Surface EMG contains a lot of physiological information reflecting the intention of human *** recognition by surface EMG has been widely concerned in the field of human-computer interaction and *** present,most studies on gesture recognition based on surface EMG signal are obtained by discrete separation method,ignoring continuous natural motion.A gesture recognition method of surface EMG based on improved long short-term memory network is *** sensors are rationally arranged according to physiological structure and muscle *** this paper,the finger curvature is used to describe the gesture state,and the gesture at every moment can be represented by the set of different finger curvature,so as to realize continuous gesture ***,the proposed gesture recognition model is tested on Ninapro(a large gesture recognition database).The results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the representation mining ability of surface EMG signal,and provide reference for deep learning modeling of human gesture recognition.

A statistical study on the correlation between sporadic Ca+ layer and Es in Beijing（40.5°N, 116°E）

From April 2020 to June 2022, a Ca+lidar with dual-wavelength and narrow-band emitting lasers utilizing all-solid-state technology was employed to conduct observations in Beijing（40.41°N, 116.01°E） for a total duration of 1797.79 hours over 280 nights. A total of 286 sporadic Ca+layers were observed, with heights ranging from 88 to 120 km and densities varying from 5.33 to 2200 cm-3. We simultaneously observed the ionosonde, located 28 km from the lidar, and found a correlation of 61.89% between the sporadic Ca+ layer and the sporadic E layer. When the sporadic Ca+layer has a downward phase trend, there is a correlation of 76.84%. By excluding the influence of ionosonde sensitivity, we focus only on calcium ions that have a density exceeding 140 cm-3, which exhibit a correlation of82.25%. Above 100 km, the correlation significantly increases, reaching approximately 90%. Furthermore, the correlation between the sporadic Ca+ layer and the sporadic E layer is particularly noticeable during the summer season, reaching around 90%. This phenomenon can be attributed to the variations in metal ions that occur during different seasons.

The basic region/leucine zipper(bZIP)transcription factors play important roles in plant development and responses to abiotic and biotic ***53 regulates resistance to Magnaporthe oryzae in rice by analyzing APIP5-RNAi transgenic *** further investigate the biological functions of OsbZIP53,we generated osbzip53 mutants using CRISPR/Cas9 editing and also constructed OsbZIP53 over-expression transgenic *** analysis of phenotypical,physiological,and transcriptional data showed that knocking-out OsbZIP53 not only improved disease resistance by inducing a hypersensitivity response in plants,but also regulated the immune response through the salicylic acid ***,disrupting OsbZIP53 increased H2O2 accumulation by promoting reactive oxygen species generation through up-regulation of several respiratory burst oxidase homologs(Osrboh genes)and weakened H2O2 degradation by directly targeting *** addition,the growth of osbzip53 mutants was seriously impaired,while OsbZIP53 over-expression lines displayed a similar phenotype to the wild type,suggesting that OsbZIP53 has a balancing effect on rice immune response and growth.

With the rapid development of related computer vision algorithms,the large-scale use of video surveillance systems has not only improved traffic safety,but also promoted the development of intelligent ***,due to the complexity of the application scene,especially in the face of complex scene occlusion factors,the noise generated by the occlusion inevitably leads to the loss of the feature information of the identified person or object,which poses a great challenge to the existing pedestrian re-recognition ***,this paper proposes a novel pedestrian re-recognition based on hybrid *** extraction is carried out on four cooperative branches:local branch,global branch,global contrast pool branch and associated branch,and powerful diversity pedestrian feature expression ability is *** network in this paper can be applied to different backbone *** experimental comparison,the proposed algorithm has certain advantages compared with the latest methods,and the ablation experimental analysis further proves the effectiveness of the proposed network structure.

Background Global climate change has resulted in precipitation regimes exhibiting an increasing trend in rainfall intensity but a reduction in its frequency. Nitrogen(N) deposition is a crucial component of the global N cycling. Nematode body size is a trait that responds to climate change and is used as a standard trait-based indicator in soil community analysis. Variations in body size influence metabolic carbon(C). We examined the ways by which body size and metabolic C of nematodes respond to changing precipitation regimes and how N deposition regulates these responses by an 8-year manipulative *** Nematode body size was indicated by the community-weighted mean(CWM) mass. We quantified C metabolism components of soil nematodes including production C, respiration C, and corresponding C use efficiency(CUE) under different precipitation intensities and N addition in a semi-arid steppe on the mongolian Plateau. The Mantel test was used to determine the correlations between CWM, CUE and environmental factors. The partial least squares path modeling(PLS-PM) was conducted to quantify direct or indirect contributions among latent *** We found that heavy precipitation intensity increased the CWM mass of total nematodes and omnivorespredators without N addition. N addition decreased CWM mass of bacterivores across all the precipitation intensity treatments. Stronger precipitation intensities might be favorable for nematode production and respiration C. Variations in the nematode CWM mass drove the CUE to change with N *** Our findings provide new insights into the mechanisms underlying nematode body size and C metabolism, and highlight that explorative studies, such as manipulative experiments, are needed to identify traits underlying size-related effects and to investigate how they affect CUE of nematodes. The traditional methods are easy to generate a large number of fake samples or data loss when classifying unbalanced ***,this paper proposes a novel DBSCAN(density-based spatial clustering of application with noise)for data *** density-based DBSCAN clustering decomposition algorithm is applied to most classes of unbalanced data sets,which reduces the advantage of most class samples without data *** algorithm uses different distance measurements for disordered and ordered classification data,and assigns corresponding weights with average *** experimental results show that the new algorithm has better clustering effect than other advanced clustering algorithms on both artificial and real data sets.

Sandstorm,which injects generous newly emerging microbes into the atmosphere covering cities,adversely affects the air quality in built ***,few studies have examined the change of airborne bacteria during severe sandstorm *** this work,we analyzed the airborne bacteria during one of the strongest sandstorms in East Asia onMarch 15th,2021,which affected large areas of china and *** characteristics of the sandstorm were compared with those of the subsequent clean and haze *** composition of the bacterial community of air samples was investigated using quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR)and high-throughput sequencing *** the sandstorm,the particulate matter(PM)concentration and bacterial richnesswere extremely high(PM2.5:207μg/m3;PM10:1630μg/m3;5700 amplicon sequence variants/m3).In addition,the sandstorm brought 10 pathogenic bacterial genera to the atmosphere,posing a grave hazard to human *** the sandstorm subsided,small bioaerosols(0.65–1.1μm)with a similar bacterial community remained suspended in the atmosphere,bringing possible long-lasting health risks.

The research of long persistent luminescence(LPL)materials has yield brilliant results in many ***,the efforts are still needed for the regulation of the LPL *** this work,a series of LPL metal organic halides with rich halogen-bond interactions,Py-CdX_(2)(X=Cl,Br,I)were synthesized through self-assembly by Cd X_(2)and pyridine *** steady-state emission redshifted and phosphorescence lifetime declined as the halogen atoms are *** halides exhibit adjustable emission from blue to green and multiple phosphorescence from green to yellow at room temperature by changing the excitation ***,Py-CdX_(2)can emit the visible color-tunable LPL from green to yellow after removing different excitation sources at ambient *** the results of theoretical calculation and experimental analysis,it is found that heavy atom effect and the rich intermolecular halogen bond help realize LPL and multiple triplet states originated from the pyridine ring and the halogens.
