding model and will further promote the application of TOCs as functional catalysts for organic transformation.

Association between inflammatory bowel disease and all-cause dementia:A two-sample Mendelian randomization study

BACKGROUND Numerous observational studies have documented a correlation between inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)and an increased risk of ***,the causality of their associations remains *** To assess the causal relationship between IBD and the occurrence of all-cause dementia using the two-sample Mendelian randomization(MR)*** Genetic variants extracted from the large genome-wide association study(GWAS)for IBD(the International IBD Genetics Consortium,n=34652)were used to identify the causal link between IBD and dementia(FinnGen,n=306102).The results of the study were validated via another IBD GWAS(United Kingdom Biobank,n=463372).Moreover,MR egger intercept,MR pleiotropy residual sum and outlier,and Cochran's Q test were employed to evaluate pleiotropy and ***,multiple MR methods were performed to estimate the effects of genetically predicted IBD on dementia,with the inverse variance weighted approach adopted as the primary *** The results of the pleiotropy and heterogeneity tests revealed an absence of significant pleiotropic effects or heterogeneity across all genetic variants in outcome *** evidence of a causal effect between IBD and the risk of dementia was identified in the inverse variance weighted[odds ratio(OR)=0.980,95%CI:0.942-1.020,P value=0.325],weighted median(OR=0.964,95%CI:0.914-1.017,P value=0.180),and MR-Egger(OR=0.963,95%CI:0.867-1.070,P value=0.492)*** results were observed in validation *** MR analysis also showed no effect of dementia on the development of ***,MR analysis suggested that IBD and its subtypes did not causally affect allcause dementia and its four subtypes,including dementia in Alzheimer's disease,vascular dementia,dementia in other diseases classified elsewhere,and unspecified *** taken together,our MR study signaled that IBD and its subentities were not genetically associated with all-cause dementia or its

Intractable bleeding from solitary mandibular metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) metastasizes to themandible is infrequently seen. Solitary bony metastasis tothe mandible is rarer. The intractable bleeding caused byrupture of the metastatic HCC is challenging to *** present a case of a 74-year-old woman with HCCunder control without progression for 3 years. Left facialswelling and episodes of bleeding developed recently andbiopsy revealed a metastatic HCC. Computer tomographyshowed a large tumor in parapharyngeal space withevident mandibular ramus destruction. Bleeding occurredfrom the metastatic tumor but could not be controlledby electrocauterization, Surgicel?, tissue glue, andbone wax and angiographic embolization. Palliativeradiotherapy (2400 cGy in 6 fractions) was tried andthe intractable bleeding was successfully stopped afterthe radiotherapy. Because of the hypervascular andosteolytic nature of the solitary mandibular metastaticlesion, the bleeding was troublesome. Radiotherapyprovided successful control of intractable bleeding fromthe metastatic tumor.

The interaction between sites A, B and X with passivation molecules is restricted when the conventional passivation strategy is applied in perovskite（ABX3） photovoltaics. Fortunately, the revolving A-site presents an opportunity to strengthen this interaction by utilizing an external field. Herein, we propose a novel approach to achieving an ordered magnetic dipole moment, which is regulated by a magnetic field via the coupling effect between the chiral passivation molecule and the A-site（formamidine ion） in *** strategy can increase the molecular interaction energy by approximately four times and ensure a well-ordered molecular arrangement. The quality of the deposited perovskite film is significantly optimized with inhibited nonradiative recombination. It manages to reduce the open-circuit voltage loss of photovoltaic devices to 360 mV and increase the power conversion efficiency to 25.22%. This finding provides a new insight into the exploration of A-sites in perovskites and offers a novel route to improving the device performance of perovskite photovoltaics.

