We developed a surface treatment capable of improving the response of bone cells to bioinert titanium(Ti) and zirconia(Zr O2) surfaces in dental implant applications. A natural cross-linker,genipin,was used to immobilize the biomolecules on bioinert Ti and Zr O2 surfaces(type I collagen on Ti;fibronectin and bone morphogenetic protein-2 on Zr O2). The biomolecule-immobilized surfaces were expected to enhance the bone cell response. Surface morphology,chemistry,hydrophilicity,and roughness of the materials were investigated. Human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were used to study the characteristics of cell adhesion,migration,proliferation,mineralization,and differentiation. The biomolecule-immobilized Ti and Zr O2 surfaces were found to enhance the cellular responses in vitro and in vivo. We expect that this simple surface modification for Ti and Zr O2 has potential in dental implant applications.

In the intricate process of natural product biosynthesis, a metabolon can enhance metabolic flux by associating sequential enzymes. A fungal metabolon, comprising of flavin-dependent monooxygenase Spe F and P450 monooxygenase Spe G, is identified in the biosynthesis of spiro polycyclic alkaloids(+)-notoamide B and its diastereomer(+)-versicolamide B. Using notoamide E as a substance, Spe F/Spe G metabolon can control the stereoselectivity of its 2,3-epoxidation, followed by hydrogen atom ion at C-17 to generate reactive epoxide tau-m A with dienyl iminium unit. Subsequently,(+)-notoamide B and(+)-versicolamide B are produced via tandem nonenzymatic inverse-electron-demand Diels-Alder reaction and semipinacol rearrangement. This provides the first example of metabolon in the biosynthesis of spiro-prenylated indole alkaloids.

作为数据来源者的平台劳动者能否享有数据财产权,事关其财产权益保障、数据基础制度完善及新质生产力的培育。根据劳动赋权理论和数据制度公平的要求,以及出于维护人格完整性和个人信息财产权益的需要,平台劳动者应享有数据财产权。平台劳动者数据财产权包括使用、收益和处分三项权能,难以归入民法典财产权体系。因此,需要在立法上为平台劳动者创设一项名为数据财产权的新型权利,并构建法定债权规则使平台劳动者有权请求数据处理者给付法定金钱对价;构建数据访问规则保障平台劳动者查阅、复制和使用数据;设立谦抑性的数据删除和转移规则,确保平台劳动者可以在法定情形下删除或转移数据。

The catalytic conversion of glucose to high valueadded platform chemical 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF)is a promising biorefinery process,and alumina-boria catalysts are considered to be green and mild solid acid catalysts for this catalytic ***,compared to the common synthesis methods with complicated steps,we reported a simple and efficient strategy to prepare B_(2)O_(3)-Al_(2)O_(3)nanocomposites by calcining cost-effective glucose-urea deep eutectic solvent(DES)solution containing the *** prepared B_(2)O_(3)-Al_(2)O_(3)nanocomposites exhibited an open three-dimensional skeleton and two-dimensional porous lamellar substructure,endowing them with a high specific surface area(228.27 m2/g).The introduction of boron changed the ratios of different aluminum species(AlⅣ,AlⅤ,and AlⅥ)and borate species(BO3 and BO4),thus further affecting the acidity and the types of acid sites of the *** prepared B_(2)O_(3)-Al_(2)O_(3)bifunctional acid catalysts possessing abundant Lewis acid sites and adjustable Brønsted acid sites showed complete glucose conversion and 55.38%of HMF yield under the optimum *** study proposed a concise method to synthesize alumina-boria solid acid catalysts assisted by glucose-urea *** hope to extend the application and prospect of this efficient and simple synthesis strategy.

Dinuclear metal synergistic catalysis （DMSC） has been proved powerful in boosting CO2reduction,while this has not been achieved in heterogeneous catalysts with long-range order *** this study,we,by introduction of metal catalytic centers into an indium-based metal-organic framework （MOF）,obtained a series of isostructural In-MOFs,including three MOFs with mononuclear metal catalytic center （M-In）,three MOFs with dinuclear homometallic catalytic centers （MM-In）,and three MOFs with dinuclear heterometallic catalytic centers (MM’-In,M/M’=Co（II）,Ni（II）,Zn（II）).It was found that all these MOFs can serve as catalysts for photochemical CO2reduction to *** with M-In,the catalytic activities of MM-In were obviously enhanced,and that of MM’-In was further significantly *** example,the CO yield of Co Zn-In reaches a record value of 12,700μmol g-1h-1,which is 4.0,8.1,9.4,and 18.6-fold higher than that of Co Co-In,Zn Zn-In,Co-In,and Zn-In,***,the catalytic activities of Co Ni-In and Ni Zn-In also show different fold increase than those of corresponding dinuclear homometallic and mononuclear metallic *** results of control experiments and theoretical calculation reveal that the higher catalytic activities of MM-In over M-In can be ascribed to the DMSC effect,and the higher catalytic activity of MM’-In over MM-In can be ascribed to the strengthened DMSC *** work reveals the relationship between DMSC effect and bimetal centers in CO2reduction,which provides new insights into the DMSC and paves a new way to design highly active catalysts for photochemical CO2reduction.

近年来,世界范围内外周动脉和主动脉疾病发病率逐年上升,导致整体人群的心血管死亡率和发病率升高。既往,外周动脉和主动脉疾病相较冠状动脉疾病往往容易漏诊以及延误治疗。《2024年ESC外周动脉和主动脉疾病管理指南》首次将外周动脉和主动脉疾病合并在一起,整合并且更新了2017年外周动脉疾病和2014年主动脉疾病指南,旨在为全身动脉疾病管理提供标准化的建议,确保患者可以接受连贯、综合的诊断和治疗,从而改善预后。本文对该指南主要内容进行解读,以期为我国现阶段的外周动脉和主动脉疾病临床诊疗工作提供参考和帮助。
