Refractory multi-principal element alloys(RMPEAs)are promising materials for high-temperature structural ***,we investigate the role of short-range ordering(SRO)on dislocation glide in the MoNbTi and TaNbTi RMPEAs using a multi-scale modeling *** carlo/molecular dynamics simulations with a moment tensor potential show that MoNbTi exhibits a much greater degree of SRO than TaNbTi and the local composition has a direct effect on the unstable stacking fault energies(USFEs).From mesoscale phase-field dislocation dynamics simulations,we find that increasing SRO leads to higher mean USFEs and stress required for dislocation *** gliding dislocations experience significant hardening due to pinning and depinning caused by random compositional fluctuations,with higher SRO decreasing the degree of USFE dispersion and hence,amount of ***,we show how the morphology of an expanding dislocation loop is affected by the applied stress.

Water is a limited and valuable *** has four national sources of water supply,one of which is natural *** collected in stormwater runoff are deposited into drainage systems and *** nutrient pollutants found in local stormwater runoff include nitrate and phosphate,which may cause *** systems are efficient in removing these pollutants in the presence of *** paper discusses plant traits that can enhance the phytoremediation of nutrient pollutants in stormwater runoff for application in bioretention *** plant species studied showed variations in chlorophyll florescence,leaf greenness,biomass production,and nitrate and phosphate *** general,dry biomass was moderately correlated to nitrate and phosphate removal(r=0.339–0.501).Root,leaf,and total dry biomass of the native tree species showed a moderate to strong correlation with nitrate removal(r=0.811,0.657,and 0.727,respectively).Leaf dry biomass of fastgrowing plants also showed a moderate to strong relationship with the removal of both pollutants(r=0.707 and 0.609,respectively).Root dry biomass of slow-growing plants showed a strong relationship with phosphate removal(r=0.707),but the correlation was weaker for nitrate removal(r=0.557).These results are valuable for choosing plants for application in bioretention systems.

以硫酸浸取后的酸浸高铜炉渣为原料,以氨水-铵盐溶液为氨浸剂,以酸浸高铜炉渣中铜、锌元素的浸取率为考查指标,首先通过筛选实验,考查并确定氨浸剂溶液中较适宜的铵盐为碳酸铵;考查并确定酸浸高铜炉渣氨浸过程较适宜的工艺条件:浸取时间12 h,浸取温度30℃,氨水初始浓度7.8 mol·L^(-1),碳酸铵初始浓度1.31 mol·L^(-1),搅拌速率200 r/min,此优化条件下酸浸高铜炉渣中铜、锌的浸取率可达89.77%、90.64%。

Erosion is one of the most concerning issues in pipeline flow assurance for the Oil&Gas pipeline industries,which can easily lead to wall thinning,perforation leakage,and other crucial safety risks to the steady operation of *** this research,a novel experimental device is designed to investigate the erosion characteristics of 304 stainless and L245 carbon steel in the gas-solid two-phase *** the impacts on erosion rate,the typical factors such as gas velocity,impact angle,erosion time,particle material and target material are individually observed and comprehensive analyzed with the assistance of apparent morphology characterized via Scanning Electron *** results show that the severest erosion occurs when the angle reaches approximate 30°whether eroded by type I or type II particles,which is observed in both two types of ***,304 stainless steel and L245 carbon steel appear to be cut at low angles,and impacted at high angles to form erosion *** the steady operational state,the erosion rate is insensitive to the short erosion time and free from the influences caused by the“erosion latent period”.Based on the comparison between experimental data and numerical results generated by existing erosion models,a modified model with low tolerance(ong consistency is proposed to make an accurate prediction of the erosion in terms of two types of steel under various industrial conditions.

Dear Editor, We are writing this letter to present a case of ontreatment isolated superior ophthalmic vein thrombosis(SOVT) that progressed to cavernous sinus thrombosis(CST) and further complicated with carotid cavernous fistula(CCF). SOVT is a rare but potentially lethal illness. It is normally presented with orbital congestion syndrome with proptosis, ophthalmoplegia, diplopia, and high intraocular pressure(IOP)[1]. Late detection of this disease can lead to devastating complications such as optic nerve compression。

This study investigated the effects of pH on the transport of Pb 2＋ , Mn 2＋ , Zn 2＋ and Ni 2＋ through lateritic soil columns. Model results by fitting the symmetric breakthrough curves （BTCs） of bromide （Br ） with CXTFIT model suggested that physical non-equilibrium processes were absent in the columns. The heavy metal BTCs were, however, asymmetrical and exhibited a tailing phenomenon, indicating the presence of chemical non-equilibrium processes in the columns. The retardation factors of Pb 2＋ were the largest of the four metal ions at both pH 4.0 （33.3） and pH 5.0 （35.4）. The use of Langmuir isotherm parameters from batch studies with HYDRUS-1D did not predict the BTCs well. Rather the two-site model （TSM） described the heavy metal BTCs better than the equilibrium linear/nonlinear Langmuir model. The fraction of instantaneous sorption sites （ f ） of all four metal ions on the lateritic soil was consistently about 30%–44% of the total sorption sites.

太阳能驱动水裂解产氢是一种绿色能源技术,用于制备可再生和零碳排放燃料以实现可持续能源生产.近期,氮化碳(g-C_(3)N_(4))同素异形体C_(3)N_(5)的出现克服了g-C_(3)N_(4)的固有缺点,如光生载流子快速复合和可见光吸收差,而导致极低的光催化效率.本文将硼掺杂剂通过原子替换或间隙掺杂的方式引入到C_(3)N_(5)体系中,并利用密度泛函理论对纯C_(3)N_(5)和硼掺杂C_(3)N_(5)体系进行计算,考察了硼原子对C_(3)N_(5)电子和光学性能的影响以及其催化析氢反应(HER)机理.热力学计算结果表明,硼原子掺杂在C_(3)N_(5)体系中是可行且有利的.在N_(3)位氮原子被硼原子取代(BN_(3)-C_(3)N_(5))后,带隙(0.6 e V)变窄.与纯C_(3)N_(5)相比,硼掺杂剂通过Volmer Tafel和Volmer Heyrovsky机制降低了酸性和碱性介质中HER反应中决定步骤的反应能垒.BN_(3)-C_(3)N_(5)表面的氢吸附吉布斯自由能(0.11 e V)与Pt/C催化剂(-0.09 e V)相当.综上,非金属掺杂碳可提高氮化物的催化性能,对未来该方向研究提供一定借鉴.