The northeastern Sichuan area in the northern Yangtze margin has unique Ediacaran geological records,especially the Doushantuo Formation(DST),and become a hot research area in recent ***,the Cryogenian-Ediacaran(C-E)boundary has not been precisely identified,which restricts the in-depth study of geological information during this crucial transitional period and is unfavorable for a systematic and complete understanding of the Yangtze Block and even the global paleogeographic *** study conducted stratigraphy,sedimentology,and chronostratigraphy to establish the stratigraphic framework and sedimentary evolution of the C-E transition strata in northeastern *** results showed that the Ediacaran sediments,without the cap dolomite,unconformably overlaid the Cryogenian sediments in the studied *** Member II of the DST,characterized by 50-160 m of red-green sandstone(approximately equivalent to the original Chengkou“Guanyinya Formation”),directly overlaid the Cryogenian sediments and displayed a 623±2.3 Ma maximum depositional age from the detrital zircon U-Pb *** stratigraphic correlations indicate that the C-E transition strata in northeastern Sichuan had a consistent lithological association and sedimentary sequence characteristics but differed from the Three ***,the upper Nantuo massive glacial diamictites transition to the icebergs rafted lonestone-bearing mudstones at the top,then change upward to DST barrier coast *** proposed DST of the northeastern Sichuan Basin was divided into three lithostratigraphic members without the regional Member I cap dolomite:(i)Member II purple-red,gray-green sandstone strata,(ii)MemberⅢblack mudstone strata,and(iii)Member IV P-Mn bearing *** the C-E transition,the study area experienced(i)the global deglaciation stage in the terminal Marinoan glaciation and(ii)the filling-leveling up stage with clastic rocks in the early ***,the early Ediacaran

Apple polyphenol phloretin inhibits type II glucose transporter and enhances anti-HER2 antibody drug binding as an adjuvant treatment for HER2-positive breast cancer

This study presents novel findings on the potential of phloretin， an apple polyphenol， to enhance the effectiveness of anti-HER2 antibody therapy in HER2-positive breast cancer patients. Our research reveals that phloretin inhibits type II glucose transporter (GLUT2) activity， significantly reducing cancer cell glucose uptake. We confirmed the overexpression of GLUT1 and GLUT2 mRNA in paired human breast tumor tissues， with GLUT2 overexpression associated explicitly with poorer survival rates in breast cancer patients. Treatment with phloretin was observed to increase the interaction between GLUT2 and HER2 proteins， attenuate glycolysis， and enhance the binding affinity of anti-HER2 antibody drugs to target human breast cancer cells. Furthermore， the efficacy of the combination therapy involving phloretin and antibody drugs was reaffirmed in a cell-derived xenograft (CDX) tumor animal model， particularly in suppressing the growth of Trastuzumab-resistant HER2+ breast cancer. These significant findings suggest that targeting GLUT2 activity with phloretin in combination with anti-HER2 antibody drugs may help mitigate the development of drug-resistant breast cancer， offering valuable insights for enhancing tumor treatment strategies and contributing to developing more effective therapies.

本文基于2001~2019年107个中国贸易伙伴国的面板数据,运用多维固定效应泊松伪极大似然估计方法 (PPML法)估计了贸易协定及其深度对中国进口的影响。研究发现,贸易协定显著扩大了中国从协定签署国的进口规模,且该结论在考虑贸易协定条款的法律效力和时滞效应并使用工具变量法进行内生性处理及稳健性检验后依然成立。进一步分析发现,不同贸易协定条款对中国进口规模的影响存在异质性。“WTO-plus”条款显著促进了中国进口,其正向促进作用主要来自其中包含的十项边境条款;条款总深度对高科技含量产品和中间品进口存在较显著的正向影响,对中等科技含量产品和最终产品的进口存在较显著的负向影响,其中对中间品进口的促进作用主要来自“WTO-plus”条款,对中等科技含量产品进口的负向影响则主要来自“WTO-extra”条款。本文研究结论为我国通过签署贸易协定主动扩大进口、优化贸易结构提供了实证支撑。

针对表面组装生产中的不确定因素造成企业订单完成时间滞后问题,本文设计并实现了一种考虑不确定生产因素的生产线负载平衡优化模型.首先,以不确定生产因素的历史样本数据作为随机模拟样本预估出不确定生产因素对订单完成造成的滞后时间;其次,优化元器件贴装工位分配方案并以任务完成作为触发事件模拟生产线实际运行得到动态生产计划;再次,根据动态生产计划计算出模型适应度值后,采用遗传算法对模型适应度值进行启发式寻优获得最优动态生产方案.最后,利用表面组装生产线试例对该模型进行验证,结果表明,该模型可准确预测产线各时段的生产任务、任务量及各器件贴装工位,有效提高了企业生产效率.
