Supercapacitors(SCs)have become increasingly important in electrical energy storage and delivery owing to their high power densities and long *** SCs are promising for large-scale engineering applications because of their low cost and ***,the low operating voltage and low energy density of aqueous SCs severely limit their practical *** this study,a nanoscale dielectric layer is grafted onto a graphene electrode to achieve both a high operating voltage and enhanced *** with an SC without dielectric grafting,a dielectric-enhanced SC(DESC)shows a higher capacitance by 2200%.The mechanism of the capacitance enhancement can be attributed to three factors:the dielectric polarization,the ions desolvation by the dielectric,and the enhanced quantum capacitance from charge transfer and ion adsorption in the polymer *** addition,a 2.5 V pouch DESC with a 1 M KCl electrolyte is confirmed to cycle up to 50,000 times with a capacitance retention of 87.5%.The DESC presents the optimal electrochemical properties after it is grafted with a 5 nm dielectric *** study provides new insights into the design of high-voltage and high-energy-density aqueous SCs.

TiC/Ni_3Al composites have been prepared using upward infiltration method. The densification was performed by both Ni_3Al melt filling and TiC sintering during the infiltration. The dissolution of TiC in liquid Ni_3Al has been evidenced by finding Ni_3(Al,Ti)C after fast cooling in the TiC/Ni_3Al composites. The dissolution may be responsible for the infiltration and sintering. Compared with downward infiltration, the upward infiltration brought about higher strength and fracture toughness and shorter infiltration time. TiC/20 vol. pct Ni_3Al composite processed by upward infiltration had a flexural strength of 1476 MPa with a statistic Weibull modulus of 20.2 and a fracture toughness of 20.4 MPa . Better mechanical properties may be attributed to melt unidirectional movement in upward infiltration.

This paper analyzes the flow of the process design an d the fountain of the technique data in a manufacturing enterprise, and discusse s the information flows between CAPP and other systems in CIMS, such as CAD syst em and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. And then, it discusses the pla ns of information integration between CAPP and CAD, as well as between CAPP and ERP. To design the processes of a product requires the manufacture information, such as blank material and machine tool, which is saved in a database in ERP. General ly, a traditional CAPP system considers the information of the manufacturing res ources, such as machine tool, as changeless. However, it is real changing, becau se the resources may be occupied or the machine tool may be under repair. Theref ore, in order to design the processes more reasonably, we must consider the real change of resources in a workshop. Creating a public resource database to suppo rt the real change of resources is put forward in this paper. With the public re source database, the resource integration between CAPP system and ERP is realize d; and by information collections in CAPP system, such as BOM, the material cons umption and man-hour consumption and their output to ERP, the information integ ration between CAPP system and ERP is realized.

An artificial neural network(ANN) and a self-adjusting fuzzy logiccontroller(FLC) for modeling and control of gas tungsten arc welding(GTAW) process are *** discussion is mainly focused on the modeling and control of the weld pool depth with ANN and theintelligent control for weld seam tracking with FLC. The proposed neural network can produce highlycomplex nonlinear multi-variable model of the GTAW process that offers the accurate prediction ofwelding penetration depth. A self-adjusting fuzzy controller used for seam tracking adjusts thecontrol parameters on-line automatically according to the tracking errors so that the torch positioncan be controlled accurately.

Torque model of hydro turbine with inner energy loss characteristics

This paper presents the result and analysis of the composition of energy loss occurring in the hydro turbine. Two new types of energy losses,namely the hydraulic loss in the flow channel and the impact loss,are defined. All losses within the hydro turbine are divided into four types and the loss coefficients are defined accordingly. Expressions or characteristic descriptions of these losses as well as the calibration method of the loss coefficients are presented. Furthermore,the torque model of the hydro turbine where the inner energy loss takes place is established. The developed model has been used to calculate the power loss due to the mechanical friction generated by the units’ rotation to solve the difficulty of measurements of the mechanical friction loss in the hydro turbine. The definition of the impact loss explains the phenomenon that the loss of no-load is greater than that of the rated operation. A set of conversion coefficients are defined using the characteristic parameters at the rated operation,which are used to transform the parameters in the torque model into those that are easily measured. Therefore,the expression of the hydro turbine power is converted into a function that has the main servomotor displacement as its single variable. This makes the proposed model be convenient to use. Finally,the proposed model and methods are calibrated and verified using the measured data of a hydropower plant. Good agreement between the modeled results and the measurements indicates that the proposed model can represent the inner energy loss characteristics of the hydro turbine.

Martensitic stainless steel containing Cr of 12% to 18%（mass percent） are common utilized in quenching and tempering processes for knife and cutlery steel. The properties obtained in these materials are significantly influ- enced by matrix composition after heat treatment, especially as Cr and C content. Comprehensive considered the hardness and corrosion resistance, a new type martensitic stainless steel 6Crl5MoV has been developed. The effect of heat treatment processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of 6Crl5MoV martensitic stainless steel is emphatically researched. Thermo-Calc software has been carried out to thermodynamic calculation; OM, SEM and TEM have been carried out to microstructure observation; hardness and impact toughness test have been carried out to evaluate the mechanical properties. Results show that the equilibrium carbide in 6Cr15MoV steel is M23 C6 car- bide, and the M23 C6 carbides finely distributed in annealed microstructure. 6Crl5MoV martensitic stainless steel has a wider quenching temperature range, the hardness value of steel 6Cr15MoV can reach to HRC 60.8 to HRC 61.6 when quenched at 1 060 to 1 100 ℃. Finely distributed carbides will exist in quenched microstructure, and effectively inhabit the growth of austenite grain. With the increasing of quenching temperature, the volume fraction of undis- solved carbides will decrease. The excellent comprehensive mechanical properties can be obtained by quenched at 1 060 to 1 100℃ with tempered at 100 to 150 ℃, and it is mainly due to the high carbon martensite and fine grain size. At these temperature ranges, the hardness will retain about HRC 59.2 to HRC 61.6 and the Charpy U-notch impact toughness will retain about 17.3 to 20 J. A lot of M23C6 carbides precipitated from martensite matrix, at the same time along the boundaries of martensite lathes which leading to the decrease of impact toughness when tempered at 500 to 540 ℃. Poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA)/hydroxyapatite (HA) composite hydrogel specimens were prepared with 15% PVA and 1%,2%, 3%, 4% and 5% HA by repeated freezing-thawing. The tests of static and dynamic mechanical properties were carried out todiscuss the influence of different contents of HA and freezing-thawing cycles on the mechanical properties of PVA/HA compositehydrogel. The results of static mechanical tests showed that the PVA/HA composite hydrogel with 3% HA and ninefreezing-thawing cycles had excellent stress relaxation properties, higher relaxation ratio, lower stress equilibrium value andpresented better properties of creep and recovery. The results of dynamic mechanical test showed that the PVA/HA compositehydrogel with nine freezing-thawing cycles had higher storage modulus and loss modulus, so was the PVA/HA compositehydrogel with 3% HA.
