Characteristics of Ce-Mn film on 6061 alloys and its improved performance

HF2- was applied to accelerate the Ce-Mn film formation on 6061A1 alloy in the Ce3+-*** process of film formation,the composition and structure of the film were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) equipped with energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).The film formation process includes three *** the initial stage,a threedimensional(3D) skeleton was formed quickly,and then the skeleton was fully filled with cerium oxide and manganese oxide,resulting in a dense ***,a new skeleton was formed and also ***,Ce,O and Mn were detected in the *** existed mainly in the form of Ce4+(89%).The film existed in an amorphous form and was composed of ceria(cerium hydroxide),manganese dioxide and aluminum *** electrostatically spraying fluorocarbon powder,the resultant products satisfied the required mechanical performance and exhibited almost non-filament corrosion compared with commercially available chromium-free conversion *** corrosion resistant time to acetate spray can reach 2000 h,which is consistent with that of fluorocarbon *** results showed that Ce-Mn film can offer an attractive prospect to eliminate volatile organic compounds(VOC) problem arisen by using fluorocarbon paint in the process of industrial production.

Genome-wide patterns of large-size presence/absence variants in sorghum

The presence/absence variants （PAVs） are a major source of genome structural variation and have profound effects on phenotypic and genomic variation in animals and humans. However, little is understood about PAVs in plant genomes. Our previous resequencing effort on three sorghum （Sorghum bicolour L.） genomes, each 12？ coverage, uncovered 5 364 PAVs. Here, we report a detailed characterization of 51 large-size （＆gt;30 kb） PAVs. These PAVs spanned a total size of 2.92 Mb of the sorghum genome containing 202 known and predicted genes, including 38 genes annotated to encode celldeath and stress response genes. The PAVs varied considerably for repeat sequences and mobile elements with DNA trans-posons as the major components. The frequency and distribution of these PAVs differed substantial y across 96＆amp;nbsp;sorghum inbred lines, and the low-and high frequency PAVs differed in their gene categories. This report shed new light on the occurrence and diversity of PAVs in sorghum genomes. Our research exemplifies a new perspective to explore genome structural variation for genetic improvement in plant breeding.

Variation of soil-plant-atmosphere continuum stable isotope and water source in Qinghai spruce forest of the eastern Qilian Mountains

Understanding the hydrogen and oxygen stable isotope composition and characteristics of different water bodies in soil-plant-atmosphere continuum is of significance for revealing regional hydrological processes and water cycle *** this study,we analyzed the stable isotopic composition,relationship and indicative significance of precipitation,soil water(0~100 cm depth)and xylem water of Qinghai spruce(Picea crassifolia)forest in the eastern Qilian Mountains,and explored the circulation process among different water *** results show that the stable isotopes of precipitation vary greatly during the entire observation *** values ofδ2H andδ^(18)O in the precipitation in the warm season are richer than those in the cold season,and the slope and intercept of local meteoric water line(LMWL,δ2H=6.79δ18O+7.13)are both smaller than global meteoric water line(GMWL,δ2H=8.17δ18O+10.56).The stable isotopes of soil water at different depths underwent different degrees of evaporative fractionation,and theδ18O andδ2H of shallow soil water varied greatly,while the deep soil water tended to be *** topsoil(0~10 cm)can respond quickly to precipitation,and the response of the deep soil has a time *** the whole growing season,0~30 cm and 60~100 cm soil water are the main water sources of Qinghai *** water source of Qinghai spruce was from all soil layers in May and September,mainly from the shallow soil layer(0~30 cm)in August and October,and mainly from the deep soil layer(60~100 cm)in June and July.

为分析各非定常模拟方法对于确定应力场的计算精度以便为确定应力的建模与校准提供指导,以Stage35单级轴流压气机为研究对象,分别用相位延迟法、叶片约化法及非线性谐波法对其进行了非定常数值模拟,并将得到的确定应力分布与半环常规非定常模拟进行对比。结果表明:非线性谐波法对于确定应力的预测值通常偏大,而相位延迟法及叶片约化法均能较准确地捕获流场确定应力分布,但对于确定应力的周向变化,三种方法的预测精度均不高;谐波阶数的增加有助于提高非线性谐波法对于流场频谱特征的计算精度,并且使确定应力有增大趋势,但对时均参数的预测精度影响很小。

The synthesis and fluorescence of a methoxy-phenyl substituted C_60-pyrrolidine derivative

A new 4-methoxyphenyl substituted C60-pyrrolidine derivative, C60(C10H13NO) (1), was prepared and its room-temperature fluorescence was studied. Its fluorescence intensity is three times stronger than that of C60. Its singlet energy was estimated to be 25 kJ/mol lower than that of C60. The fluorescence lifetime was determined to be 2.1+0.3 ns by using the frequency domain method. The fluorescence quenching by concentration and aromatic electron donor: N, N-dimethyl aniline (DMA) was investigated. Data show that its fluorescence could not be quenched by DMA.

Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)have poor long-term survival following curative resection because of the high rate of tumor early *** is known about the trajectory of genomic evolution from primary to early-recurrent *** this study,we performed whole-genome sequencing(WGS)on 40 pairs of primary and early-recurrent hepatitis B virus(HBV)-related HCC tumors from patients who received curative resection,and from four patients whose primary and recurrent tumor were extensively *** identified two recurrence patterns:de novo recurrence(18/40),which developed genetically independently of the primary tumor and carried different HCC drivers,and ancestral recurrence(22/40),which was clonally related to the primary tumor and progressed more rapidly than de novo *** found that the recurrence location was predictive of the recurrence pattern:distant recurrence tended to display the de novo pattern,whereas local recurrence tended to display the ancestral *** then uncovered the evolutionary trajectories based on the subclonal architecture,driver-gene mutations,and mutational processes observed in the primary and recurrent ***-region WGS demonstrated spatiotemporal heterogeneity and polyclonal,monophyletic dissemination in HCC ancestral *** addition,we identified recurrence-specific mutations and copy-number gains in BCL9,leading to WNT/β-catenin signaling activation and an immuneexcluded tumor microenvironment,which suggests that BCL9 might serve as a new therapeutic target for recurrent ***,our results allow us to view with unprecedented clarity the genomic evolution during HBV-related HCC early recurrence,providing an important molecular foundation for enhanced understanding of HCC with implications for personalized therapy to improve patient survival.
