Pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms(pNENs)are rare and highly heterogeneous tumors originating from pluripotent stem cells with neuroendocrine differentiation in the pancreas,constituting approximately 3%of all pancreatic tumors.^([1])The global incidence of pNENs has been increasing recently,and most cases are sporadic and more common in women.^([1,2])pNENs are clinically divided into functioning and nonfunctioning tumors depending on whether the tumors are accompanied by a clinical syndrome related to specific hormone overproduction.

为进一步规范中国肺癌的防治措施、提高肺癌的诊疗水平、改善患者的预后、为各级临床医务人员提供专业的循证医学建议,中华医学会组织呼吸内科、肿瘤内科、胸外科、放疗科、影像科和病理科专家,经过共识会议制订了《中华医学会肺癌临床诊疗指南(2024版)》。相较于2023版指南,2024版的更新内容包括:在肺癌筛查部分,提出了吸烟患者即使戒烟15年后患肺癌的风险仍高于未吸烟者,并提出肺癌发病风险模型有望成为高危人群筛选的重要手段之一;在病理部分增加了对新辅助治疗后肺癌手术切除标本的病理评估,部分转录因子免疫组化染色对小细胞肺癌分型可能有帮助;分子检测部分提出可对标本进行一次性同步基于RNA与DNA的驱动基因变异检测。本次指南基于第9版TNM分期,对于胸外科亚肺叶切除的人群选择及手术要求给予了更清晰的描述。此外,对于免疫新辅助、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)-酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(TKI)耐药后肺癌患者都有了更多的治疗方法获批,而EGFR突变、EGFR 20ins、间变性淋巴瘤激酶(ALK)融合、MET14外显子跳突的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者也有了更多的药物选择。指南以国家批准的应用指征为原则,以国内实际可应用的药品为基础,结合国际指南推荐意见和中国临床实践现状,整合近年来肺癌筛查、诊断、病理、基因检测、免疫分子标志物检测和治疗手段以及随访等诊治方面的最新循证医学证据,旨在为各级临床医师、影像、检验、康复等专业人员提供合理的推荐建议。

The chinese Clinical Practice Guidelines for the prevention and treatment ofmother-to-child transmission of hepatitis B virus,developed by the chinese Society of Infectious Diseases of the chinese medical association in 2019,serves as a valuable reference for standardizing the process of preventing mother-to-child transmission in *** new evidence emerges,it is crucial that timely and regular updates are made to the clinical practice guidelines so as to optimize guidance for clinical practice and *** this end,the Infectious Disease Physician Branch of chinese medical Doctor association and the chinese Society of Infectious Diseases of chinese medical association,in collaboration with multidisciplinary experts,have updated the guidelines based on the latest domestic and international research advancements and clinical practice,in order to provide guidance and reference for clinicians andmaternal and child healthcare workers.

Background: The incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer (CRC) in China are increasing in recent years. The clarified pathogenesis and detectable precancerous lesions of CRC make it possible to prevent, screen, and diagnose CRC at an early stage. With the development of endoscopic and surgical techniques, the choice of treatment for early CRC is also worth further discussion, and accordingly, a standard follow-up program after treatment needs to be ***: This clinical practice guideline (CPG) was developed following the recommended process of the World Health Organization, adopting Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) in assessing evidence quality, and using the Evidence to Decision framework to formulate clinical recommendations, thereby minimizing bias and increasing transparency of the CPG development process. We used the Reporting Items for practice Guidelines in HealThcare (RIGHT) statement and Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation II (AGREE II) as reporting and conduct guides to ensure the guideline’s completeness and ***: This CPG comprises 46 recommendations concerning prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, and surveillance of CRC. In these recommendations, we have indicated protective and risk factors for CRC and made recommendations for chemoprevention. We proposed a suitable screening program for CRC based on the chinese context. We also provided normative statements for the diagnosis, treatment, and surveillance of CRC based on existing clinical evidence and ***: The 46 recommendations in this CPG are formed with consideration for stakeholders’ values and preferences, feasibility, and acceptability. Recommendations are generalizable to resource-limited settings with similar CRC epidemiology pattern as China.

Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitors(BTKis)have revolutionized the treatment of B-cell ***,safety issues related to the use of BTKis may hinder treatment continuity and further affect clinical efficacy.A comprehensive and systematic expert consensus from a pharmacological perspective is lacking for safety issues associated with BTKi treatment.A multidisciplinary consensus working group was established,comprising 35 members from the fields of hematology,cardiovascular disease,cardio-oncology,clinical pharmacy,and evidencebased *** evidence-based expert consensus was formulated using an evidence-based approach and the Delphi *** Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal(JBI)tool and Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)approach were used to rate the quality of evidence and grade the strength of recommendations,*** consensus provides practical recommendations for BTKis medication based on nine aspects within three domains,including the management of common adverse drug events such as bleeding,cardiovascular events,and hematological toxicity,as well as the management of drug-drug interactions and guidance for special *** multidisciplinary expert consensus could contribute to promoting a multi-dimensional,comprehensive and standardized management of BTKis.

The role of chinese expert consensus in standardization and improvement of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is self-evident. As clinical and basic research in China becomes standardized under a better understanding of IBD, more data on chinese patients have become available to develop a consensus and guideline. This guideline, collaboratively developed by the IBD Group, chinese Society of Gastroenterology, incorporates the latest international consensus statements, domestic research findings, and practical considerations, as an update based on the 2018 chinese consensus on IBD management. The IBD guideline consists of two parts: ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease, and this manuscript presented the UC part. The evidence used in this guideline was collected and analyzed by the standard of guideline, and the contents were organized as problem statements, for clarity. The formulation of this guideline aimed to reflect the latest progress in IBD, providing comprehensive and valuable guidance for the clinical management of IBD.
