Powered by advanced information industry and intelligent technology,more and more complex systems are exhibiting characteristics of the cyber-physical-social systems(CPSS).And human factors have become crucial in the operations of complex social *** mechanical analysis and social simulations alone are powerless for analyzing complex social *** this backdrop,computational experiments have emerged as a new method for quantitative analysis of complex social systems by combining social simulation(e.g.,ABM),complexity science,and domain ***,in the process of applying computational experiments,the construction of experiment system not only considers a large number of artificial society models,but also involves a large amount of data and *** a result,how to integrate various data,model and knowledge to achieve a running experiment system has become a key *** paper proposes an integrated design framework of computational experiment system,which is composed of four parts:generation of digital subject,generation of digital object,design of operation engine,and construction of experiment ***,this paper outlines a typical case study of coal mine emergency management to verify the validity of the proposed framework.

Photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction is a promising solution to simultaneously provide renewable chemical fuels and address the greenhouse ***,designing practical photocatalysts with advanced architectures remains ***,we report the preparation of a novel CdIn_(2)S_(4)/TiO_(2)binary heterojunction via an in situ solvothermal approach,which exhibits superior photocatalytic activity for sunlight-driven CO_(2)*** CdIn_(2)S_(4)/TiO_(2)composites exhibit significantly enhanced photocatalytic performance for CO_(2)reduction compared to unmodified TiO_(2).Among them,the 3%CdIn_(2)S_(4)/TiO_(2)composite has optimal CO and CH_(4) evolution rates of 18.32 and 1.03μmol·g–1·h–1,*** yield of CO is 4.7 times higher than that of pristine TiO_(2).This improved photocatalytic activity of the CdIn_(2)S_(4)/TiO_(2)heterostructure can be attributed to its large surface area,extended light absorption range and high separation efficiency of photogenerated electron-hole pairs,which are supported by the results of photoluminescence spectroscopy and the photoelectrochemical ***,the photocatalytic mechanism based on the binary CdIn_(2)S_(4)/TiO_(2)heterojunction is proposed and separation process of photogenerated electron-hole pairs is *** brief,we aim to provide insights into the application of TiO_(2)in energy conversion processes through the construction of heterogeneous junctions.

DNAzyme-based gene therapy faces some challenges including cell penetration,activity limitation,and co-delivery ***-assembled DNA nanomedicine has attracted widespread attention due to its many *** is urgent to develop a universal DNA degradation strategy for precise programmable drug ***,we reported a self-catabolic DNAzyme nanospheres(SCNS),which could simultaneously achieve cell penetration,activity enhancement,and co-delivery *** SCNS were assembled through Y-DNA stepwise hybridization with each other,which were then loaded with aptamer(Apt),doxorubicin(Dox),and zinc oxide nanoparticles(ZnO NPs).The acid-triggered dissociation of ZnO NPs leads to the generation of Zn^(2+)ions cofactors for immediately self-catabolic DNAzyme *** the disassembly of the SCNS,three types of anticancer treatments would be activated,which include Zn^(2+)involved reactive oxygen species(ROS),Dox-induced chemotherapy,and DNAzyme-based gene *** experimental results show that the nanoplatform(Apt-SCNS-Dox-ZnO)has a good tumor-killing effect and minimal side *** a smart self-driven drug delivery nanoplatform,it is anticipated to displace extraordinary potential in biomedicine and bioengineering.

The efficient and rapid removal of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)holds significant importance for ensuring food quality and human health,particularly within the low-temperature confined spaces in ***,achieving effective VOCs degradation under such conditions poses challenges in terms of activating inert bonds and facilitating mass *** this study,we propose a novel solution by designing a cleaner module that incorporates 1.07%single Fe atom-anchored manganese dioxide catalysts(FeSAs-MnO_(2)).The combination of single Fe atoms and defect-rich MnO_(2) substrate efficiently activates molecular oxygen,leading to enhanced generation of highly reactive oxygen species(ROS).Non-thermal plasma(NTP)and circulating fan are introduced to facilitate the regeneration of catalytic activity and improve mass *** FeSAs-MnO_(2) cleaner module demonstrates exceptional performance in trimethylamine(TMA)removal,achieving a conversion efficiency of 98.9%for 9 ppm within just 9 ***,accelerated aging tests predict an extended service life of up to 45 years for the FeSAs-MnO_(2) cleaner module,surpassing the expected lifespan of refrigerators significantly.

