Swine are regarded as“intermediate hosts”or“mixing vessels”of influenza viruses,capable of generating strains with pandemic *** 2020 to 2021,we conducted surveillance on swine H1N2 influenza(swH1N2)viruses in swine farms located in Guangdong,Yunnan,and Guizhou provinces in southern china,as well as Henan and Shandong provinces in northern *** systematically analyzed the evolution and pathogenicity of swH1N2 isolates,and characterized their replication and transmission *** isolated viruses are quadruple reassortant H1N2 viruses containing genes from pdm/09 H1N1(PB2,PB1,PA and NP genes),triple-reassortant swine(NS gene),Eurasian Avian-like(HA and M genes),and recent human H3N2(NA gene)*** NA,PB2,and NP of SW/188/20 and SW/198/20 show high gene similarities to A/Guangdong/Yue Fang277/2017(H3N2).The HA gene of swH1N2 exhibits a high evolutionary *** five swH1N2 isolates replicate efficiently in human,canine,and swine cells,as well as in the turbinate,trachea,and lungs of mice.A/swine/Shandong/198/2020 strain efficiently replicates in the respiratory tract of pigs and effectively transmitted among ***,these current swH1N2 viruses possess zoonotic potential,highlighting the need for strengthened surveillance of swH1N2 viruses.

Existence of long-range magnetic order in Heisenberg spin nanoribbons with edge modification

Long-range magnetic order appears on a side decorated Heisenberg spin nanoribbon at nonzero temperature,although no spontaneous magnetization exists in a one-or two-dimensional isotropic Heisenberg model at any nonzero temperature according to the Mermin-Wagner *** use of the spin Green's function method,we calculated the magnetizations of Heisenberg nanoribbons decorated by side spins with single-ion anisotropy and found that the system exhibits a nonzero transition temperature,whether the decorated edge spins of the system link together or separate from each *** the width of the nanoribbon achieves infinite limit,the transition temperatures of the system tend to the same finite constant eventually whether one edge or both edges are decorated by side spins in the *** results reveal that the magnetism of a low-dimensional spin system is different from that of a threedimensional spin *** the single-ion anisotropy of edge spins in a Heisenberg spin nanoribbon can be modulated by an electric field experimentally,various useful long-range magnetic orders of the system can be *** work can provide a detailed theoretical basis for designing and fabricating next-generation low-dimensional magnetic random-access memory.

Timing and Tectonic Setting of the Gaoaobei TungstenMolybdenum Deposit in Nanling Range, South china

The Gaoaobei tungsten-molybdenum deposit is a newly discovered large-scale quartzvein-type deposit in the Nanling metallogenic belt in South *** ore bodies are hosted in the Indosinian granites and the Cambrian Xiangnan Group slates and are controlled by NWW-oriented faults,which are obviously different from the“five-story building”model in southern Jiangxi *** magmatic rocks in the study area are dominated by medium-to coarse-grained biotite monzogranite,with a few NW-oriented fine-grained granite *** medium-to coarse-grained biotite monzogranite and fine-grained granite dykes have zircon U-Pb ages of 229.4±1.9 ma(MSWD=1.5)and 164.9±3.3 ma(MSWD=0.75),respectively,corresponding to the Indosinian and Yanshanian *** monzogranites have higher contents of FeO,CaO,K2O,P2O5,and TiO2,while the granite dykes have slightly higher contents of SiO2,Al2O3,MnO,and *** A/CNK values are 1.11-1.75 and 1.19-2.25,and the contents of CIPW normative corundum are 1.71%-6.66%and 2.41%-9.50%,suggesting both the monzogranites and granite dykes are S-type *** total amount of rare earth elements in the monzogranites(from 84.7 ppm to 129 ppm)is slightly lower than that in the granite dykes(from 128 ppm to 133 ppm).The Eu/Eu*values range from 0.12 to 0.30 in monzogranites and from 0.0011 to 0.0013 in granite dykes,indicating the fine-grained granites underwent more intense fractional *** monzogranite and granite dykes have high 87Sr/86Sri values of 0.7169-0.7193 and 0.72825-0.72880,lowεNd(t)values ranging from-10.2 to-9.6 and from-11.5 to-11.4,and TDM2 ages of 1835-1785 and 1957-1946 ma,*** isotope data indicate their origin from the remelting of the Paleoproterozoic crustal *** with regional geology,it is concluded that the medium-to coarse-grained biotite monzogranite was formed in a post-collisional extensional *** addition,40Ar-39Ar dating of the greisen type tungsten-molybdenum ore gave

