Triterpene esters comprise a class of secondary metabolites that are synthesized by decorating triterpene skeletons with a series of oxidation,glycosylation,and acylation *** triterpene esters with important bioactivities have been isolated and identified,including those with applications in the pesticide,pharmaceutical,and cosmetic *** also play essential roles in plant defense against pests,dis-eases,physical damage(as part of the cuticle),and regulation of root ***,there has been no recent summary of the biosynthetic pathways and biological functions of plant triterpene ***,we classify triterpene esters intofive categories based on their skeletons andfind that C-3 oxidation may have a significant effect on triterpenoid *** acid and aromatic moieties are common li-gands present in triterpene *** further analyze triterpene ester synthesis-related acyltransferases(TEsACTs)in the triterpene biosynthetic *** an evolutionary classification of BAHD acyltrans-ferases(BAHD-ATs)and serine carboxypeptidase-like acyltransferases(SCPL-ATs)in Arabidopsis thaliana and Oryza sativa,we classify 18 TEsACTs with identified functions from 11 *** the triterpene-skel-eton-related TEsACTs belong to BAHD-AT clades IIIa and I,and the only identified TEsACT from the SCPL-AT family belongs to the CP-I *** comprehensive review of the biosynthetic pathways and bioactivities of triterpene esters provides a foundation for further study of their bioactivities and applica-tions in industry,agricultural production,and human health.

Optimization and experimental analysis of sweet potato ship-shaped transplanting trajectory using particle swarm algorithm

The mechanization of ship-shaped transplanting is currently an urgent problem that should be *** movement trajectory of the transplanting mechanism is the key technology to perform ship-shaped *** this study,a ship-shaped transplanting trajectory was built and a mathematical model of a four-link transplanting mechanism was developed based on the requirements of the sweet potato transplanting agronomic *** particle swarm optimization algorithm was used,with the length of the four-bar mechanism and the installation angle of the fixed bar serving as the variables to *** objective was to minimize the deviation of the ship-shaped transplanting trajectory,yielding an iterative optimization *** MATLAB simulation results showed that the penalty factors of different proportions in the adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm affected the transplanting *** optimal penalty factor parameters areα=0.6,β=*** ensure that the transplanting trajectory fulfills the agronomic requirements,and limit the deviation in the return trajectory of the *** sizes of the optimized four-bar mechanism were 110,312,245,160,360,and,160 *** determined installation angle was 100°.The results of the field experiments demonstrated that the optimized four-bar transplanting mechanism can better fulfill the agronomic technical requirements of sweet potato ship-shaped *** a transplanting speed of 0.2 m/s,the average qualified rates of insertion depth,insertion length,and tail height were equal to 94.00%,93.83%,and 91.67%.The results obtained in this study provide a theoretical basis and technical support for studying and developing sweet potato ship-shaped transplanting machinery.

Fracture network types revealed by well test curves for shale reservoirs in the Sichuan Basin,China

Pressure buildup testing can be used to analyze fracture network characteristics and conduct quantitative interpretation of relevant parameters for shale gas wells,thus providing bases for assessing the well productivity and formulating proper development *** study establishes a new well test interpretation model for fractured horizontal wells based on seepage mechanisms of shale reservoirs and proposes a method for identifying fracturing patterns based on the characteristic slopes of pressure buildup curves and curve combination *** pressure buildup curve patterns are identified to represent three types of shale reservoirs in the Sichuan Basin,namely the moderately deep shale reservoirs with high pressure,deep shale reservoirs with ultra-high pressure,and moderately deep shale reservoirs with normal *** on this,the relationship between the typical pressure buildup curve patterns and the fracture network types are put *** effects of three types of shale gas reservoir are compared and *** results show that typical flow patterns of shale reservoirs include bilinear flow in primary and secondary fractures,linear flow in secondary fractures,bilinear flow in secondary fractures and matrix,and linear flow in *** fracture network characteristics can be determined using the characteristic slopes of pressure buildup curves and curve *** linear flow in early secondary fractures is increasingly distinct with an increase in primary fracture ***,the bilinear flow in secondary fractures and matrix and the subsequent linear flow in the matrix occur as the propping and density of secondary fractures *** increase in the burial depth,in-situ stress,and stress difference corresponds to a decrease in the propping of primary fractures that expand along different directions in the shale gas wells in the Sichuan *** pressure buildup curve patterns exist in the Sichuan Basin and it

