Background: The incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer (CRC) in China are increasing in recent years. The clarified pathogenesis and detectable precancerous lesions of CRC make it possible to prevent, screen, and diagnose CRC at an early stage. With the development of endoscopic and surgical techniques, the choice of treatment for early CRC is also worth further discussion, and accordingly, a standard follow-up program after treatment needs to be ***: This clinical practice guideline (CPG) was developed following the recommended process of the World Health Organization, adopting Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) in assessing evidence quality, and using the Evidence to Decision framework to formulate clinical recommendations, thereby minimizing bias and increasing transparency of the CPG development process. We used the Reporting Items for practice Guidelines in HealThcare (RIGHT) statement and Appraisal of Guidelines for research and Evaluation II (AGREE II) as reporting and conduct guides to ensure the guideline’s completeness and ***: This CPG comprises 46 recommendations concerning prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment, and surveillance of CRC. In these recommendations, we have indicated protective and risk factors for CRC and made recommendations for chemoprevention. We proposed a suitable screening program for CRC based on the chinese context. We also provided normative statements for the diagnosis, treatment, and surveillance of CRC based on existing clinical evidence and ***: The 46 recommendations in this CPG are formed with consideration for stakeholders’ values and preferences, feasibility, and acceptability. Recommendations are generalizable to resource-limited settings with similar CRC epidemiology pattern as China.

Bruton’s tyrosine kinase inhibitors(BTKis)have revolutionized the treatment of B-cell ***,safety issues related to the use of BTKis may hinder treatment continuity and further affect clinical efficacy.A comprehensive and systematic expert consensus from a pharmacological perspective is lacking for safety issues associated with BTKi treatment.A multidisciplinary consensus working group was established,comprising 35 members from the fields of hematology,cardiovascular disease,cardio-oncology,clinical pharmacy,and evidencebased *** evidence-based expert consensus was formulated using an evidence-based approach and the Delphi *** Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal(JBI)tool and Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)approach were used to rate the quality of evidence and grade the strength of recommendations,*** consensus provides practical recommendations for BTKis medication based on nine aspects within three domains,including the management of common adverse drug events such as bleeding,cardiovascular events,and hematological toxicity,as well as the management of drug-drug interactions and guidance for special *** multidisciplinary expert consensus could contribute to promoting a multi-dimensional,comprehensive and standardized management of BTKis.

The role of chinese expert consensus in standardization and improvement of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is self-evident. As clinical and basic research in China becomes standardized under a better understanding of IBD, more data on chinese patients have become available to develop a consensus and guideline. This guideline, collaboratively developed by the IBD Group, chinese Society of Gastroenterology, incorporates the latest international consensus statements, domestic research findings, and practical considerations, as an update based on the 2018 chinese consensus on IBD management. The IBD guideline consists of two parts: ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease, and this manuscript presented the UC part. The evidence used in this guideline was collected and analyzed by the standard of guideline, and the contents were organized as problem statements, for clarity. The formulation of this guideline aimed to reflect the latest progress in IBD, providing comprehensive and valuable guidance for the clinical management of IBD.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), commonly known as primary liver cancer, is a major cause of malignant tumors and cancer-related deaths in China, accounting for approximately 85% of all cancer cases in the country. Several guidelines have been used to diagnose and treat liver cancer. However, these guidelines provide a broad definition for classifying advanced liver cancer, with an emphasis on a singular approach, without considering treatment options for individual patients. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a comprehensive and practical expert consensus, specifically for China, to enhance the diagnosis and treatment of HCC using the Delphi method. The classification criteria were refined for chinese patients with HCC, and the corresponding optimal treatment regimen recommendations were developed. These recommendations took into account various factors, including tumor characteristics, vascular tumor thrombus grade, distant metastasis, liver function status, portal hypertension, and the hepatitis B virus replication status of patients with primary HCC, along with treatment prognosis. The findings and recommendations provide detailed, scientific, and reasonable individualized diagnosis and treatment strategies for clinicians.

为了规范儿童慢性乙型肝炎的预防、诊断和抗病毒治疗,实现世界卫生组织提出的"2030年消除病毒性肝炎公共卫生危害"目标,由中华医学会感染病学分会、肝病学分会、儿科学分会感染学组和国家感染性疾病临床医学研究中心组织有关专家,以国内外慢性乙型肝炎防治指南及近年来儿童乙型肝炎抗病毒治疗的临床研究进展为依据,结合我国诊疗实际情况及经验,制定了《儿童慢性乙型肝炎防治专家共识》。以期为临床医师做出合理的治疗决策提供更多的参考和依据。
