针灸广泛应用于网球肘(肱骨外上髁炎,LEP)的治疗,然而,不同的研究结论差异较大。本研究旨在运用循证医学方法,对有关针灸治疗LEP的随机对照试验进行了系统评价,以探讨针灸对LEP的疗效和副作用。本研究广泛检索中英文数据库以获取合格文献,针刺临床试验干预措施报告的标准(STRICTA)被用来衡量针灸临床实施质量,Jadad评分修订版用来评估纳入研究的方法学质量。总共19个比较针灸和假针刺或者传统治疗对LEP的RCT研究纳入本系统评价,仅有5个研究Jadad评分在3分或以上,其余14个研究具有较低的方法学质量。分析结果表明,相对于假针刺或者超声治疗,针灸疗效更好;然而,由于纳入研究的方法学质量低,目前证据不足以支持针灸在治疗LEP中,疗效比局麻药注射、局部糖皮质激素注射和非甾体类消炎药更好,虽然分析发现针刺加灸法似乎比单用针刺疗效好,然而这些研究低的方法学质量减弱了证据的可靠性。在未来的研究中,需要改进研究方法学质量,以便得出针灸对LEP疗效的真实可靠结论。

Objective: To investigate the effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Ligustrazine Injection（SML） on proliferation and apoptosis of human hepatic stellate cell LX-2 and the expression of N-myc downstreamregulated gene 2（NDRG2, a tumor suppressor gene）. Methods: HSCs from the LX-2 cell line were cultured in vitro. The proliferative state of different initial LX-2 cell numbers was measured using a 3-（4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl）-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide（MTT） colorimetric assay. LX-2 cells were plated in 96-well plates at an approximate density of 2.50×10;cells/mL and cultured for 24 h followed by the application of different concentrations of SML（1, 2, 4 and 8 μL/mL）. Cell proliferation was measured using the MTT assay at 24 and 48 h. Apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry at 24 h. LX-2 cells were treated with different concentrations of SML and extracted with protein lysis buffer. The levels of NDRG2 and β-catenin were measured by Western blot. Results: With the exception of the 1 and 2 μL/mL concentrations, 4 and 8 μL/mL SML inhibited cell proliferation in a concentration-dependent manner at 24 and 48 h（P<0.05）. With the exception of the 1 and 2 μL/mL concentrations, the NDRG2 expression level was greatly increased in a concentration-dependent manner. However, the level of β-catenin was unaffected. Conclusion: SML inhibit LX-2 cell proliferation in a concentration-dependent manner, and the mechanism may be associated with NDRG2 over-expression.

The benchmark tin oxide(SnO_(2))electron transporting layers(ETLs)have enabled remarkable progress in planar perovskite solar cell(PSCs).However,the energy loss is still a challenge due to the lack of“hidden interface”*** report a novel ligand-tailored ultrafine SnO_(2) quantum dots(QDs)via a facile rapid room temperature ***,the ligand-tailored SnO_(2) QDs ETL with multi-functional terminal groups in situ refines the buried interfaces with both the perovskite and transparent electrode via enhanced interface binding and perovskite *** novel ETLs induce synergistic effects of physical and chemical interfacial modulation and preferred perovskite crystallization-directing,delivering reduced interface defects,suppressed non-radiative recombination and elongated charge carrier *** conversion efficiency(PCE)of 23.02%(0.04 cm^(2))and 21.6%(0.98 cm^(2),V_(OC) loss:0.336 V)have been achieved for the blade-coated PSCs(1.54 eV E_(g))with our new ETLs,representing a record for SnO_(2) based blade-coated ***,a substantially enhanced PCE(V_(OC))from 20.4%(1.15 V)to 22.8%(1.24 V,90 mV higher V_(OC),0.04 cm^(2) device)in the blade-coated 1.61 eV PSCs system,via replacing the benchmark commercial colloidal SnO_(2) with our new ETLs.