INTRODUCTION Surface waves propagating along the seafloor are general ly called Scholte waves,and were first discovered and studied in the early 1950s(Kugler et al.,2005;Buchen and Ben-Hador,1996).Scholte waves exhibit a dispersion phenomenon,which implies that their velocity varies with ***-frequency Scholte waves can propagate over long distances on the seabed with little attenuation(Bohlen et al.,2004).The particle mo tion of Scholte waves in a solid medium changes from a retro grade to a prograde ellipse(Klein et al.,2005;McMechan and Yedlin,1981).

A lightweight flexible thermally stable composite is fabricated by com-bining silica nanofiber membranes(SNM)with MXene@c-MWCNT hybrid *** flexible SNM with outstanding thermal insulation are prepared from tetraethyl orthosilicate hydrolysis and condensation by electrospinning and high-temperature calcination;the MXene@c-MWCNT_(x:y)films are prepared by vacuum filtration *** particular,the SNM and MXene@c-MWCNT_(6:4)as one unit layer(SMC_(1))are bonded together with 5 wt%polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)solution,which exhibits low thermal conductivity(0.066 W m^(-1)K^(-1))and good electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding performance(average EMI SE_(T),37.8 dB).With the increase in func-tional unit layer,the overall thermal insulation performance of the whole composite film(SMC_(x))remains stable,and EMI shielding performance is greatly improved,especially for SMC_(3)with three unit layers,the average EMI SET is as high as 55.4 *** addition,the organic combination of rigid SNM and tough MXene@c-MWCNT_(6:4)makes SMC_(x)exhibit good mechanical tensile ***,SMC_(x)exhibit stable EMI shielding and excellent thermal insulation even in extreme heat and cold ***,this work provides a novel design idea and important reference value for EMI shielding and thermal insulation components used in extreme environmental protection equipment in the future.

Barley Protein LFBEP-C1 from Lactiplantibacillus plantarum dy-1 Fermented Barley Extracts by Inhibiting Lipid Accumulation in a Caenorhabditis elegans Model

Objective This study aimed to investigate the lipid-lowering activity of LFBEP-C1 in high glucose-fed Caenorhabditis elegans(***).Methods In this study,the fermented barley protein LFBEP-C1 was prepared and tested for its potential anti-obesity effects on *** worms were fed Escherichia coli OP50(*** OP50),glucose,and different concentrations of *** size,lifespan,movement,triglyceride content,and gene expression were *** results were analyzed using ANOVA and Tukey's multiple comparison *** Compared with the model group,the head-swing frequency of *** in the group of LFBEP-C1 at 20μg/mL increased by 33.88%,and the body-bending frequency increased by 27.09%.This indicated that LFBEP-C1 improved the locomotive ability of *** average lifespan of *** reached 13.55 days,and the body length and width of the *** decreased after LFBEP-C1 ***,LFBEP-C1 reduced the content of lipid accumulation and triglyceride *** expression levels of sbp-1,daf-2,and mdt-15 significantly decreased,while those of daf-16,tph-1,mod-1,and ser-4 significantly increased after LFBEP-C1 *** in these genes explain the signaling pathways that regulate lipid *** LFBEP-C1 significantly reduced lipid deposition in *** fed a high-glucose diet and alleviated the adverse effects of a high-glucose diet on the development,lifespan,and exercise behavior of *** addition,LFBEP-C1 regulated lipid metabolism mainly by mediating the expression of genes in the sterol regulatory element-binding protein,insulin,and 5-hydroxytryptamine signaling pathways.

