弱势创业者是最需要帮助也最易被忽视的群体之一,其创业行业选择以路径依赖的方式塑造着新创企业的绩效潜力,关系着创业和个体幸福双重质量,是创业与民生领域的交叉课题。研究基于个人—环境匹配理论视角,探索“为了生活”的主动观下弱势创业者的行业选择机制及其作用的边界条件。基于中国劳动力动态调查(china Labor-force Dynamics Survey,CLDS)数据的实证分析发现:弱势创业者倾向于进入低门槛行业创业,其在低门槛行业创业能够感知到更高的经济满意度和生活选择自由度的提升;高层次需求将提升个人需求与环境供应的匹配度,进而增加其进入低门槛行业创业的可能性;而弱势创业者的过度自信所引发的环境要求与个人能力匹配度的感知偏差,将增加其进入高门槛行业创业的可能性。研究结论表明,弱势创业者进入低门槛行业是出于个人—环境匹配且能够实现幸福感提升的理性选择。这挑战了现有文献中弱势创业者因资源匮乏被迫进入低门槛创业的隐含假设以及弱势创业者在低门槛行业创业低绩效、低创新、低增长导致低价值的刻板认知。文章对指导弱势创业者的行业选择,推动实现包容性增长有启示意义。

AIM: To determine the use and teratogenicity of herbal medicinal products (HMP). METhoDS: A retrospective study was conducted in a University hospital to compare the difference in the pattern of use and fetal outcomes between pregnant women who took HMP and Western pharmaceutical products (WPP). RESULTS: From 1995 Jan to 2001 Dec, 61 and 372 women took HMP and WPP one month before or during their current pregnancies respectively. There was an increase in the prevalence of pregnant women who took HMP from 0 % in 1995 to 0.8 % in 2001. Background:The finding of pancreatic cystic lesions(PCL)on incidental imaging is becoming increasingly *** studies report a prevalence of 2.2-44.7%depending on the population,imaging modality and indication for imaging,and the prevalence increases with *** with PCL are at risk of developing pancreatic cancer,a disease with a poor *** publication summarizes recommendations for the diagnosis and management of PCL and post-operative pancreatic exocrine insufficiency(PEI)from a group of local ***:Clinical evidence was consolidated from narrative reviews and consensus statements formulated during two online meetings in March *** expert panel included gastroenterologists,hepatobiliary surgeons,oncologists,radiologists,and ***:Patients with PCL require careful investigation and follow-up due to the risk of malignant transformation of these *** should undergo clinical investigation and pancreas-specific imaging to classify lesions and understand the risk profile of the *** indicated,patients should undergo pancreatectomy to excise *** pancreatectomy,patients are at risk of PEI,leading to gastrointestinal dysfunction and ***,such patients should be monitored for symptoms of PEI,and promptly treated with pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy(PERT).Patients with poor response to PERT may require increases in dose,addition of a proton pump inhibitor,and/or further investigation,including tests for pancreatic *** are also at risk of new-onset diabetes mellitus after pancreatectomy;they should be screened and treated with insulin if ***:These statements are an accurate summary of our approach to the diagnosis and management of patients with PCL and will be of assistance to clinicians treating these patients in a similar clinical landscape.