【目的】在中华文化背景下和中医理论指导下研制中医健康状况量表推动国内量表的研究,丰富和发展国际量表内涵。【方法】遵照国际通用量表研制的程序化方法,在中华文化背景下和中医理论指导下,结合国际生存质量相关概念内涵,建立中医健康状况量表的理论模型、建立条目池、编制包括40个条目的初选量表。通过对60人(健康人30名、患者30名)进行初选量表的文化适应研究,再次修改并形成了包括35个条目的终选调查表,用其对300例样本(包括100名健康人、100名门诊患者和100名住院患者)进行了现场调查。【结果】通过专家重要性评分和对回收有效的273例临床调查资料的离散度分析、因子分析、相关系数和内部一致性分析等统计分析筛选条目,根据不同分析结果选中的条目综合考虑,形成了由8个方面、30个条目组成的中医健康状况量表。初步考核结果表明,该量表具有良好的结构效度(CFI=0.919);精力、疼痛、饮食、大便、小便、睡眠、情绪、体质8个方面的克朗巴赫信度系数分别为0.8102、0.8298、0.7885、0.6331、0.5253、0.8161、0.8701、0.5638;健康人与门诊患者和住院患者三组8个方面方差分析结果表明P值均<0.01。【结论】中医健康状况量表是按照国际通用的方法研制而成的,为中医药的临床疗效评价提供了一个有效的工具。

Background Data of classical inborn errors of metabolism （IEM） of amino acids, organic acids and fatty acid oxidation are largely lacking in Hong Kong, where mass spectrometry-based expanded newborn screening for IEM has not been initiated. The current study aimed to evaluate the approximate incidence, spectrum and other characteristics of classical IEM in Hong Kong, which would be important in developing an expanded newborn screening program for the local area.

目的研究补肾中药女贞子对去卵巢大鼠钙代谢及维生素D依赖型基因表达的影响。方法大鼠去卵巢手术处理4周后,ig给药治疗14周。血清、尿液及粪便中钙水平采用比色法测定。RT-PCR技术分析小肠及肾脏基因表达。结果大鼠去卵巢后体内钙流失显著增加,表现在血钙下降,尿钙及粪钙排泄增加。女贞子可以有效防止尿钙及粪钙排泄增加,并恢复血钙水平。RT-PCR分析表明雌二醇和女贞子都可以抑制去卵巢引起的小肠维生素D受体(VDR)mRNA表达下降。女贞子对肾脏25-羟基维生素D 1-羟化酶(1-OH ase)及25-羟基维生素D 24-羟化酶(24-OH ase)mRNA无明显作用,但却可以提高肾脏钙结合蛋白-9k(C aBP-9k)及钙结合蛋白-28 k(C aBP-28k)的基因表达。结论女贞子能够改善雌激素缺乏所引起的钙失衡状态,主要是通过提高小肠对活性维生素D的敏感性及加强肾脏对钙的重吸收而发挥作用的。

BACKGROUND: The epidemiological data on elderly patients attending Accident and Emergency Departments(AEDs) in Hong Kong is lacking. The study aimed to examine the epidemiology of geriatric patient visits to AEDs in Hong Kong, including demographic data and predictors of life-saving interventions(LSI) and ***: A retrospective cross-sectional study of geriatric patients older than 64 years old attending three AEDs during the year 2012, with a sample of 1 200 patient visits recruited. The data were retrieved from the medical records of the respective hospitals. Descriptive characteristics of the visits were provided. Multivariate logistic regression was performed to evaluate the predictors of LSI and hospital ***: The mean age of the patients was 79.1 years. Totally 49.7% of the patients were male. "Diseases of the respiratory system" was the commonest diagnosis in AEDs as well as that required admission. The admission rate was 56.8%. Logistic regression demonstrated that dependent activity of daily living(ADL), arrival by ambulance, and the higher number of co-morbidities were predictors of LSI, while advanced age, dependent ADL, institutionalized patients, arrival by ambulance, and higher number of co-morbidities were predictors of hospital ***: Ageing population is creating an imminent burden on the emergency service in Hong Kong. Previously unavailable epidemiological information about geriatric attendance to AEDs was described. This forms the basis for development of future studies concerning the medical services on this specific group of patients.