A comprehensive health risk assessment of PM_(2.5)is meaningful to understand the current status and directions regarding further improving air quality from the perspective of human *** this study,we evaluated the health risks of PM_(2.5)as well as highly toxic inorganic components,including heavy metals(HMs)and black carbon(BC)based on longterm observations in Beijing from 2019 to *** results showed that the relative risks of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,lung cancer,acute lower respiratory tract infection,ischemic heart disease,and stroke decreased by 4.07%-9.30%in 2020 and 2.12%-6.70%in2021 compared with ***,they were still at high levels ranging from 1.26 to 1.77,in particular,stroke showed the highest value in *** had the highest hazard quotient(HQ,from 2.18 to 2.56)for adults from 2019 to 2021,while Ni,Cr,Pb,As,and BC showed high carcinogenic risks(CR>1.0×10^(-6))for *** HQ values of Mn and As and the CR values of Pb and As showed constant or slight upwards trends during our observations,which is in contrast to the downward trends of other HMs and PM_(2.5).Mn,Cr,and BC are crucial toxicants in PM_(2.5).A significant shrink of southern region sourcesof HMs and BCshrank suggests the increased importance of local ***,dust,and biomass burning are the major contributors to the non-carcinogenic risks,while traffic emissions and industry are the dominant contributors to the carcinogenic risks in Beijing.

Intelligent diagnosis of retinal vein occlusion based on color fundus photographs

AIM:To develop an artificial intelligence(AI)diagnosis model based on deep learning(DL)algorithm to diagnose different types of retinal vein occlusion(RVO)by recognizing color fundus photographs(CFPs).METHODS:Totally 914 CFPs of healthy people and patients with RVO were collected as experimental data sets,and used to train,verify and test the diagnostic model of *** the images were divided into four categories[normal,central retinal vein occlusion(CRVO),branch retinal vein occlusion(BRVO),and macular retinal vein occlusion(MRVO)]by three fundus disease *** Transformer was used to build the RVO diagnosis model,and different types of RVO diagnosis experiments were *** model’s performance was compared to that of the ***:The accuracy of the model in the diagnosis of normal,CRVO,BRVO,and MRVO reached 1.000,0.978,0.957,and 0.978;the specificity reached 1.000,0.986,0.982,and 0.976;the sensitivity reached 1.000,0.955,0.917,and 1.000;the F1-Sore reached 1.000,0.9550.943,and 0.887 *** addition,the area under curve of normal,CRVO,BRVO,and MRVO diagnosed by the diagnostic model were 1.000,0.900,0.959 and 0.970,*** diagnostic results were highly consistent with those of fundus disease experts,and the diagnostic performance was ***:The diagnostic model developed in this study can well diagnose different types of RVO,effectively relieve the work pressure of clinicians,and provide help for the follow-up clinical diagnosis and treatment of RVO patients.

Seasonal response of nitrogen exchange fluxes to crab disturbance at sediment-water interface in coastal tidal wetlands

Coastal wetlands are hotspots for nitrogen(N)cycling,and crab burrowing is known to transform N in intertidal marsh ***,the underlying mechanisms remain *** study conducted field experiments and used indoor control test devices to investigate the seasonal response of nitrogen to crab disturbance at the sediment-water interface in coastal tidal flat *** results showed that crab disturbance exhibited significant seasonality with large seasonal differences in cave density and *** to crab disturbance,nitrogen fuxes at the sediment-water interface were much greater in the box with crabs than in the box without *** summer,NH-N showed a positive flux from the sediment to the overlying water,but NO2-N and NOg-N showed positive fluxes from the sediment to the overlying water only in early *** winter,NH-N showed a positive flux from the sediment to the overlying water,but NO-N and NO,-N both exhibited positive and negative *** results indicated that the presence of crab burrows can cause the aerobic layer to move downward by approximately 8-15 cm in summer and directly promote nitrification at the sediment surface.
