A comprehensive modeling strategy for studying the thermomechanical tribological behaviors is proposed in this *** wear degradation considering the influence of temperature(T)is predicted by Archard wear model with the help of the UMESHMOTION subroutine and arbitrary Lagrangian–Eulerian(ALE)remeshing *** the proposed method,the thermomechanical tribological behaviors of railway vehicle disc brake system composed of forged steel brake disc and Cu-based powder metallurgy(PM)friction block are studied *** effectiveness of the proposed methodology is validated by experimental test on a self-designed scaled brake test bench from the perspectives of interface temperature,wear degradation,friction noise and vibration,and contact status *** work can provide an effective way for the investigation of thermomechanical tribological behaviors in the engineering field.

To achieve efficient structural design,it is crucial to reduce the cost of materials while ensuring structural *** study proposes an optimization method for design parameters(DPs)in a prestressed steel structure driven by multi-factor *** accomplish this,a numerical proxy model of prestressed steel structures is established with integration of DPs and mechanical parameters(MPs).A data association-parameter analysis-optimization selection system is established.A correlation between DPs and MPs is established using a back propagation(BP)neural *** correlation provides samples for parameter analysis and optimization *** are used to characterize the safety of the *** on the safety grade analysis,the key DPs that affect the mechanical properties of the structure are obtained.A mapping function is created to match the MPs and the key *** optimal structural DPs are obtained by setting structural materials as the optimization objective and safety energy as the constraint *** theoretical model is applied to an 80-m-span gymnasium and verified with a scale test physical *** MPs obtained using the proposed method are in good agreement with the experimental *** with the traditional design method,the design cycle can be shortened by more than 90%.Driven by the optimal selection method,a saving of more than 20% can be achieved through reduction of structural material ***,the cross-sectional dimensions of radial cables have a substantial influence on vertical *** initial tension and cross-sectional size of the upper radial cable exhibit the most pronounced impact on the stress distribution in that *** initial tension and cross-sectional size of the lower radial cable hold the greatest sway over the stress distribution in that cable.

基于体外细胞实验、网络药理学和分子对接探讨槐定碱(sophoridine,SRI)对DU-145前列腺癌细胞增殖、凋亡的影响及其作用机制。MTT、克隆形成以及免疫荧光实验检测SRI对DU-145细胞增殖的影响,流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡情况。qPCR检测Ki67、PCNA、Caspase-3/7、Bcl-2、Bax以及p38MAPK mRNA表达。Western blot检测PCNA、Caspase-3、Bcl-2、Bax、p38MAPK以及p-p38MAPK蛋白表达。利用TCMSP、HERB、Swiss Target Prediction和PharmMapper数据库获得SRI靶点,利用OMIM、GeneCards数据库收集前列腺癌靶点,并通过Venny2.1.0筛选两者的共同靶点。利用STRING数据库构建蛋白-蛋白互作(protein-protein interaction,PPI)网络,采用Cytoscape3.9.0软件进行网络拓扑学分析以及PPI网络可视化。通过DAVID数据库进行GO富集和KEGG通路分析。采用AutoDock1.5.6软件进行分子对接。细胞实验结果表明SRI能显著抑制DU-145细胞的增殖,并促进其凋亡。PPI网络分析得到ALB、MAPK1、CASP3、MAPK8、p38MAPK等16个核心靶点。GO富集分析得到158个条目(P<0.01),主要集中在细胞凋亡过程、蛋白质磷酸化、蛋白丝氨酸/苏氨酸/酪氨酸激酶活性等。KEGG富集分析得到84个信号通路(P<0.01),涉及癌症通路、癌症中的蛋白多糖、MAPK信号通路等。分子对接结果表明SRI与核心靶点p38MAPK能够稳定结合。qPCR和Western blot结果证实SRI能促进p38MAPK的表达。综上,本研究表明SRI能抑制DU-145前列腺癌细胞的增殖并促进其凋亡,这可能与p38MAPK的激活有关。

源自西方的社会资本概念、测量及理论在应用于中国场景分析时,往往与共识性本土资源发生冲突,产生严重的解释问题,因而引发了众多学者对中国政治学本土话语体系建设中概念应用和建构问题的反思。社会科学中的概念是感知、构想、体验的三者有机统一,以社会资本研究为例,一些学者基于中国场景提出了更适合中国社会资本研究的亲人群、熟人群、生人群的概念化和测量方式,并证实了不同形式的社会交往网络带来不同的政治影响。本研究使用一个全国性样本数据库进行实证分析,其结果支持了三种社会交往网络对政府信任与社会宽容具有不同作用,表明社会资本的三分法概念化和测量方式更符合中国本土概念和话语建构的需求。

随着列车运行速度的不断加快,轮轨高频振动引起的车辆、轨道部件伤损问题更加突出,尤以周期性的短波不平顺最为常见。为了掌握轮轨高频振动自下而上的传递衰减规律以及制定合理的钢轨打磨策略,有必要针对车辆系统在高频激励条件下的耦合振动特性开展深入的理论研究。本文通过对大量实测数据的拟合,得到了更宽频段范围内的轨道高低不平顺谱拟合公式,并通过反演得到了0.002~100 m波长范围内的高低不平顺样本;在此基础上建立了高速动车组-轨道刚柔耦合动力学模型,其中对轮对、钢轨均考虑了弹性体振动模态,仿真分析了周期性短波不平顺引起的轮轨高频振动特性。结果表明,车辆各部件的振动频率分布范围为30~1390 Hz,且自下至上呈逐层衰减趋势。通过提取周期性短波不平顺幅值变化对轮轨相互作用的影响规律,进一步提出了适应400 km/h高速铁路的典型波长周期性短波不平顺的量化控制限值要求。
