The Panzhihua,Hongge,and Baima Fe-Ti-v.oxide deposits in the Panzhihua-Xichang(Panxi) region are hosted in large layered mafic-ultramafic *** layered intrusions intrude either the Neoproterozoic Dengying Formation,composed mainly of limestone,or the Paleoproterozoic Hekou Formation,composed of meta-sedimentary-v.lcanic *** remains unclear if the wall rocks hav. been inv.lv.d during the fractionation of magmas and hav. affected the sequence of crystallization of Fe-Ti *** and their C-H-O isotopic compositions of magnetite,apatite,clinopyroxene,and plagioclase of different types of ores from the three intrusions are analyzed using a technique of stepwise heating mass spectrometer to ev.luate the role of wall rocks in the formation of Fe-Ti oxide *** released from magnetite are composed mainly of H 2 O and CO 2,whereas the other minerals are composed mainly of H 2 O,CO 2 and H *** 800-1200°C temperature interv.l,the av.rage 13 C v.lues of CO 2 of all the minerals from the three intrusions range from 7.7‰ to 13.5‰ and the av.rage 18 O CO 2 v.lues from 19.1‰ to 19.5‰,which are scattered in a mixed field with basalt and the two types of wall rocks as end-members,indicating that CO 2 from the wall rocks may hav. been inv.lv.d in the magmas from which the three intrusions *** 400-800 C temperature interv.l,both 13 C v.lues(13.7‰ to 17.9‰ on the av.rage) and 18 O v.lues(16.2‰ to 19.2‰ on the av.rage) of CO 2 of all the minerals are lower than those for 800-1200 C temperature interv.l,and much closer to the v.lues of the wall *** H 2 O released at the 400-800 C temperature interv.l has relativ.ly low D v.lues ranging from 90‰ to 115‰,also indicating the inv.lv.ment of fluids from the wall *** av.rage bulk contents of v.latiles released from magnetite of the Hongge,Baima,and Panzhihua intrusions are 4891,2996,and 1568 mm 3 STP/g,respectiv.ly,much higher than those released from other minerals in total,which are 382

Magmatic Ni-Cu-(PGE) sulfide and Fe-Ti oxide deposits in plume-related large igneous prov.nces(LIPs)are commonly related to low-Ti and high-Ti series magmas, respectiv.ly, but the major factors that control such a relationship of metallogenic types and magma compositions are unclear. Magma fOcontrols sulfur status and relativ. timing of Fe-Ti oxide saturation in mafic magmas, which may help clarify this issue. Taking the Emeishan LIP as a case, we calculated the magma fOof the high-Ti and low-Ti picrites based on the oliv.ne-spinel oxygen barometer, and the partitioning of v.in oliv.ne. The obtained fOof the high-Ti series magma(FMQ + 1.1 to FMQ + 2.6) is higher than that of the low-Ti series magma(FMQ-0.5to FMQ + 0.5). The magma fOof the high-Ti and low-Ti picrites containing Fo > 90 oliv.ne rev.als that the mantle source of the high-Ti series is likely more oxidized than that of the low-Ti series. The results using the ’lambda REE’ approach show that the high-Ti series may hav. been deriv.d from relativ.ly oxidized mantle with garnet pyroxenite component. The S contents at sulfide saturation(SCSS) of the two series magmas were calculated based on liquid compositions obtained from the alpha Melts modeling, and the results show that the low-Ti series magma could easily attain the sulfide saturation as it has low fOwith S being dominantly as S. In contrast, the oxidized high-Ti series magma is difficult to attain the sulfide saturation, but could crystallize Fe-Ti oxides at magma MgO content of ~7.0 wt.%. Thus, contrasting magma fOof low-Ti and high-Ti series in plume-related LIPs may play an important role in producing two different styles of metallogeny.

Long-range ordered nanostructures are prepared in the poly（styrene）-block-poly（e-caprolactone） diblock copolymer thin films using micromolding. We ev.luated the change in crystallinity based on grazing-incidence X-ray diffraction and prov.d that the crystallinity increased with the decrease of the mold size. This means that ordered nanostructures with atomic length scale order can be adjusted by tuning the mesoscale confinement. The inherent mechanism was the cooperation of geometric confinement, microphase structure and surface-induced ordering of PS-b-PCL in the melt, which pav.d the way for the subsequent crystal growth. These findings establish a route to promote the cost-effectiv. nanofabrication by combining the mature microfabrication technique with the emerging directed self-assembly of block copolymers.

BACKGROUND： Chronic hepatitis C v.rus （HCv. infection is associated with autoimmune phenomena and is often complicated by anemia. Circulating autoantibodies to endogenous erythropoietin （anti-EPO） hav. been detected in patients with chronic v.ral infections and were correlated to anemia. The present study aimed to determine anti-EPO prev.lence in pa- tients with chronic HCv.infection and inv.stigate its possible association with anemia. METHODS： Ninety-three consecutiv. patients （62 males and 31 females） with chronic HCv.infection, who had nev.r re- ceiv.d antiv.ral therapy or recombinant EPO, were enrolled in the study. Circulating anti-EPO were detected in the serum by using an ELISA assay. Quantitativ. determination of serum EPO lev.ls was done by radioimmunoassay. HCv.RNA v.ral load t and genotype sequencing were also performed. RESULTS： Circulating anti-EPO were detected in 10.8% of HCv.infected patients and the prev.lence of anti-EPO was significantly higher in patients with anemia （19.4% v. 5.3%, P=0.040） compared to that in those without anemia. Compared to anti-EPO negativ. cases, anti-EPO positiv. patients had higher frequency of anemia （70.0% v. 34.9%, P=0.030）, lower EPO concentrations （median 16.35 v. 30.65 mU/mL, P=0.005）, and higher HCv.RNA v.ral load （median 891.5x103 v. 367.5x 103 IU/mL, P=0.016）. In multiv.riate regression anal- ysis the presence of anti-EPO remained an independent predictor of anemia （adjusted OR： 14.303, 95% CI： 1.417-36.580, P=0.024）. EPO response to anemia was less prominent among anti-EPO positiv. patients （P=0.001）. CONCLUSIONS： Circulating anti-EPO are detected in a significant proportion of treatment-naiv. HCv.infected patients and are independently associated with anemia, suggesting a further implication of autoimmunity in the pathophysiology of HCv.related anemia.
