Numerous experimental and theoretical studies on recycled aggregate concrete have been carried out in China in the past 10 *** paper provides a comprehensive review of the related findings of research on the mechanical properties of RAC in *** influences of the RCA on the strength and deformation characteristics of concrete,the statistical characteristics for the strength of RAC,fracture energy,stress-strain relationships under uniaxial compression,uniaxial tension as well as pure shear,and the residual strength of RAC after exposure to high temperatures,the bond between RAC and different kinds of steel rebar were also ***,some recent studies on the numerical simulation of the failure mechanism for RAC at the meso-structure level were discussed.

The overall carbonation of MgO-admixed soil provides not only an efficient and environmentally friendly technique for improving soft ground but also a permanently safe solution for CO_(2) *** evaluate the carbon sequestration potential and promote the carbonation application in soil improvement,a laboratory-scale model investigation is designed under pressurized carbonation considering the influences of MgO dosage and CO_(2) ventilation mode(way).The temperature,dynamic resilience modulus,and dynamic cone penetration(DCP)were tested to assess the carbonation treatment *** physical,strength,and microscopic tests were also undertaken to reveal the evolution mechanisms of CO_(2) migration in the MgO-carbonated *** results indicate that the temperature peaks of MgO-treated foundation emerge at w20 h during hydration,but occur at a distance of 0e25 cm from the gas source within 6 h during *** dynamic resilience moduli of the model foundation increase by more than two times after carbonation and the DCP indices reduce *** the distance from the gas inlet increases,the bearing capacity,strength,and carbon sequestration decrease,whereas the moisture content *** to the end ventilation,the middle ventilation produces a higher carbonation degree and a wider carbonation *** cementation and filling of nesquehonite and dypingite/hydromagnesite are verified to be critical factors for carbonation evolution and enhancing mechanical ***,the overall carbonation model is described schematically in three stages of CO_(2) *** outcomes would help to facilitate the practical application of CO_(2) sequestration in soil treatment.

＜正＞This paper presents the findings of a long-term study on the mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete（RAC） containing 25%,35%and 55%Class-F fly ash,as cement replacement,after curing in water and an outdoor exposure condition for 10 *** in compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,modulus of elasticity with time are determined and *** was found that after 10 years,the compressive strength and modulus of elasticity of the concrete mixture with 100%recycled aggregate was still lower than that of the control *** this period,the highest gain of compressive strength and modulus of elasticity was recorded for the concrete mixture prepared with 55%fly ash RAC followed by 35%fly ash RAC and 25%fly ash *** though the 55%fly ash RAC at the age of 28 days had lower compressive strength than other concretes,it attained the highest strength gain of more than 105%between 28 days and 10 *** general,the compressive and splitting tensile strengths of the water cured concrete were higher than that of outdoor cured *** the modulus of elasticity of the water cured and outdoor exposure concrete were *** study results show the optimal mix proportions for preparing RAC mixtures is by using 50%RA as a replacement of natural aggregates and using 25%FA as a replacement of OPC.

按照减少、回收和再利用建筑废物的原则,介绍在建筑物拆迁和建筑工地上减少建筑废物以及可持续循环再利用建筑废物的的新技术。这些技术包括:建筑物的选择性拆除;利用建筑废物生产的循环再生骨料制造结构混凝土和非结构混凝土。由于再生骨料强度低,多孔和吸水率高,给其在混凝土中大量应用带来了混凝土强度低,干缩和蠕变增加的问题。很多欧美国家规定结构混凝土中建筑废物再生骨料的含量不能超过粗骨料含量的20%。而利用这些新技术后,可以在建筑物拆迁过程中和建筑工地上减少废物;非结构混凝土中,再生骨料的含量可以达100%。结构混凝土中,建筑废物再生骨料的含量可以超过粗骨料含量的50%。

