Auxin regulates flower and fruit abscission,but how developmental signals mediate auxin transport in abscission remains ***,we reveal the role of the transcription factor BEL1-LIKE HOMEODOMAIN11(SlBEL11)in regulating auxin transport during abscission in tomato(Solanum lycopersicum).SlBEL11 is highly expressed in the fruit abscission zone,and its expression increases during fruit *** of SlBEL11 expression by RNA interference(RNAi)caused premature fruit drop at the breaker(Br)and 3d post-breaker(Br+3)stages of fruit *** and metabolome analysis of SlBEL11-RNAi lines revealed impaired flavonoid biosynthesis and decreased levels of most flavonoids,especially quercetin,which functions as an auxin transport *** suggested that SlBEL11 prevents premature fruit abscission by modulating auxin efflux from fruits,which is crucial for the formation of an auxin response ***,quercetin treatment suppressed premature fruit drop in SlBEL11-RNAi *** affinity purification sequencing(DAP-seq)analysis indicated that SlBEL11 induced expression of the transcription factor gene SlMYB111 by directly binding to its *** immunoprecipitation-quantitative polymerase chain reaction and electrophoretic mobility shift assay showed that *** MYELOBLASTOSIS VIRAL ONCOGENE HOMOLOG111(SlMYB111)induces the expression of the core flavonoid biosynthesis genes SlCHS1,SlCHI,SlF3H,and SlFLS by directly binding to their *** findings suggest that the SlBEL11-SlMYB111 module modulates flavonoid biosynthesis to fine-tune auxin efflux from fruits and thus maintain an auxin response gradient in the pedicel,thereby preventing premature fruit drop.

INTRODUCTIONThe incidence of the morbidly adherent placenta has been increasing due to the increased rate of cesarean section. Life-threatening hemorrhage is the major concern for the morbidly adherent placenta, and efficient bleeding control of lower uterine segment is critical to improve outcomes. When traditional conservative methods do not work, further surgical procedures should be attempted. There are several conservative surgical approaches for lower uterine compression, and peripartum hysterectomy is avoided. In the present study, we aimed to report a rather easy suturing method to compress the lower uterine.

The receptor-like kinase(RLK)FERONIA(FER)and its peptide ligands,called RALFs(Rapid ALkalinization Factors),function as signaling modules to control plant growth and development,stress responses,and plant ***,the fungal pathogen,Fusarium oxysporum,can produce RALF mimics that interact with plant FER to promote fungal infection and multiplication(Masachis et al.,2016).Plant-parasitic nematodes such as root-knot nematodes(RKNs)cause worldwide crop damage;however,whether RNKs encode RALF peptide mimics and how they may facilitate RKN infection of host plants remain unclear.

Since its introduction in 1995, laparoscopic living donor nephrectomy （LDN） has been shown to alleviate postoperative pain, shorten hospital stay, reduce loss and improve cosmesis while hastening the recovery of normal activities of donors. However, there has been much controversy over minimally invasive surgery with transperitoneal or retroperitoneal approach for nephrectomy. In this non-randomized retrospective study, we analyzed some parameters of the donors who had undergone transperitoneal LDN compared with those who had had retroperitoneoscopic nephrectomy.

Image quality assessment(IQA) model is designed to measure the image quality in consistent with subjective ratings by computational models. In this research, a valid no reference IQA(NR-IQA) model for color image sharpness assessment is proposed based on local color difference map in a color space. In the proposed model, the absolute color difference variation and relative color difference variation are combined to evaluate sharpness in YIQ color space(a color coordinate system for the development of the United States color television system). The difference between sharpest and blurriest spot of an image is represented by the absolute color difference variation, and relative color difference variation expresses the variation in the image content. Extensive experiments are performed on five publicly available benchmark synthetic blur databases and two real blur databases, and the results prove that the proposed model work better than the other state-of-the-art and latest NR-IQA models for the prediction accuracy on blurry images. Besides, the model maintains the lowest computational complexity.