Lead halide perovskite nanocrystals(PNCs)have received great research interests due to their excellent optoelectronic ***,high temperature,inert gas protection and insulating long-chain ligands are used during the conventional hot-injection synthesis of PNCs,which limits their practical *** this work,we first develop a simple and scalable polar-solvent-free method for the preparation of full-component APbX_(3)(A=Cs,methylammonium(ma),formamidinium(FA),X=Cl,Br,I)PNCs under ambient *** an exothermic reaction between butylamine(BA)and propionic acid(PA)short ligands,the PbX_(2) precursors could be well dissolved without use of any polar ***,the relatively lower growth rate of PNCs in our room-temperature reaction enables us to modulate the synthetic procedure to enhance the scalability(40-fold)and achieve large-scale *** resultant short ligands passivated PNC inks are compatible with varying solution depositing technique like spray coating for large-area ***,we showcase that adopting the as-prepared maPbI_(3) PNC inks,a self-powered photodetector is fabricated and shows a high *** results demonstrate that our ambient-condition synthetic approach can accelerate the preparation of tunable and ready-to-use PNCs towards commercial optoelectronic applications.

A multi-mechanism numerical simulation model for CO_(2)-EOR and storage in fractured shale oil reservoirs

Under the policy background and advocacy of carbon capture,utilization,and storage(CCUS),CO_(2)-EOR has become a promising direction in the shale oil reservoir *** multi-scale pore structure distribution and fracture structure lead to complex multiphase flow,comprehensively considering multiple mechanisms is crucial for development and CO_(2) storage in fractured shale *** this paper,a multi-mechanism coupled model is developed by *** to the traditional Eclipse300 and maTLAB Reservoir Simulation Toolbox(MRST),this model considers the impact of pore structure on fluid phase behavior by the modified Peng—Robinson equation of state(PR-EOS),and the effect simultaneously radiate to maxwell—Stefan(M—S)diffusion,stress sensitivity,the nano-confinement(NC)***,a modified embedded discrete fracture model(EDFM)is used to model the complex fractures,which optimizes connection types and half-transmissibility calculation approaches between non-neighboring connections(NNCs).The full implicit equation adopts the finite volume method(FVM)and Newton—Raphson iteration for discretization and *** model verification with the Eclipse300 and MRST is *** results show that the interaction between the mechanisms significantly affects the production performance and storage *** effect of molecular diffusion may be overestimated in oil-dominated(liquid-dominated)shale *** well spacing and injection gas rate are the most crucial factors affecting the production by sensitivity ***,the potential gas invasion risk is *** model provides a reliable theoretical basis for CO_(2)-EOR and sequestration in shale oil reservoirs.

Fluoro-functionalized plant biomass adsorbent:Preparation and application in extraction of trace perfluorinated compounds from environmental water samples

Perfuorinated compounds(PFCs)are toxic and widely present in the environment,and therefore effective adsorbents are required to remove PFCs from environmental *** the present study,a new type of fuorinated biomass materials was synthesized via an ingenious fuorosilanization *** adsorbents were applied for the adsorption of 13typical PFCs,including perfuorocarboxylic acids(PFCAs)and perfuorosulfonic acids(PFSAs).By comparing their adsorption performance,Fluorinated cedar slag(FCS)was discovered to have the best absorption efficiency and enabled highly efficient enrichment of *** adsorption recovery of FCS with the investigated PFCs is greater than 90%under the optimal adsorption *** to the high affinity of F-F sorbent-sorbate interaction,FCS had good adsorption capacities of PFCs from aqueous solution,with the maximum adsorption capacity of 15.80 mg/g for PFOS and 10.71 mg/g for PFOA,***,the adsorption time could be achieved in a short time(8 min).Using the FCS absorbent,an innovative FCS-solid phase extraction assisted with high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray-tandem mass spectrometry(FCS-SPE-HPLC-ESI-MS/MS)method was first developed to sensitively detect PFCs in the environmental water *** intra-day and inter-day recovery rates of the 13 compounds ranged from 90.7%-104.3%,with the RSD of 2.1%-4.7%(intra-day)and 2.5%-8.5%(inter-day),*** research demonstrates the potential of the newly fuoro-functionalized plant biomass to adsorb PFCs from environmental water,with the advantages of high adsorption efficiencies,high antiinterference,easy operation and low economic cost.