Spreadsheets are very common for information processing to support decision making by both professional developers and non-technical end ***,business intelligence and artificial intelligence are increasingly popular in the industry nowadays,where spreadsheets have been used as,or integrated into,intelligent or expert systems in various application ***,it has been repeatedly reported that faults often exist in operational spreadsheets,which could severely compromise the quality of conclusions and decisions based on the *** a view to systematically examining this problem via survey of existing work,we have conducted a comprehensive literature review on the quality issues and related techniques of spreadsheets over a 35.5-year period(from January 1987 to June 2022)for target journals and a 10.5-year period(from January 2012 to June 2022)for target *** other findings,two major ones are:(a)Spreadsheet quality is best addressed throughout the whole spreadsheet life cycle,rather than just focusing on a few specific stages of the life cycle.(b)Relatively more studies focus on spreadsheet testing and debugging(related to fault detection and removal)when compared with spreadsheet specification,modeling,and design(related to development).As prevention is better than cure,more research should be performed on the early stages of the spreadsheet life *** by our comprehensive review,we have identified the major research gaps as well as highlighted key research directions for future work in the area.

A series of mononuclear complexes and unsymmetric dinuclear alkynylplatinum(II)terpyridine complexes with oligo(paraphenylene ethynylene)(OPE)-derived backbone with a variation of the lengths of alkoxy chains and OPE backbones was *** morphological properties,packing lattice and gelation behaviors of the mononuclear complexes were systematically studied,and the thermodynamic parameters and packing lattices of the dinuclear complexes were also investigated,providing further insights into the roles of the non-covalent interactions and their delicate balance in constructing sophisticated supramolecular *** and nanotube formation have been observed upon a delicate control of the intermolecular interactions by altering the lengths and structural dimensions of the complexes.

Electronic waste(e-waste)and diabetes are global challenges to modern ***,solving these two challenges together has been challenging until ***,we propose a laser-induced transfer method to fabricate portable glucose sensors by recycling copper from *** bring up a laser-induced full-automatic fabrication method for synthesizing continuous heterogeneous Cu_(x)O(h-Cu_(x)O)nano-skeletons electrode for glucose sensing,offering rapid(<1 min),clean,air-compatible,and continuous fabrication,applicable to a wide range of Cu-containing *** this approach,h-Cu_(x)O nanoskeletons,with an inner core predominantly composed of Cu_(2)O with lower oxygen content,juxtaposed with an outer layer rich in amorphous Cu_(x)O(a-Cu_(x)O)with higher oxygen content,are derived from discarded printed circuit *** employed in glucose detection,the h-Cu_(x)O nano-skeletons undergo a structural evolution process,transitioning into rigid Cu_(2)O@CuO nano-skeletons prompted by electrochemical *** transformation yields exceptional glucose-sensing performance(sensitivity:9.893 mA mM^(-1) cm^(-2);detection limit:0.34μM),outperforming most previously reported glucose *** functional theory analysis elucidates that the heterogeneous structure facilitates gluconolactone *** glucose detection device has also been downsized to optimize its scalability and portability for convenient integration into people’s everyday lives.

Background:Physical inactivity is a major public health problem worldwide that results in physical and mental health *** major issue for physical inactivity is weight stigma(WS),especially perceived WS,which could lead to a tendency to avoid physical activity(PA).To better understand the association between perceived WS and PA,knowledge of the likely mediators in this association such as weight bias internalization(WBI)and psychological distress were investigated in the present ***:Using a two-wave longitudinal study and convenient sampling,388 Taiwan residents participants(55%females;mean age=29.7 years[SD±6.3])completed two surveys six months *** mass index(BMI),Perceived Weight Stigma Scale(PWSS),Weight Bias Internalization Scale(WBIS),Depression,Anxiety,Stress Scale(DASS-21),and Tendency to Avoid Physical Activity and Sport Scale(TAPAS)were ***:A mediation model controlling for age,gender,and BMI with 5000 bootstrapping resamples was *** WS exerted significant direct effects on WBI(β=0.25;p<0.001),psychological distress(β=0.15;p=0.003),and tendency to avoid PA(β=0.10;p=0.027);WBI exerted a significant direct effect on tendency to avoid PA(β=0.47;p<0.001).Standardized indirect effects of WBI and psychological distress on the association between perceived WS and tendency to avoid PA were 0.12 and 0.01,***:Given the direct association of perceived WS on the tendency to avoid PA and the mediating role of WBI in this association,interventions addressing perceived WS and WBI may contribute to promoting ***,health interventionists(both when planning and executing PA programs)need to consider weight stigmawhen encouraging physical activity.
