We deal with a consensus control problem for a group of third order agents which are networked by *** that the control input of each agent is constructed based on weighted difference between its states and those of its neighbor agents, we aim to propose an algorithm on computing the weighting coefficients in the control input. The problem is reduced to designing Hurwitz polynomials with real or complex coefficients. We show that by using Hurwitz polynomials with complex coefficients, a necessary and sufficient condition can be obtained for designing the consensus algorithm. Since the condition is both necessary and sufficient, we provide a kind of parametrization for all the weighting coefficients achieving consensus. Moreover, the condition is a natural extension to second order consensus, and is reasonable and practical due to its comparatively decreased computation burden. The result is also extended to the case where communication delay exists in the control input.

NaTaONcatalysts were synthesized by a hydrothermal（H） and a solid-state（S） methods in this *** H-and S-NaTaONsamples were characterized by X-ray diffraction（XRD）, scanning electron microscopy（SEM）, transmission electron microscopy（TEM）, UV–visible（UV–vis） diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, and photoluminescence（PL） spectroscopy. The XRD patterns of the H-and S-samples showed peaks indexed to the pure phase of perovskite NaTaOand minor peaks assignable to TaNat various synthesis temperatures. Substitution of oxygen by nitrogen ions causes the light absorption of the H-and S-NaTaONsamples to be extended to the 600–650 nm region, thus making the samples visible-light active. The NaTaONsamples exhibited photocatalytic activity for Hand Oevolution from aqueous methanol and silver nitrate solutions under visible-light irradiation. The UV–vis and PL spectra of the Hand S-catalysts revealed the presence of cationic vacancies and reduced metallic species, which acted as recombination centers. These results demonstrated that the preparation method plays a critical role in the formation of defect states, thereby governing the photocatalytic activity of the NaTaONcatalysts.

Behet's disease is characterized by recurrent oral ulcers, genital ulcers, uveitis and skin lesions. Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) is characterized by problems due to ineffective hematopoiesis. Several studies have identified a relationship between MDS and Behet's disease, especially intestinal Behet's disease. Trisomy 8 seems to play an important role in these disorders as well. The present case was a 24-year-old woman who had a huge tonsil ulcer with initial symptoms of odynophagia and intermittent fever. We also noted folliculitis on her upper back. Five days later, she began to experience diarrhea and abdominal pain. Abdominal computed tomography and subsequent surgery revealed ileum perforation and enterocolitis with multiple ulcers. Later, she was admitted again for a vulvar suppurative ulcer and suspicious Bartholin's cyst infection. The patient's clinical presentations met the criteria for Behet's disease. Six months after the bowel perforation event, we noted the development of pancytopenia in a routine laboratory examination. All the examinations led to the diagnosis of MDS with trisomy 8. The most unusual finding was that multiple large vessel thrombi developed during follow-up. Previous studies have suggested that trisomy 8 in MDS leads to concurrent intestinal Behet's disease. Moreover, the inflammatory and immune genes related to thrombus formation are overexpressed in cases of MDS with trisomy 8. Trisomy 8 must play a role in thrombosis. Further studies are needed to help clarify the pathophysiology and pathogenesis of these disorders.

Viral hepatitis remains a worldwide public health *** hepatitis D virus(HDV)must either coinfect or superinfect with the hepatitis B virus(HBV).HDV contains a small RNA genome(approximately 1.7 kb)with a single open reading frame(ORF)and requires HBV supplying surface antigens(HBsAgs)to assemble a new HDV *** HDV replication,two isoforms of a delta antigen,a small delta antigen(SDAg)and a large delta antigen(LDAg),are produced from the same ORF of the HDV *** SDAg is required for HDV replication,whereas the interaction of LDAg with HBsAgs is crucial for packaging of HDV *** clinical outcomes of HBV/HDV dual infection have been reported,but the molecular interaction between HBV and HDV is poorly understood,especially regarding howHBV and HDV compete with HBsAgs for assembling *** this paper,we review the role of endoplasmic reticulum stress induced by HBsAgs and the molecular pathway involved in their promotion of LDAg nuclear *** the nuclear sublocalization and export of LDAg is regulated by posttranslational modifications(PTMs),including acetylation,phosphorylation,and isoprenylation,we also summarize the relationship among HBsAg-induced endoplasmic reticulum stress signaling,LDAg PTMs,and nuclear export mechanisms in this review.

Modification of Liquid Silicone Rubber by Octavinyl-polyhedral Oligosilsesquioxanes and Silicon Sol

To develop an efficient and bio-compatible way to improve the thermal and mechanical properties of addition type liquid silicone rubber（LSR）, a series of modified LSR samples were prepared by introducing octavinyl-polyhedral oligosilsesquioxanes（VPOSS） and high purity silicon sol singly or in combination before vulcanization. Significant correlation was found between the loading rate of VPOSS and thermal properties. However, mechanical properties were negatively correlated with VPOSS content within the range experimented, which may be ascribed to material defect caused by uneven distribution and aggregation. Furthermore, test results approved that the introducing of silicon sol indeed affected the stabilities of the polymer by restraining the material defect caused by the aggregation of POSS molecules and improving cross link density. For example, adding 10%-20% of silicon sol into VPOSS（1.0%） modified LSR will increase tear resistance by 43.9%-85.7%, elongation at break by 31.7%-57.3%, residue at 800 ℃ in N2 atmosphere by 32.0%-37.9%, residue at 650 ℃ in air atmosphere by 70.9%-91.6%, respectively. This work proves that, to incorporate VPOSS into LSR by hydrosilylation, and to use silicon sol as dispersant and reinforce filler can become an efficient way to improve the mechanical property, thermal stability and bio-compatibility of LSR in the future.
