BACKGROUND Hepatoblastoma(HB) is the most common hepatic malignant tumour in children,accounting for approximately 50%-60% of primary hepatic malignant tumours in children, mostly in children under 3 years old. In Western countries, the incidence of hepatoblastoma is approximately 1-2/100000. Da Vinci surgical system is fast becoming a key instrument in microinvasive surgery. The past decade has seen the rapid development of robot-assisted laparoscopy, which expends many fields including the liver surgery. This paper discusses the significance and feasibility of robot-assisted gallbladder-preserving hepatectomy for treating S5 hepatoblastoma in children. The aim of this essay is to compare the safety and effectiveness of robotic surgery with conventional laparoscopic surgery, and explore the meaning of preservation of the gallbladder by sharing this *** SUMMARY A 3-year-old child with a liver mass in the 5 th segment was treated using the Da Vinci surgical system, and the gallbladder was retained. The child was admitted to the hospital for 20 d for the discovery of the right hepatic lobe *** revealed a low echo mass, 46 mm × 26 mm × 58 mm in size,indicating hepatoblastoma in the right lobe, and enhanced computed tomography showed continuous enhancement of iso-low-density lesions with different sizes and nodules and unclear boundaries, without the dilation of the intrahepatic bile duct, no enlargement of the gallbladder, and uniform thickness of the wall. The diagnosis was "liver mass, hepatoblastoma". It was decided to perform S5 liver tumour resection. During surgery, the tumour and gallbladder were isolated first, and the gallbladder could be completely separated from the tumour surface without obvious infiltration; therefore, the gallbladder was preserved. The cutting line was marked with an electric hook. The hepatic duodenal ligament was blocked with a urethral catheter using the Pringle method, and the tumour and part of the normal liver

Dear Editor,This letter is concerned with stability analysis and stabilization design for sampled-data based load frequency control(LFC) systems via a data-driven method. By describing the dynamic behavior of LFC systems based on a data-based representation, a stability criterion is derived to obtain the admissible maximum sampling interval(MSI) for a given controller and a design condition of the PI-type controller is further developed to meet the required MSI. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed methods is verified by a case study.

A temperature-insensitive micro-displacement sensor based on a spindle-shaped single mode fiber (SMF) is presented and demonstrated. The SMF is bent into a balloon-shaped SMF and burned into a spindle-shaped SMF by a flame. Due to the bending of the fiber， part of the incident light leaks from the fiber core into the fiber cladding， which excites higher order cladding modes. Therefore， modal interference occurs. The experimental results show that the maximum sensitivity of the sensors is -203 pm/μm when micro-displacement varies from 0 to 80 μm. The sensors are insensitive to temperature in the range of 20-70℃. In addition， the sensors have the advantages of simple structure， low cost， small volume， high sensitivity and stability， which can be widely used in numerous high-precision industrial measurements and civil engineering structure monitoring fields.

Tunable light–matter interactions are exhibited by organic low-dimensional crystals, making these crystals a promising platform for organic photonics. However, the precise synthesis of organic low-dimensional crystals remains challenging due to the stochastic nature of molecular nucleation processes. Herein, the directed nucleation process is driven by the introduction of metastable seed-crystals as the trunk, which ultimately leads to branched-array organic heterostructures. The successful formation of organic heterostructures with high-density branched arrays is attributed to the highest attachment energy (Eatt（023）=-104.25 kcal mol-1) of the exposed （023） crystal plane during the seed-crystal growth route. Significantly, these as-prepared heterostructures inherently have an ultralow lattice mismatch ratio η of 0.7%between trunk and branch, which contributes to the multi-channel photon transportation. Therefore, this work provides valuable insights into a versatile synthetic strategy for accessing low-dimensional heterostructures for integrated optoelectronics.

The flow behaviour of powders from a stationary shoe into a moving die, which mimics the die filling process in a rotary tablet press, was analysed using a discrete element method （DEM）, in which 2D irregular shaped particles were considered. The influence of the particle shape, size and size distribution, the number of particles used in the simulation, the initial height of powder bed in the shoe, and the filling speed on the average mass flow rate and the critical filling speed （the highest speed at which the die can be completely filled） were explored. It has been found that a maximum flow rate is obtained at the critical filling speed for all systems investigated and poly-disperse systems have higher mass flow rates and higher critical filling speeds than mono-disperse systems. In addition, the powder with particles which can tessellate generally has a lower filling rate and a lower critical titling speed.

Dopamine(DA)is a neurotransmitter which takes charge of brain activities about memory and self-stimulation behavior in ***,our results suggest that DA could also give maize an“excited state”.The results showed that 1 mmol L–1 DA promoted maize germination by 23.2%significantly,and accelerated the growth rate of roots and shoots by 21.4 and 24.7%,*** we all known,abscisic acid(ABA)is the key hormone involved in seed *** our research,ABA levels in roots and shoots dramatically decreased by 16.45 and 57.57%,*** further investigate how DA reduces the ABA level in budding seed,we studied ABA synthesis and catabolism *** expression of key ABA-synthesis genes,such as ZmNCED1,ZmNCED3 and ZmZEP were down-regulated by ***,the expression levels of ABA8OX1a and ABA8OX1b which are major transcripts of ABA 8´-hydroxylase in ABA catabolism were up-regulated at least 1.5-and 4.6-fold,*** results enriched the functions of animal hormones in plants.
