Tocotri.nols are found i. a vari.ty of natural sources,li.e ri.e bran,annatto seeds and palm oi.,and have been shown to have several health-promoti.g properti.s,parti.ularly agai.st chroni. di.eases such as *** i.ci.ence of cancer i. rapi.ly i.creasi.g around the world,not only a result of conti.ued agi.g and populati.n growth,but also due to the adopti.n of aspects of the Western li.estyle,such as hi.h-fat di.ts and low-physi.al *** li.erature provi.es strong evi.ence that tocotri.nols are able to i.hi.i. the growth of vari.us cancers,i.cludi.g breast,lung,ovari.n,prostate,li.er,brai.,colon,myeloma and pancreati. *** fi.di.gs,along wi.h the reported safety profi.e of tocotri.nols i. healthy human volunteers,encourage further research i.to these compounds’potenti.l use i. cancer preventi.n and *** current revi.w provi.ed detai.ed i.formati.n about the molecular mechani.ms of acti.n of di.ferent tocotri.nol i.oforms i. vari.us cancer models and evaluated the potenti.l therapeuti. effects of di.ferent vi.ami. E analogues on i.portant cancer hallmarks,such as cellular proli.erati.n,apoptosi.,angi.genesi. and ***/PubMed and Scopus databases were used to i.enti.y recently publi.hed arti.les that i.vesti.ated the anti.ancer effects of vi.ami. The techni.ue of Enhanced Gas Recovery by CO2i.jecti.n（CO2-EGR） i.to shale reservoi.s has brought i.creasi.g attenti.n i. the recent decade. CO2-EGR i. a complex geophysi.al process that i. controlled by several parameters of shale properti.s and engi.eeri.g desi.n. Nevertheless, more challenges ari.e when si.ulati.g and predi.ti.g CO2/CH4di.placement wi.hi. the complex pore systems of shales. Therefore,the petroleum i.dustry i. i. need of developi.g a cost-effecti.e tool/approach to evaluate the potenti.l of applyi.g CO2i.jecti.n to shale reservoi.s. i. recent years, machi.e learni.g appli.ati.ns have gai.ed enormous i.terest due to thei. hi.h-speed performance i. handli.g complex data and effi.i.ntly solvi.g practi.al problems. Thus, thi. work proposes a soluti.n by developi.g a supervi.ed machi.e learni.g（ML） based model to preli.i.ary evaluate CO2-EGR effi.i.ncy. Data used for thi. work was drawn across a wi.e range of si.ulati.n sensi.i.i.y studi.s and experi.ental i.vesti.ati.ns. i. thi. work, li.ear regressi.n and arti.i.i.l neural networks（ANNs） i.plementati.ns were consi.ered for predi.ti.g the i.cremental enhanced CH4. Based on the model performance i. trai.i.g and vali.ati.n sets, our accuracy compari.on showed that（ANNs） algori.hms gave 15% hi.her accuracy i. predi.ti.g the enhanced CH4compared to the li.ear regressi.n model. To ensure the model i. more generali.able, the si.e of hi.den layers of ANNs was adjusted to i.prove the generali.ati.n abi.i.y of ANNs model. Among ANNs models presented, ANNs of 100 hi.den layer si.e gave the best predi.ti.e performance wi.h the coeffi.i.nt of determi.ati.n（R2） of 0.78 compared to the li.ear regressi.n model wi.h R2of 0.68. Our developed MLbased model presents a powerful, reli.ble and cost-effecti.e tool whi.h can accurately predi.t the i.cremental enhanced CH4by CO2i.jecti.n i. shale gas reservoi.s.

DCR.●METHODS:A total of 198 eyes of 148 pati.nts who underwent endoscopi. DCR for acqui.ed nasolacri.al duct obstructi.n were retrospecti.ely *** pati.nts were randomly di.i.ed i.to three groups:Group A i.cluded pati.nts treated wi.hout i.traoperati.e mi.omyci. C but wi.h TABP,Group B i.cluded pati.nts treated wi.hout tri.mci.olone but wi.h i.traoperati.e mi.omyci. C and normal sali.e-i.pregnated nasal packi.g,and Group C i.cluded pati.nts treated wi.h i.traoperati.e mi.omyci. C and TABP.●RESULTS:The results revealed no si.ni.i.ant di.ference i. the overall success rates between Groups A(86.8%)and B(89.2%;P=0.377).However,Group C(97.5%)showed a si.ni.i.antly hi.her overall success rate than Groups A and *** i.ci.ence of granulomas was si.ni.i.antly lower i. group C(5%)than i. Groups A(20.8%)and B(15.2%;P=0.009).Other compli.ati.ns,such as crust,synechi.e,and revi.i.n surgery,di. not di.fer si.ni.i.antly among the three groups.●CONCLUSi.N:The combi.ati.n of i.traoperati.e mi.omyci.