Diabetic wounds are a difficult medical *** secretion of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in diabetic wounds further degrades the extracellular matrix and growth factors and causes severe vascular damage,which seriously hinders diabetic wound *** solve these issues,a double-network porous hydrogel composed of poly(methyl methacrylate-co-acrylamide)(p(MMA-co-AM))and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)was constructed by the high internal phase emulsion(HIPE)technique for the delivery of potassium sucrose octasulfate(PSO),a drug that can inhibit MMPs,increase angiogenesis and improve *** hydrogel possessed a typical polyHIPE hierarchical microstructure with interconnected porous morphologies,high porosity,high specific surface area,excellent mechanical properties and suitable swelling ***,the p(MMA-co-AM)/PVA@PSO hydrogel showed high drug-loading performance and effective PSO *** addition,both in vitro and in vivo studies showed that the p(MMA-co-AM)/PVA@PSO hydrogel had good biocompatibility and significantly accelerated diabetic wound healing by inhibiting excessive MMP-9 in diabetic wounds,increasing growth factor secretion,improving vascularization,increasing collagen deposition and promoting ***,this study provided a reliable therapeutic strategy for diabetic wound healing,some theoretical basis and new insights for the rational design and preparation of wound hydrogel dressings with high porosity,high drug-loading performance and excellent mechanical properties.

Track-Pattern-Based Characteristics of Extratropical Transitioning Tropical Cyclones in the Western North Pacific

Based on the Regional Specialized Meteorological Center(RSMC)Tokyo-Typhoon Center best-track data and the NCEP-NCAR reanalysis dataset,extratropical transitioning(ET)tropical cyclones(ETCs)over the western North Pacific(WNP)during 1951–2021 are classified into six clusters using the fuzzy c-means clustering method(FCM)according to their track *** characteristics of the six hard-clustered ETCs with the highest membership coefficient are *** tropical cyclones(TCs)that were assigned to clusters C2,C5,and C6 made landfall over eastern Asian countries,which severely threatened these *** landfalling TCs,93.2%completed their ET after landfall,whereas 39.8%of ETCs completed their transition within one *** frequency of ETCs over the WNP has decreased in the past four decades,wherein cluster C5 demonstrated a significant decrease on both interannual and interdecadal timescales with the expansion and intensification of the western Pacific subtropical high(WPSH).This large-scale circulation pattern is favorable for C2 and causes it to become the dominant track pattern,owning to it containing the largest number of intensifying ETCs among the six clusters,a number that has increased insignificantly over the past four *** surface roughness variation and three-dimensional background circulation led to C5 containing the maximum number of landfalling TCs and a minimum number of intensifying *** results will facilitate a better understanding of the spatiotemporal distributions of ET events and associated environment background fields,which will benefit the effective monitoring of these events over the WNP.

Predicting the displacement of landslide is of utmost practical importance as the landslide can pose serious threats to both human life and ***,traditional methods have the limitation of random selection in sliding window selection and seldom incorporate weather forecast data for displacement prediction,while a single structural model cannot handle input sequences of different lengths at the same *** order to solve these limitations,in this study,a new approach is proposed that utilizes weather forecast data and incorporates the maximum information coefficient(MIC),long short-term memory network(LSTM),and attention mechanism to establish a teacher-student coupling model with parallel structure for short-term landslide displacement *** MIC,a suitable input sequence length is selected for the LSTM *** investigate the influence of rainfall on landslides during different seasons,a parallel teacher-student coupling model is developed that is able to learn sequential information from various time series of different *** teacher model learns sequence information from rainfall intensity time series while incorporating reliable short-term weather forecast data from platforms such as China Meteorological Administration(CMA)and Reliable Prognosis(https://***)to improve the model’s expression capability,and the student model learns sequence information from other time *** attention module is then designed to integrate different sequence information to derive a context vector,representing seasonal temporal attention ***,the predicted displacement is obtained through a linear *** proposed method demonstrates superior prediction accuracies,surpassing those of the support vector machine(SVM),LSTM,recurrent neural network(RNN),temporal convolutional network(TCN),and LSTM-Attention *** achieves a mean absolute error(MAE)of 0.072 mm,root mean square error(RMSE)of 0.096 mm,and pearson correlation coefficients(PC
